A/N: Takes place after the Future Arc at no specific time other than that. In my world, when they went back to their time, the Bovino's do something to keep the Milliefore group from ever forming. But that's a completely different story I'm cowriting with And Then I Woke Up, WinryRockstheBell, and Kopykitty13.

Lambo calmly sat back cradling the mug of warm milk the young Vongola had presented him with moments after his appearance. Currently, his boss was storming about the confines of his bedroom in frantic spurts of displeasure complaining loudly about something concerning perverted pinapples that Lambo was pretty sure he didn't want explained. But the, the Thunder guardian never had liked seeing his young boss upset, and so, he asked.

"What did Mukuro do this time?"

Tsuna paused in the act of moving a stack of books onto his bed that he had just finished removing from that same spot moments before and turned to face Lambo with a surprised look.

"Mukuro?" He inquired. "Who was talking about Mukuro?"

Lambo hid a smile behind his cup. "You were. For the past-" he glanced at the watch Tenten had given him for his birthday eight years later, "-two minutes."

"Oh..." Tsuna dropped the books and moved to sit across the table from Lambo with a sigh. "Sorry. It's just...he really gets on my nerves! With all this possession crap and then he constantly hits on me, but all he really wants is my body-"

Lambo choked on his milk and covered his mouth in a desperate attempt to not start laughing at his young boss.

"Oh my god! Lambo! Are you okay?" Tsuna exclaimed worriedly. "Bianchi didn't do something to the milk, did she? I keep trying to tell her-"

"No, no," Lambo quickly assured. "Completely my fault. It's just always such a surprise to realize how oblivious you were as a child."

"Huh?" Tsuna stammered, giving him a confused look.

"Of course," Lambo continued, "I never realized that Mukuro has liked you for so long, so I guess I can't really say much."

Tsuna froze. "No, Lambo," he corrected shakily. "I think you heard wrong. Mukuro doesn't LIKE me. He wants to POSSESS me."

Lambo smiled slightly as he set down his empty mug.

"Neh, young Vongola," he stated, shaking his head ruefully. "There's more than one definition of "possession", though I suppose you Won't figure THAT out for a few more years..."

And before Tsuna could ask him what he ment, older Lambo vanished to be replaced by his younger self, who was crying about something. The only words Tsuna could make out were "tolerate" and "Reborn" -which gave him a pretty good idea about what had happened.
