Hermione lay on a make shift bed Ginny had made from her cloak and jumper.
“This should keep her comfortable.” Ginny said. Ginny felt her eyes watering. She looked up at Vincent and then looked away blushing. “Sorry, I shouldn’t even consider cry. It’s not my place.”
“You don’t have to apologise.” Vincent said. Ginny wiped her eyes on her sleeve.
“You really love her, don’t you?”
Vincent nodded.
“I wish I knew such love.” Ginny said.
“You look like you’re pretty intimate with Harry.”
Ginny blushed.
“Yeah, it’s kind of complicated. I’ve always liked him, but there have always been obstacles, like his first girl friend, Cho, she was the Chinese girl that was in here before.”
“I see.”
“But, he might break up with me too.”
“Why do you say that?”
“It’s just a fear I have, but I cannot live in fear, now can i?” a fake smile played on her lips.
Vincent shook his head.
“You’ll figure out something, I know you will.”
“You seem so sure.”
“I’m not, but we’ve got to hope that somehow you will figure something out.”
“Yes, I suppose you’re right.”
Ginny smiled.
“You know if she’s sleeping, maybe…this might be another spell you’re going to have to break: Perhaps a kiss?”
“Like ‘Sleeping Beauty’?”
“Yes, exactly like that.” Ginny said.
