Ah, Halloween. The day we all love. Though we age, Halloween never get’s older. The fun of dressing up, the excitement of tricks, the delicious taste of the sugary candy, and the dentist appointments we all hate. These things make everything about Halloween worth while. Except for some people who don’t get the spirit.

“Mom!!” Sakura shouted. “I don’t wanna go trick-or-treating!! It’s for little kids!!” “Your brother is 15 and he still goes trick-or-treating.” her mom argued, pointing at the fifteen year old boy going out in a monkey costume.

“That’s cause he’s immature!!” Sakura murmured. “That’s enough!! You are going or you will be grounded!!” her mom threatened. The girl rolled her eyes and took the Vampire Destroyer suit and went to the bathroom.

Sasuke waited impatiently near his opened window, his fingers rapidly tapping part of the windowsill. Her checked his watch. It was only 11:58, which meant his feast would be in two minutes. His red eyes flashed with anger. The kids and teens were already out.

He wondered if his wolf friend Neji was out. His grounding put him out from feasting on meat for a while, and Sasuke had yet to have some fresh, non-processed blood for the whole year. Hopefully he could get a victim like last year.

He remembered the pink haired girl he had sunk his teeth into. He could still taste her delicious blood. How she managed to resist the affects, he’d never know, but this year he’d have her.

The timer on his watched went off. He looked down at it. It read 12:00. He smiled evilly and he disappeared into a puff of smoke and reappeared as a bat. He flew out the window.

It was time for the feast.

Neji looked up to see the full moon. He smirked and howled. His fur began to spread over his body until he was finally his original werewolf form. He left out a menacing howl to warn the townsfolk he was coming for them.

He ran down the street, looking for a meaty victim. Not much talent, he thought. He finally came across a potential target: Tenten. The bun-haired girl was dressed in a white dress and big, huge straight-standing black hair, with a white streak running up one side. She was playing as Frankenstein’s Bride, of course.

Neji prowled over to her. She smiled and greeted him, unaware of the dangers that she was about to face.

“Hey Neji!!” she waved, smiling. “Ooh!! Neato costume!! The fur looks so real and fluffy.”

“That’s because it is real…” he growled. Tenten stood oddly at him then burst into laughter, rolling on the ground and crying. Anger rose inside of Neji, boiling to a dangerous point.

“Oh that’s a good one Neji!!” she laughed, wiping a tear out of her eye.

“It is real.” Neji spat. “That’s because I’m a werewolf!!” Tenten shot back in surprise. Neji emitted an evil howl and lunged. Quickly she back-flipped, his teeth barely missing her arm. She landed and quickly ran down the street.

She pulled off the wig and threw it directly at him. It smacked him in the face and he tumbled back. After fiddling with it, he finally removed it and looked around. He had lost sight of Tenten.

“Dangit…” he silently spat. He stalked down the street. He just hoped Sasuke had some more luck.

Sasuke looked around the neighborhood. It was too crowded for him to sink a target. Then he noticed something pink passing through the forest. It was the girl from last year. He smirked and swooped down. He passed behind a tree, quickly changing back into the human vampire… Well… You know what I mean.

“Hello.” he greeted in a scary voice. Sakura quickly turned and sighed. “Geez Sasuke, you scared me.” she returned. “You’re looking rather… tasty tonight.” he complimented. “Um… thanks.” she replied with some laughter.

His red eyes flashed with amusement. He circled her, eyeing her carefully. She said nothing but put her hands on her hips. “Sasuke why are you circling me?” she asked. “Because… you seem in a good condition. Any colds lately?” he asked.

“No, not recently. I had one last year but that’s it.” she answered. Suddenly the facts hit Sasuke like snowballs on a winter day. Her cold had prevented the side affects from taking her over. This year she was vulnerable. He could finally get her.

“Why do you want to know?” she asked. “Because now you are my feast!!” he shouted, flying forward. His teeth bore, flashing in the moonlight. She screamed and kicked him, her foot meeting his jaw. He was sent spiraling back and he hit a tree. Sakura dropped her bag and fled.

Sasuke got up and growled. He had lost his victim once more.

Shikamaru laughed evilly as he gripped his scythe and pulled the hood over his head. He made his way into the woods to sink the lovely miss Ino, who was at her house, alone. He was lucky her house was located in the woods were no one would see her.

Her house came into view, and he sighed with much happiness. She was laying on her porch, snoozing, and a pillow underneath her head. He stalked over to her house.

“Hey there dear.” he greeted. She yawned and sat up. “Oh, hey Shikamaru… Want some candy?” she asked, holding out the bowl. He shook his head. “Um… how bout some lemonade?” she asked. He shook his head. “A fruit?” He shook his head. “What do you wan then?” she demanded. “Your soul!!” he answered, raising the scythe high. He brought it down. Ino dodged and ran away screaming.

Shikamaru sighed. “They always run…” he muttered. Her followed her quickly.

Tenten sped through the streets, occasionally looking back to see if Neji was following. She slowed down to take a breather. She looked around. Looks like everyone had packed it in early. Some screaming from the corner made her turned around. She saw Sakura running from a… vampire?

Sakura rounded the corner, passing her a “hi”. Tenten ran as fast as she could until she was running alongside her.

“What’s going on here?!” Sakura asked. “I don’t know!! Neji’s a werewolf, so who’s the vampire?!” Tenten asked. “Sasuke!! I’m sure Ino has already been caught!!!” Sakura replied. Suddenly Ino sprang out of the forest, colliding with Tenten and Sakura. The three were in a heap on the ground.

“What are you running from?” Sakura asked Ino. “The Shikamaru Reaper.” Ino answered. Suddenly the three were pulled apart.

Sakura struggled to free herself from Sasuke’s grip. “No point in struggling.” Sasuke smirked. “I have you, and now you are mi-” Sakura’s fist met Sasuke’s face. He staggered back, receiving another blow as he came to. He fell, unconscious.

Sakura looked over. Tenten’s color was draining from her face as Neji bit deeper into her arm. Ino became paler and paler as Shikamaru extracted her soul slowly. Sakura cut off into the woods. She had to find Hinata before either of them were caught.

Hinata walked over to a house and rang the doorbell. The door opened and the owner gave her candy. She walked off the porch and soon she saw Sakura running towards her.

“Sakura?!” Hinata exclaimed. “What is it?!” “Hinata, Sasuke is a vampire and Neji is a werewolf. And Shikamaru is the reaper!! And by god I mean that they are the real ones!!” Sakura explained.

“Sakura!!” Hinata said. “Calm down!!” Suddenly they heard moaning. They turned to see a zombie Naruto. “Omigod!!” Hinata screamed. The two set off down the street. Suddenly Sakura tripped and was being pulled away.

She tried to free herself from the grip. Suddenly she was pulled up, her arms and legs unable to move.

“Sorry my love,” the familiar vampire voice said. “But now, you’re no longer free.” A sharp pain pierced Sakura’s neck. She emitted a vicious scream until the pain let out of her throat. She grabbed the damaged part of her neck and fell to her knees. Her head was spinning, her eyes flashing. She turned only to see a blurred Sasuke. Suddenly she felt light-head. She landed on the ground face-first and suddenly she blacked out.

Hinata screamed and ran down the street. She looked back at Sakura’s possibly lifeless body. The zombie was following her, and she ran faster. Suddenly she ran into some one. She looked up to see a Tenten werewolf and an Ino wearing a reaper robe and holding a scythe.

Hinata screamed and ran again. She quickly fled for the forest. She reared back as a scythe chunked into a tree near her. Suddenly she was against a tree, surrounded by two reapers, two werewolves, two vampires, and one zombie.

The zombie came forward. Hinata screamed and shot a chakra blast, blowing them all back. Hinata ran into the woods, only to make contact with a tree. She fell over, and soon was pulled up. Her living soul left her, and was replaced by the undead soul.

Finally the girls were caught. Sakura the vampire, Hinata the zombie, Ino the reaper, and Tenten the werewolf.

Now that they were caught… What happened to the real girls?

The foursome hid in the clearing near Ino’s house, each one holding silver spoons, torches, garlic, and wooden steaks.

“From the sound of all the screaming, the clones have been caught.” Sakura declared. The other nodded and did some hand signs, releasing the clone jutsu.

“So what kills a reaper?” Ino asked. “Um… the Lord?” Hinata suggested. “Yeah, now we just have to die.” Tenten snapped. “Hey, I think I read somewhere that the Reaper’s own scythe kills him.” Sakura pointed out. “But how are we gonna get hold of it?” Ino asked.

“Good luck with that.” Tenten said. “We’re each taking the person who attacked us.” “That’s nice…” Ino said. Some rustling in the bushes put the girl’s in ready position. Sakura held the garlic and wooden steak. Hinata held the fire, Ino had pretty much nothing, and Tenten held the spoons.

The four deadly boy-monsters stepped out, ready to fight and capture the girls. The fighting soon began!!

Sasuke viciously tried to bite into Sakura once more, only to back away from the garlic. She put the garlic stem in her mouth. It reeked but she had to win. Sasuke stayed back, but Sakura jumped and threw the wooden steak. It jabbed right through Sasuke, the blood seeping out of him. It seemed like and endless flow of blood; not only his, but also the blood he had taken in.

Tenten tried constantly to just tap Neji with the spoons, but she couldn’t get too close for he would bite her. Neji was cautious too, but still had some good shots. Tenten sighed and threw one spoon. Neji dodged it, but was unable to dodge the second one. Soon he was on the ground, quickly dying.

Ino slide from side to side and jumped and ducked to dodge the fatal blows from Shikamaru. Until she could get him to stand still, she couldn’t get him into Mind Transfer. He swung at her and she jumped. Suddenly she somehow dodged a dark blast. When she landed, Shikamaru was taking in energy. She quickly did her hand-sign and caught him. The scythe was thrown near Ino. She released the jutsu and picked up the scythe. She swung down and the scythe slit into Shikamaru’s back, and she finally had won.

Hinata dodged from touching Naruto with her hands, but she just couldn’t hit him with it. Finally, after careful aiming, she killed the zombie.

The girls sighed. They had finally won.
