I wrote this for school, and thought I might as well upload it. (though I meant to do so sooner... and sorry if it's kinda bad .w.' )

It's about Pride and Prejudice, an awesome book and movie(s)! (as you probably know)

Elizabeth's point of view.

Reflections

“Mine only love born from mine only hate”

ring the immortal words.

If only I knew how true she spake,

perhaps I might have heard

When the whisperings of my hardened heart

began to take a turn;

But to bad or good had been my start,

I would simply have to learn.

‘What is this?’ I thought at first,

I couldn’t have been so wrong.

But as time passed

and I reviewed verse,

remorse I could no longer prolong.

Now as I contemplate

my emotions and try

to sort them out

I cannot help,

but think ‘I’ve been so blind!’

Far too quick to judge, am I;

Too prejudiced from the start.

But then, you might have passed me by

and we both would have been off worse.
