Chapter One: The Game of Warner's Tag

As every morning was completely filled with chaotic events in Burbank, California's most prized studio for great comedy (Warner Brothers Studios), it was rather awkward to find the studio was well relaxed on a typical summer morning. There was not a single sight of movement at the doorway to the water tower, even as Mr. Plotz carefully observed it hour after hour; well it seemed like hours anyway. Those hours of watching were stressful hours for him, yet, not even a slight sign of movement came from the door of the water tower.

Of course, those hours of just sitting and waiting like an untouched stick made Mr. Plotz cranky. He then shouted with no purpose at all, "Con found it, I have been sitting here for ... an hour, and those Warner kids have not shown up. The studio is completely dead as stone, well not really, but there is no chaos to repair. Why, I ought'a make a living mess out of those kids for making me so stressed."

Then, randomly just running through Mr. Plotz's doorway came Ralf the Guard who then yelled, "Dah ... have you seen the Warners anywhere?"

"What do you mean; they have not even opened their tower," Plotz said while grabbing Ralf's shirt.

Then came in Dr. Scratchansniff who then answered, "Mr. Plotz, ze Warners have escaped, only through ze sewer line."

Mr. Plotz then ran to one of his many windows, only to find Yakko, Wakko and Dot running around with mallets and wrenches in hand. However, unlike most days, they did not chase any actors or writers, but rather themselves. It had appeared to Mr. Plotz that they were playing a rather violent game of tag or wack-a-mole while running around.

"Shall we capture zem Mr. Plotz?" Scratchansniff asked while joining Mr. Plotz to observe the Warners.

"That is what I have been paying both you and Ralf to do since they have escaped from that water tower," Plotz replied while pointing to the water tower, "Get those Warners back up there, or you shall see the unpleasant horrors of unemployment." He gave both Ralf and Dr. Scratchansniff an evil glare so hideous that it made horror movies look like children's books.

Without another word, both Ralf and Scratchansniff shoot out of Mr. Plotz's office with two trails of puffy white smoke trailing behind them.

Meanwhile, in the Warner Brothers lot, Yakko, Wakko and Dot ran around with their mallets and wrenches, smashing every non-living thing into tiny pieces. Through much of their violence, it was originally intended to be a fun game of tag, only with a new twist to it. The twist was plain and simple, if you were it, you had to tag someone by smashing your mallet on their head; if you were not it, you had to smash everything into tiny pieces with the wrenches and make it appear as if the one who was it did the mess.

Yakko, Wakko and Dot sped through a narrow alley between two filming stages with their mallets and wrenches in nonstop action. As they were not it, Yakko and Wakko were smashing away at dumpsters and other surroundings that seemed worth destroying in their little game. Dot, who was it, had enormous trouble trying to catch up with her brothers because she had a bucket stuck to her foot.

To much of her disappointment, her bucket problem began just five minutes prior to actually reaching the main courtyard of the lot. While running through an empty science fiction stage, Dot tripped and got her left foot stuck in a bucket filled with stage wax, which had become solid.

Just as soon as Dot's brothers reached the end of the narrow alley, Yakko took a quick turn left while Wakko stopped to smash an unnoticed dumpster. "Fa-boo," Wakko said as he swung his wrench into his target. His swing proved to be powerful enough to reveal exactly what was occupying the dumpster. Inside, there were piles and piles of old doughnuts that remained completely untouched, even as Rita and Runt occasionally visited all of Warner Brother's trash disposal units while in search of table scraps.

"Typically, I do not intend to eat untouched doughnuts while in a dumpster. But, I am still hungry, even after nine years of endless searching for truckloads of food every day," Wakko said as he starting eating some doughnuts.

As Dot came to her approach on Wakko, she took into full notice that he was feasting away at disposed doughnuts. Through disgust, she then let out a long and loud, "De...gusting." Though her disgusted call was loud, Wakko just kept on eating away as if the universe was coming to an end.

While Dot yelled out her cry of disgust, Yakko had come to a screeching halt and shot a glance at his brother eating away in the ruined trash dumpster. To him, it was something to expect out of Wakko for he and Wakko always had secretly snuck some midnight dumpster snacks at their pleasure. However, all he could do was to simply rock his head from left to right and back again repeatedly.

"What am I to do with him; he never wishes to stop eating," Yakko sighed, "That bottomless stomach of his will never fill up at any rate."

"I bet you tell that to all the girls," said a mysterious voice behind Yakko.

Realizing that he was being watched at close quarters, Yakko quickly turned around fast as lightning. There, watching him with much interest were Hello Nurse and Minerva Mink. Of course, Yakko just couldn't resist either of the two, thus yelling out his world-famous, "HELLO NURSES!!!"

"What; did someone yell 'HELLO NURSES'?" asked Wakko while rising out of the pile of untouched doughnuts. He turned to face were he had heard his brother yelled and surely enough, Wakko too yelled, "HELLO NURSES!!!" He then dropped his mallet and wrench while running to both the Nurse and Minerva.

Dot then threw her mallet and wrench into where Wakko had been eating his untouched doughnuts in feverish anger. Walking toward her brothers with her hands clutched into fists, she then bashed both her brothers on the head. Yet, the beating was hard enough for both Yakko and Wakko to be knocked out cold. Dot then turned to face the Nurse and Minerva who both were completely stupefied as to why Dot bashed her brothers so hard.

"Boys..., what can you do with them and their pathetic ways?" Dot finally said.

"Dah..., stop those Warner kids," a familiar voice shouted from the administrations building. It was Ralf with an enormous net behind his back. Behind him came Dr. Scratchansniff who was carrying another net over his back and showed a face of pure fury along with steam pouring out of his ears.
