Trapped in the Drive-Thru

“Have fun Sakura!!” Sakura’s mom shouted as Sakura got out the car. Their parents decided to go on a “Parent’s night out”, leaving Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke, and Hinata all trapped in the Uchiha resident.

“I will. Enjoy your night.” Sakura shouted back. The car sped away, honking and jumping with the radio turned up very, very loud.

Sakura sighed and enter the building. She noticed only Naruto and Sasuke were their, playing a game of Truth or Dare.

“Hi guys. Whatcha doin?” she asked them. The sudden greeting jumped the boys but they relaxed as they noticed her.

“Just playing some Truth or Dare. Would you like to join?’ Sasuke asked. Naruto nodded, as if he wouldn’t mind if she did.

“Sure.” she replied happily. She set her sleeping bag on the couch and sat down next to Naruto. He tried to hide a forming blush from her.

“Sakura, truth or dare?” Sasuke asked, a smirk forming on his face. Sakura oddly glanced at him the glanced at Naruto, who hadn’t made a movement. If Sasuke was planning to embarrass her, he would have to try very hard. After all, the Haruno’s are tricky to embarrass.

“I’ll take Truth. Nothing much happens to embarrass anyone on truth.” Sakura replied to his question and his odd smirk. There was nothing Sasuke could do to embarrass her now.

“Do you like Naruto?”

Sakura’s face was shocked to no end. “Sasuke!! How could you ask a question like that?” Naruto asked.

“Well I’m only curious. After all, the chance that your crush likes you is very quite common. But you know, it’s cool if she hates you.” Sasuke snapped.

“I like him as a friend. Nothing more, okay? Nothing more.” Sakura replied, hoping that fight wouldn’t break out between the two boys. At some rate, there would be a big fight that would ruin it mostly.

Hinata opened the door, stepping inside. She noticed the three teens (A/N: Yes, they are teens. Sakura is 15, so is Hinata, Naruto and Sasuke are 16) and went over to greet them.

“Hi guys.” she greeted. She blushed sorta at Sasuke, knowing the raven-haired boy knew nothing of her secret crush she had on him.

“Hi Hinata.” Naruto greeted her. His stomach rumbled slightly.

“I’m hungry… Sasuke, you got anything to eat around here?” he asked.

“No, my parents forgot to shop. We could get something delivered. But I’m short on cash.” Sasuke answered, shuffling through his wallet. “I’ve got two dollars.”

“I have 82 cents.” Sakura showed the coins she had found after a long shuffle through her pocket and her handbag.

“11 cents.” Hinata said, showing what was left of her money, which she had shortened on the way to get some gas for her parents.

“I’ve got nothing…” Naruto said glumly. Though his shuffle through his vortexes of pockets, where things always seem to appear, seemed successful, nothing was in his hand.

“So we only have 2.93 huh?” Sasuke asked, counting the change.

“That could get us a box of popcorn bags.” Sakura answered, falling back on the couch.

“Wait!! I just found 2 dollars in the couch.” Hinata exclaimed, pulling out 2 dollars.

“That could get us 3 cheeseburgers from Lonely Clown.” Sakura replied to the exclamation.

“Sweet!! Let’s go!!” Sasuke shouted. They all rushed out to Sasuke’s car, and soon they were speeding off to Lonely Clown.
