Prologue: The Ageha Tenshi and the KuroiTsuki Tenshi
A long, long time ago terrible evils struck a small planet called Lunatea. A legend had it that one of the evils had appeared on the day of the new moon and taken the shape of an innocent young child. It had burst through the ground giving the impression that it was a devil sent from Hell.
The description of the young child had deep blood red fur and long flowing black hair. Hellish fiery eyes filled with rage and hatred that could make even the most courageous person cower back. On nights of a full moon the child grew black feathered wings. There forth the local Lunateans had named the child KuroiTsuki (1) Tenshi.
Whole villages and cities were massacred by the KuroiTsuki Tenshi. As the KuroiTsuki Tenshi continued to grow it became more deadly. It spared no one. Not women, children, men, the rich, the poor or anybody. No one knew why though. Nor did anyone care to know. All they thought about was that the child was a devil and nothing more.
The early Lunateans had tried several times to defeat the KuroiTsuki Tenshi. They put up bounty posters and bounty hunters went after the child. Each time they had failed. Each time it had out smart them, out ran and killed those you dared tried to kill it.
They even tried praying to their beloved Goddess Claire. When it seemed their prayers were not answered many had given up and accepted that they all were going to be murdered by the sent devil. They believe their own Armageddon was near.
All hope seemed lost.
And then she came. The sky suddenly started out like a regular lightning storm when the grey clouds morphed into purple and green. Thunder rolled and lightning flashed. Then a small figure had fallen out of the sky and plummeting down to the earth. Witnesses who had seen thought it had been an angel sent from the Goddess Claire to save them.
When villagers went over to the fallen body they had found the girl completely unharmed and was surrounded by butterflies, an unusual bright light a loomed around her unconscious body. It had given the girl a radiant and heavenly look. The villagers had taken the girl to the Sky Temple in La-Lakoosha to be brought forth to the High Priestess.
It was determined that the girl had to stay at the Sky Temple until they figured out what she was there for. She was kept in a room where only the priestesses could enter in and out of. But only if they were giving her, her food, clothing, taking her bed sheets to be washed or checking on her to be sure she was alright.
Lunateans from far and wide had soon heard about the mysterious girl who fell from the sky. Many of them had traveled to the Sky Temple just to see her but only few had ever been given permission to see and actually meet her.
Of those who had seen her; had said she had dark brown feathers and beautiful long black hair always pulled back in a bun with loose strands hanging in her face. She had a small golden beak on the front of her face. She also had one red feather for a hair accessory in the back of her bun. She had long feathers on her forearms and a long tail at the back. The girl had worn a cream colored dress with a red shawl that hung loosely on her shoulders.
And butterflies were always around her or in her room.
Of those who had met her; said she was a very quiet girl. She always seemed distant as if something was always on her mind. But they had also said she was the sweetest and most charming girl they had ever met. When she spoke she had an intelligent and polite vocabulary and a soft spoken voice. She was always gentle toward the butterflies that collected them selves around her. She moved with grace and she could keep a conversation going.
To them she was an angel.
Pretty soon she was known as the Ageha Tenshi. But so far the priestesses couldn’t figure out why she was there and they never asked the Ageha Tenshi why either. Very little was learned about the Ageha Tenshi.
A few months had pasted and more people were dieing by the KuroiTsuki Tenshi. Mass panic corrupted the Lunateans. Several letters were sent to the rulers of kingdoms and to the High Priestess about the deaths of loved ones and the massacrings of villages. No one knew what to do.
When one day the Ageha Tenshi announced that it was time for her to go. Many people who had heard about this had a fit but what got them going was that the High Priestess had agreed with her.
The High Priestess had assigned the three finest heroes in all of Lunatea to protect the Ageha Tenshi. All the highest graces had sent them to the Sacred Well in the grassy plains of Sakizuzu (2).
The Sacred Well was at the time a very beautiful sight to see when it was first built. It was used for gathering holy water. But what if the Sacred Well could be used for other purposes?
The journey to the Sacred Well was successful. No one had gotten hurt. Once they had gotten to the Sacred Well the three heroes watched as the Ageha Tenshi had tossed a strange object into the well.
Soon afterward a bright light exploded through out the room. When the light faded away the heroes then saw that the Ageha Tenshi was gone. Snow fell through out Lunatea and all evil was gone.
The Lunateans had soon realized that the girl was sent to them for a purpose. She was to bring peace to them all.
But they also realized that the KuroiTsuki Tenshi was gone as well. The child was soon forgotten. The Lunateans all believed that neither of them would return again.
Ten years after the exiting of the Ageha Tenshi she came back. Expect this time it was a different girl. That girl had left too and from the Sacred Well. And then by each generation a different girl had kept coming either surviving her journey or being killed.
Unfortunately so did the KuroiTsuki Tenshi. Just like the Ageha Tenshi apparently it came back every generation. Either before the Ageha Tenshi had arrived or after if she was murdered.
The Lunateans had all learned new things from each Ageha Tenshi. But the biggest that they knew of was if the Ageha Tenshi does die then a great evil would appear and take over the world. But for only until the next Ageha Tenshi arrived.
So they waited for her and hoped that she would bring them peace once again. Because in their times they were desperate for it. They preyed to their Goddess Claire that she would come soon.
But after the fifth generation of the Ageha Tenshi the two Tenshies had finally met one another. The three heroes at the time who were escorting the Ageha Tenshi were completely surprised when they saw the KuroiTsuki Tenshi had bowed before her. One of the heroes had been an elderly warlock and placed a sill (A/N: not spell, sill) upon the KuroiTsuki Tenshi. It was if there was someone, anyone in the universe who was desperate for help they would be the next KuroiTsuki Tenshi. But until that would ever happen KuroiTsuki Tenshi would forever be kept in the prison of its darkness.
But they all still believed that the KuroiTsuki Tenshi would never return. Oh how they were about to get a rude awakening.
Sakizuzu (2) I just made that up...
