AngelxxForeign

Irrelevant

The first thing she noticed when she opened her opened her eyes was an unfamiliar beige roof.

Alarmed by her unfamiliar surroundings, she shot up on the futon only to shrink back onto it at the sudden agonizing pain her stomach presented.

What happened…?

She vaguely acknowledged her surroundings. A fairly pleasant but mostly empty room. All the furniture present was plain and there was a window with a balcony to her left.

She could only assume she was in an apartment.

The sun wasn’t up too high from what she could see; it seemed more like an early morning glow.

There was humming coming from the other room.

Where am I…?

She noted that her injury was bandaged before a crashing sound was heard from where she could only assume was the kitchen(all the pans crashing to the floor made it obvious) and a few cries of ‘hot!’ and ‘ow!’ spilled in from the other room.

She noted that it was probably the person that had been humming earlier.

When she heard footsteps coming and the sliding door beginning to open she automatically slid her eyes shut and evened her breathing.

“No nightmares today, Tenshi?” he sounded slightly joking but she could catch a hint of relief behind his words. There were soft footsteps and she heard him put something down near her.

“Let’s hope you wake up soon, ‘kay? It really is a waste to throw away your breakfast.” He sounded sheepish, “I’m going to school now, okay?”

She made no motion to show she heard him and only twitched when she heard what she assumed was the front door close behind him.

A pleasant aroma brought to her attention how hungry she really was. She opened her eyes slowly and looked towards the trey he’d left behind.

A simple Japanese breakfast and some very pleasant smelling tea sat next to her.

Sitting up slowly she decided she didn’t care if it was poisoned and lifted the chop sticks left for her.

Who am I?
