Proud Of Me

Edge limped backstage after being beaten to a pulp by Batista. And then there was Punk, who added insult to injury. He took the one thing that was so precious and dear to him.

The Heavyweight Title.

His gold, it was his. And then Punk stole it.

But he had to let it go. Punk cashed in his money to get it, so techincally he didn't really steal it. That, and the Canadian was embarassed enough...

Then he thought of Benoit and Eddie. Two of his best friends who were great warriors. And in their battles, they gained a lot through their fights. But to retreive the prize, they also had to give in, in return. And Edge learned that from them.

Punk better enjoy that title while he had it. Because he was going to come after it again.

'Eddie, Chris, I hope your proud of me. I'm doing what you taught me.' he thought.
