"More? Crap. What?"
"You aren't going to like this."
He hissed, "I already don' like this."
"More side effects. The list is pretty specific."
"Oh, God. What I have isn't enough?" He groaned, pushing the blankets to the floor. He curled around himself, gasping in sudden agony.
"If … stomach cramps … aren't last, kill me. Fucking promise."
"Well, no, actually that's ... bleeding from the orifices. Oh hell, I'm sorry, Dean."
