Sorry I know that I have many stories posted and this will be a new one but I need to write it because I am sad about the ending of Veronica Mars and I really liked the show. A friend lent me his DVDs so I could watch it. I now it is different but I hope you will like it. Please press the lovely button and review. Chapter 1

Veronica kept thinking about what to do this summer after finishing freshman year of college. For the first month she worked on a few cases but nothing major. After her last break up with Logan she hasn’t had a good case.

She was looking at the picture that she always kept with her; it was the picture with the four of them: her, Duncan, Logan and Lily.

Nobody knows how much she misses those days. The days they were happy and together.

“Maybe I should paid someone a visit and stay there for a month or two”

Logan on the other hand was being bothered by Dick all the time. Dick kept inviting him to all the cool parties. He was sick of everything he just wants Veronica back. He still loves and he knows that he will always love her. The love he has for her is so different from the love he had for Lily. Yes, he loved Lily but there was always something that he knew that will never change, Lily’s love for boys. But with Veronica, his Ronnie there was still hope. That is what he wants to believe that the last time he saw her this summer at the food court the look in her eyes meant something. He lived only because of hope that someday Veronica will be his again.

He quickly got on his feet and he started looking for his laptop. He has a plan and he needs to write it down and make it perfect. Next year Ronnie has to return to him.

Keith Mars was just returning home from a boring day at the office. He saw his daughter’s face and he knows that she is up to something.

“Veronica!! I am home” Keith yelled so that Veronica could hear will over the music

“Oh. Hey dad.”

“So what do you want to eat for diner?” Keith wanted to keep the conversation going because he knows when she is up to something

“Well, I ...umm. I am not staying for diner.”

“Where are you going?”

“I kind of booked a plane ticket for Australia for tonight.”

“Why are you going there? You do not know anyone who lives there, unless you go there with Logan but the last time you talked about him was the day you broke up.”

“I know somebody but I am really sorry daddy but I can’t tell you who. I just tell you that you liked that person very much.”

Because Keith was a cop... And now he is a P.I quickly taught of something.

Veronica wanted to go to her room when she turned to live, Keith started to speak again.

“Hum, To Australia? You can go; I guess but promise me that you won’t do something stupid. Oh, and before I forget tell Duncan I say hi.” Keith said

“Umm, dad? You’re not mad? I know that is not right what I did but I had to help him, I promised Meg before she died that o would make sure her baby is on good hands. Please don’t tell the sheriff.”

“Ok. But keep in mind that this is the last time I help you with keeping something from the police. “

“Thanks dad. I must go and pack the rest of my things.”

Dick was returning from a party alone for the first time in his entire life

“Hey man.” Dick Casablancas said to his BFF and roommate.

“Hey, how came you came alone tonight?” Logan asked

“Don’t laugh but I kind of think that I might have a ...”

“I won’t laugh... too much. And you have a..?” Logan said

“I have a crush?” Dick told his BFF

“And that is different from the rest of the days how? You always have a crush on somebody.”

“Well, that is the thing. This time is a girt that I really like but she is out of my league. She will never look at me like that, because she had enough with my family and she can’t stand me.”

“Tell me that is not whom I am thinking it is.”

“Yes it is. It is Mac.”

“Oh my God. I can’t imagine you and Mac together. And this is so good for my plan.” Logan aid thinking aloud

“What plan?” Dick wanted to know

“Well, to be really honest, I do not know yet. But I bet if you start dating Mac the fact will mean something, you could help me win Veronica Back.” Logan said with hope in his eyes

“Wait... all you want to do is win Veronica back? After everything she did to you?”

“I love her dam; you will never understand will you? And by the way she didn’t do anything to me.” Logan said and after that he got out of the room.

Veronica was in her room looking at it for the last time. Her luggage was already in her car. His father was going to drive her to the airport.

“Maybe this is what I need. After this maybe I will be able to solve better cases and I will know what to do with my love life.”

Flashback

“Veronica, we need to talk” Piz told her.

They were at the food court right after Logan left.

“Shoot. I am all ears.”

“Don’t you think that I haven’ seen that look. I like you a lot but I know that you will never like me more than a friend. I know that you love him heart and soul. I heard Wallace talking to you about this. Don’t worry we can still be friends. Oh... and by the way Logan and Parker broke up.” After he added the last part he left leaving Veronica alone in the idle of the food court. He left because he knew that she will try to convince him and herself that is not true and that she liked him just like he likes her.

End of flashback

“Will Logan and I get back together after this summer?” This is the only question Veronica can’t answer.

Keith and Veronica arrived at the airport and they said their goodbyes.

A few hours later

Veronica just arrived in Australia, in the city where Duncan is living. Thank God that she knows exactly where to find him. She took a cab to Duncan’s apartment.

When she arrived she put her luggage on the floor and softly knocked, trying not to wake up the baby.

Duncan was sitting in the living room with the baby in his arms. He loved his baby girl since the moment he saw her. He still missed his two friends, but he knows that will never be able to return to the stated again.

When he heard someone knocking he put the baby down on the couch and went to answer the door.

Hey! She said to him

He was very surprised to see her there

“Are you in need of a roommate and a babysitter?” she asked and he let her in.
