Theresa gets her children taken from her after telling Ethan the truth. She then finds out he and Gwen are still married and are back together for good. Now after killing Alister for good she takes back everything she lost.

Theresa walked towards the courtroom unafraid of Gwen. She was done taking Gwen’s shit. She was done with Ethan, to hell with him she would remind herself when she would start thinking about him. He had taken all her children from her and now he was trying to get permanent custody. She would stomp him into the ground for this and everything he and Gwen had done to her.

The judge was patiently waiting for Theresa Crane to enter. He knew better at this point than to get involved with Rebecca. He was going to reinstate custody of all the children, including Jonathon due to safety hazards, to Mrs. Crane. Gwen constantly left the children alone and unattended whereas Mrs. Crane had always left them in the care of her mother or a set of nannies. He had also received a shocking new amount of evidence concerning Jonathon. The doors flew open to reveal a very pissed off Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald Casey Crane or now known as Mrs. Crane. He proceeded as she sat down.

Judge: We are here concerning custody of all three children correct Mrs. Crane?

Theresa: Correct your honor. All three children are in danger in the care of the Winthrops.

Gwen: RIDICULOUS!! My children are always safe with their mother and father your honor.

Judge: From the overwhelming evidence I have apparently your not fit parents, either of you. Especially you Mrs. Winthrop.

Gwen was horrified! Theresa was now set to take her husband and her three children in one swoop. Theresa had not broken eye contact as she spoke.

Theresa: Your honor I request all three of my children be returned to me, their rightful mother.

Gwen: You only have one child Theresa. That is Little Ethan.

Theresa: I had the DNA tests done as the court asked and the results of all three children should be here now your honor.

Judge: Did the results come in yet bailiff?

Bailiff: Yes your honor. I made sure to get the results done and returned before the hearing so there would be no tampering with the evidence to waver in either side.

Judge: Approach Bailiff. Now tell the court what the DNA results concluded in?

Bailiff: Ethan Martin, Jane Marie, and Jonathon Winthrop are all the children of Ethan Winthrop and Theresa Crane. None of the children belong to Gwen Hotchkiss-Winthrop.

Gwen was shocked! Ethan was about to faint after hearing all his children had not two mothers but one.

Judge: I give full custody off all three children to their rightful mother Theresa Crane and all last names are no longer Winthrop but Lopez-Fitzgerald Crane. The Winthrops are not allowed near the children for six years. Then visitation rights will be established but until then remain far away from Mrs. Crane and her children Mr. And Mrs. Winthrop. COURT ADJOURNED!!

Gwen was pissed off but Theresa was crying tears of joy as Ethan Martin and Jane ran to her crying happy tears. The Bailiff handed her Jonathon. She immediately requested a name change for her youngest son. Daniel Samuel. After Theresa walked out of the courtroom with all three of her children while the officers had to restrain Gwen from running after Theresa. Gwen fell to the floor crying. She still had Ethan but she wanted all the children Theresa had, they were Theresa’s true happiness now not Ethan.

Theresa returned home and everyone was shocked Jonathon was another one of Theresa’s children. Apparently Gwen got a surrogate and choose one of Theresa’s embryo’s. Theresa was thrilled her children were with her again and Ethan was not in her life anymore. A knock on the door interrupted them as Pilar went to check it. Out of nowhere Gwen came barreling in and yanked Theresa to the floor by her hair and proceeded to fight with her as Theresa yelled for Miguel to get her children out of the room. After the children were gone Theresa pounded the hell out of Gwen. Luis came in and pulled Gwen away then proceeded to arrest her for breaking and entering, attempted murder and assault and battery.

Ethan came running in making Theresa glare at him. She wanted Ethan arrested too for breaking and entering. She also told Luis Gwen broke the agreement the judge had set for Gwen. Luis hauled them both away and Theresa put a restraining order on them both including Rebecca when she tried to kidnap Daniel. Theresa had decided Harmony was too dangerous for her and her children. So she decided to leave once and for all.

Gwen heard Theresa had vanished with all the children and went mad. After a few years she hatched a plan and begun to work on getting out on good behavior and then she would find the children.

Ethan meanwhile kept Gwen up to date on everything everyone was doing every now and then. Luis and Fancy married and were on their way to a happy marriage with twins on the way. Sheridan and Antonio were also expecting a child. Paloma and Noah were home with their son Michael Angelo Bennett. Kay and Miguel were home with Maria with her new sister Amalie Daniela Lopez-Fitzgerald. Pilar was now busing herself with her grandchildren except Little Ethan, Jane and Jonathan who vanished with Theresa. Gwen made herself look good as more and more people started coming to see her except her mother who was also in jail for four years as well for aiding and embedding Gwen in everything she ever done against Theresa.

Meanwhile Theresa was watching Gwen on the monitor with her sons Justin and Daniel. She had changed Little Ethans name to Justin Lee Arter and Jane was now Ann Leanna Arter. Jonathan was now Daniel Samuel Arter. She was Theresa Ann Arter. Ethan had tried finding her and the children but thanks to her quick thinking she was able to keep Ethan from finding her in New York. Ann was on her way home from school and scowled when she saw Gwens picture on the monitor. Ann hated that woman with all her life. Justin told her their mothers life story and in the end she refused to remain Jane and had her name changed to Ann Leanna. She loved that name.

Theresa decided to make an appearance once again in Harmony knowing it would piss Gwen off. Gwen was about ready to get out and she wasn’t getting parole but a free ticket out for good behavior.

Daniel didn’t want to go but his mother stated it had been almost five years since they saw their grandmother so all three agreed.

Gwen walked out of the prison for the first time in five years and breathed in the sweet smell of freedom. Now was the time to find Theresa and take back her children and Ethan as her husband so she headed to Ethans house and found him watching tv...

Gwen: Hi Ethan.

Ethan: Gwen you got out today? Why didn’t you tell me I would have come and picked you up?

Gwen: I wanted to surprise you. I thought it would be nice to walk around Harmony before coming home finally to my husband.

Ethan: Its good to see you Gwen.

Voice: Daddy?!

Ethan: In here baby...the livingroom.

Gwen: Who is that?

Ethan: My daughter Elizabeth Jane...our adopted daughter.

Gwen: Adopted daughter? Where did she come from?

Ethan: She was abandoned at my doorstep so I adopted her and now she is our daughter. I am adopting another child named Roman Jonas from Italy. He should be here at the end of the week.

Gwen looked at the little girl as she entered the room. She walked in and crawled on Ethans lap. Long blonde hair, baby blue eyes, and light complexion. She looked just like a combination of Gwen and Ethan. She walked over sitting next to Ethan and Elizabeth smiled at her as she crawled in her lap and hugged her.
