The world slowly came into focus. As shade lie on the ground she started to recall what happened, and what came back frightened her. She remembered the fight. She remembered the pain of the arrow piercing her chest. The last thing she remembered was the look in wildfire’s eyes. He was looking at the guard who shot her. the normally calm look in his eyes was replaced with rage, she saw not a man, but a monster.

As she tried to figure out why he had that look in his eyes she felt a sharp pain. The arrow was still in her. The she realized why his eye were like that. “He must have thought I died” she said to herself. Carefully she took the arrow out. It had missed her vital organs. Then she saw something that she still wasn’t use to, the bleeding stopped in seconds. She counted to ten and wiped the blood away. She was fully healed. Their wasn’t even scar tissue left .

Just then a guard came into the room. “can I help you?” shade teasingly asked. “your suppose to be dead!” he said shocked that the ‘corpse’ was talking to him. He drew his sword and charged shade. She picked up the arrow and threw it like a knife. It hit the guard right in the heart. Shade slowly walked up the dying guard and said “ too bad you can’t heal like me”. she then delivered a roundhouse kick to the arrow sending it flying thru the guard and hitting the wall behind him. “Now that that’s taken care of I need to find wildfire” she said to herself. With that she set of for the imperial city
