sorry it's short. Just something that popped into my mind while I was trying to work on something else. Takes place in the G1 era.

For two breems, Brawn and Bumblebee had been staring at each other, neither of them wanting to look away. If they did, they would lose. Brawn didn't want to lose. However boring and stupid he found this, he did not want to be the first one to blink.

They could hear the voices of their comrades all around them as they stood in the middle of the rec. room. Surprisingly not, they heard Smokescreen betting on who would be the first to blink. It was like the mech had nothing else to do than bet all the time.

"That's the only purpose of this game? To stare at each other and not be the one who blinks first?" Windcharger asked, looking down at Spike, who stood beside him.

Spike nodded. He was explaining to his Autobot friends what kind of games that humans played. When he told them about the staring game, Bumblebee had wanted to try it.

"You humans sure do come up with strange concepts in your spare time."

"I'm next. I want to try this out, too. It looks fun," Bluestreak said as he walked up to them, the twins on either side of him.

"Pfft. You'd have more fun with us than playing this silly game," Sunstreaker purred at Bluestreak.

Bluestreak promptly ignored him and walked away from them to stand beside Spike and Windcharger. The twins looked at each other, shocked that Bluestreak ignored them. The shock didn't last long, however, as Sideswipe's metallic face lit up with a smirk.

Another breem passed and still both the minibots hadn't blinked. That is, until Sideswipe suddenly jumped at them with a loud cry, scaring them, and making them both blink.

"SIDESWIPE!!" they both cried out angrily.

I guess we'll never know who would have won. Blame Sideswipe. -laughs evilly-
