Naruto and Sasuke were trapped in a corner by Haku and his glass mirrors, Nikki and Sakura were outside of the mirrors while Kakashi was fighting Zabuza. Nikki was looking worriedly through the cracks in the mirrors and guarding Tazuna , while Sakura was screaming bloody murder over Sasuke.

“Kage bunshin no Jutsu!” Naruto screamed out, about 100 Naruto’s appeared and attacked all the mirrors at the same time while Sasuke concentrated and performed the Katon, Goukakyuu no Jutsu and burned the bottom Haku’s pants. When all the Naruto’s vanished and the real Naruto was sent tumbling to the ground, Haku sent out another flare of needles, puncturing the two teammates and making them cringe.

Éclair was casually walking down the street, avoiding all possible villagers that populated Wave, she thought of her previous failed attempt to become a ninja, she performed the Jutsu correctly, but they still didn’t let her pass, she was confused by this but knew the reason they wouldn’t let her pass. She self-consciously placed her hand over her heart which laid the seal of the Payatami, the earth Panther that attacked her parents, her Uncle preformed the Shisou Fuuin to seal the monster in her when she was six, the moment the power radiated through her she went crazy, the intense burning at her skin, she ripped up all the trees from the ground, but ended up passing out in the middle of the destroyed forest. Éclair and her parents lived in no village, but in a cabin out in the middle of no where, when some locals found Éclair they brought her back to her parents, they unwillingly took her back.

She still remembered the last thing her parents said to her,

“Mommy, why won‘t you hug me anymore?” Little Éclair asked innocently while looking at the ground and shuffling her feet, her mother scoffed at her and turned away, her dad walked in and Éclair asked him the same question, they both turned to her, identical glares on their faces,

“Because you‘re a demon.” They told her in unison, disgust dripping off of each word, Éclair teared up and they turned away, Éclair quickly ran up to her room. She didn’t understand any of it. They didn’t talk for the rest of the night.

Éclair heard her mother scream and quickly ran out of her room and into the kitchen, she watched as a man finished killing off her mother. The man had long, black hair, and snake like eyes. He was wearing a cream looking coat with a huge purple rope wrapped around his waist, to sum it all up, he scared the hell out of her. The man turned to her and smirked, he slowly inched towards her, his eyes burning holes in her skin striking fear in every core of her body. Éclair backed up as he advanced on her.

“I‘ll be back for you…” He said and then disappeared. Éclair let the tears pour over and crawled to her mother and fathers lifeless bodies. Just because they didn’t love her doesn’t mean she didn’t love them, she spent the rest of the night crying, the next morning she buried her parents and head out in the direction of the nearest village. A few days later, she found Wave, when she came to the front of the village a ANBU guard met her up and led her to the Mizukage.

The Mizukage sent her to the hospital to get checked out, that’s when they found out about Payatami. Everyone was quickly alerted, most of the villagers argued to kick her out of the village, but the Mizukage wouldn’t have it,

“She is to stay here until she is at least 12.” He told the villagers, from then on, she was scorned and hated, only about once a week some of the older kids came to her and punched her around. Later, when she was 10 she enrolled in the Ninja academy, she quickly excelled, but was never let out.

Éclair shivered when she went over her past, her stomach churned when she thought about the killer of her parents, and fought back tears when she remembered her parents death. A bang startled her out of her thoughts and she looked over in the direction of the noise, she saw a thick mist surrounding the area where the bridge was being built, something she saw caught her attention, and she smiled. She could see Haku’s ice mirrorspopping out of the mist,

“This should be fun..” Éclair stated before darting in the direction of the Mist.

Her and Haku met a few years back, they both had tremendous speed, and fought in battle, Éclair was able to break out of Haku’s lethal attack. As far as she knew, she was the only one able to match Haku’s speed. Éclair also had a blood line limit, Telekinesis, the ability to move objects with her mind, on top of that, she had quick reflexes, and had a sharp mind so was pretty good with genjutsus, and her skills made taijutsu easy for her, but ninjutsu was her downfall, sure, she had massive Chakra storage, but the hand signs confused her, and she had crappy Chakra control, she was defiantly a short-ranged fighter.

Sakura was still screaming her head off over Sasuke, Nikki was clearly annoyed and was just seconds from bating the crap out of her, she wasn’t doing anything, so shutting her up would be a good thing about now.

Naruto and Sasuke staggered to their feet. Haku pulled out some more needles and held them between his fingers. He started ranting on Shinobi’s, and Sasuke and Naruto listened, enraging Naruto more and more.

Éclair arrived on the bridge and took a look around, she used her keen eyes to scan the area, she counted up four people outside the mirrors, and no one seemed to notice her, she ran up to the mirrors, on the opposite side of Nikki and Sakura and peered in, she saw Haku, and two other people inside. She climbed up the mirrors and sat on top of them, stomach down and went for a better look, one of the boys had yellowish-blonde spiky hair, and deep light blue eyes, he was wearing a orange top with a black whirpool sign in the middle and baggy black pants, he was also wearing his head band around his forehead, Éclair looked hard at the head band and saw they were from Konoha, her gaze lingered on him for a second before turning to the other boy there, he had blackish-blue, duck butt hair and onyx eyes, he was wearing a blue top and white shorts, his headband was placed on his forehead. Both of them looked pretty beaten up, she looked around and her gaze caught Nikki, she had dark reddish-brown hair pulled up in a high ponytail, and dark blue eyes, she was wearing a dark red outfit, around her waist was some white tape with her headband placed around the tape, she then looked at the howling girl a few yards away from her, she had pink long hair, green eyes and was wearing a light red dress. Éclair looked back to Nikki and saw the man behind her, she noticed him as one of the few nice people she met in wave.

“SASUKE!!” Sakura screamed out, really, really loud. Éclair and Nikki put their fingers in their ears and glared at Sakura threw squinted eyes. Sasuke looked annoyed, Naruto looked a little bit hurt, and Haku just ignored it completely. When Sakura started pacing hysterically, Eclair got annoyed,

“Okay, which one of you is Sasuke?” Éclair asked the two boys bellow her, everyone who was in range of hearing looked surprised, they all quickly turned to her, Sasuke gave her a look and held up his hand, Éclair rolled her eyes,

“Figured..” She muttered, “anyway, can you shut her up? She is pretty annoying.” Éclair asked, she caught a glint of anger flash through Naruto’s eyes and ignored it,

“I‘m a little busy right now!” Sasuke told her, Éclair shook her head and turned to Nikki,

“Would you please?” Nikki smiled,

“Gladly.” Nikki said before getting behind Sakura and knocking her out, Éclair breathed a sigh of relief and turned back to the three boys in the ice mirrors, Haku was glaring up at her. Éclair sat up and dangled her legs threw the open hole in the mirrors and jumped down between Naruto and Sasuke, she looked at Sasuke first,

“So.. you‘re Sasuke?” Éclair asked him, he nodded, Éclair then turned to Naruto, “So that makes you…?” Naruto looked over Éclair,

“Naruto.” He simply stated before turning back to Haku. Éclair shrugged,

“Wow…you guys are a nice bunch of people..” Éclair mumbled.

“Heh. Éclair we meet again.” Haku said, Éclair smugly smiled,

“Yep yep!” Éclair said enthusiastically, making Haku, Sasuke and Naruto sweat drop.

“You always were interesting..” Haku also looked her over, Éclair shifted uncomfortably.

“Hey boys, I‘ll take care of this one.” Éclair told them, taking a fighting position, Naruto snarled,

“This is our fight. And it‘s ours to win.” Éclair glared back at him,

“Well you weren‘t doing a good job of that.” Before Naruto could argue any further Éclair was off, Sasuke and Naruto’s eyes widened at their speed, they could barely see them.

Éclair dodged one of Haku’s needles and bounced off one of the mirrors, Eclair’s eyes briefly flashed silver and she muttered something under her voice. Éclair swiftly bolted her foot upward but Haku dodged it. Haku brought out a needle and threw it, Éclair held out her hand, a kunai ripped through Naruto’s holster and into Éclair’s hand, Éclair easily deflected the needle, Haku started wildly throwing needles at her, Éclair blocked most of them, but a few of them got through and grazed her skin. Éclair squinted her eyes a bit and Haku’s mask flew off of his face and crashed to the ground breaking im pieces.

“I don‘t want to kill you” Haku told her, Éclair quickly broke through Haku’s guard and threw a fist in his stomach, Haku cringed in pain at the force, but ignored the pain and gracefully placed a needle on the bottom of his foot and thrusted it into her stomach, Éclair spit out some dark blood and flew to the other side of the mirrors.

Naruto just got done making a clone, the clone smiled at him before popping out of existence, Naruto looked around, soon there was a large crash, Naruto raced through the clones memories. Éclair crashed through the mirrors, cutting her body and head, blood oozed out of every part of her body. As she exited the mirrors she slammed into Nikki sending them both to the ground, Eclair was already knocked out. Nikki quickly caught Éclair and pushed off the own pain racing through her body and examined her, she pulled the pieces of cool glass from her skin and tried her best to stop the bleeding, she then noticed a small hole threw her shirt and looked closer, she pulled up Éclair’s shirt so that it was revealing just her stomach and saw a needle sticking out of stomach where her gut should be, Nikki slowly pulled it out, and Éclair let out a cry of pain and slowly floated towards consciousness.

Haku’s mirrors tumbled to the ground, Haku looked completely un-fazed, but Naruto and Sasuke looked like the had their jaws unhinged,

“God, even if she‘s near death, she still finds a way to break my mirrors…” Haku grumbled.

(AN: I really didn’t mean to make myself seem high and mighty or anything, so really I’m just gonna be a little over average Genin, but Naruto and Sasuke and a lot of the other guys are gonna be stronger then I am and stuff. If you read my other story, “Chocolate Vertigo” then you can guys that it will end out as NaruClair, and Sasuke in this story won’t play out as the bad guy until he leaves for Orochimaru, but he still isn’t the main evil dude.)
