Konoha's Hero of Twilight

Summary: Zelda told Midna to go find a hero... The devilish imp agreed and set off to find a hero. She skipped past Hyrule, thinking that only a warrior from far away would have the strength to help her find the Fused Shadows. She found one in Japan. Konoha to be exact. In the form of a very familiar orange wearing ninja...

'Eee hee hee! These 'shinobi' are funny looking. And what strange names!' Midna thought as she quickly sped over the treetops towards the Bridge of Heaven and Earth. Just as she reached it, a tremor shook her and she dropped several feet into the tree's.

"Woah what was that?" She said to herself in Twili. She quickly skipped from tree branch to tree branch and to newly made clearing and gasped at what she saw:

A black and red beast with four tails and almost no snout was powering up a Twilight ball, or so Midna thought. The beasts target? A pale man with long raven hair. The black and white imp sat down on the branch she occupied and crossed her arms over her bosom. She watched the show with interest and each time the beast got hit, she giggled like a madwoman.

The beast paused and looked over to the imp's hiding place, she tensed up and disapeared into the tree's shadow. She did not want to become the beasts next target at all. 'What's this beasts problem? Can't he tell that I am not his enemy? Hmm... Eee hee hee! After this fight I should confront him and take him to Hyrule Castle! '

Naruto paused and glanced up towards the treeline. He could've sworn he saw someone up there. Suddenly, out of the corner of his eyes he saw a piece of wood grow and wrap around him. He shrieked and let out a pitiful roar. The unstable particles around him dissolved the wood and he fled towards where he thought he saw that person on the branch.

He took his chances and leaped onto that branch and winced. He dropped down onto his stomach and almost fell off when the wood dissolved if not for the darkness surrounding him. Suddenly, a pure black creature appeared before him and shook her finger at Naruto. She was pure black, a shadow of some sort he figured.

"Eee hee hee! Don't want the hero to get injured now do we?" She playfully jabbed at him in some starnge language he could understand. He snarled and tilted a non-existence eyebrow high onto his forehead. His other one lowered and his expression became one that said clearly, 'wtf'.

'How can I understand you? And who.. no what, are you? Are you also a demon?' His thoughts rang out. The shadow being giggled and turned her only visible eye into a upside down 'U' of a smile.

"Eee hee hee hee! I don't know how you can understand me, but it must because of your Triforce marking. Now silly Creature, what are you? In all the places of Twilight I've been, I've never seen something as powerful as you."

Naruto looked confused for a moment, and titled his head and asked,

'What's 'Triforce'? And I'm a four tailed kitsune, baka. Have you never heard of the nine tailed oni?' The shadow being closed her eyes and shook her head. 'Oh Din we have a lot of work... better start at the beginning!' Midna invoked into her mind.

"No I have never heard of these 'tailed oni' you speak of. Are they powerful Twilight beings?," She mumbled out in Twili, "and," She continued on, in a louder voice, "Triforce is.. well. You answer my question first, then I'll tell you the history of Hyrule and the Triforce. Okay?" She tiltedher head to the side, and a unfamiliar feeling washed up into Naruto. 'Kawai'i...' He thought to himself.

'What is your name? Mine is Naruto.' The four tailed beast curiously asked. 'Midna' was the curt reply.

"I think its best if we go to Hyrule Castle and the Princess Zelda herself tell you what Triforce is, ne?" She softly asked. Naruto, not knowing what was in store for him, nodded. the surrounding shadow's turned into little black particles and floated up and turned into this black swirling portal with blue lines running through it. Then his being, and that of Midna's turned into those black particles and jumped through the portal.

AN: THE END! Great cliffhanger. I love this idea. Never been thought of, ey? WELL GOOD! XD
