Author’s Note
PLEASE READ
I will start by saying that I am aware there are plenty of stories like my own out there, but I can assure you mine will be taking a different approach to the whole ‘girl appearing in the Naruto Universe’ theme.
For starters, there will be two cycles to this story, which you will read more about in a couple of seconds. Second, this story will be based on realistic situations, as in, what would REALLY happen if a girl (or two) were to appear in the Naruto Universe. What do you think will REALLY happen to someone who knows all about the “future”? Think the OC will have a kick-ass adventure alongside the characters without any real harm befalling on them? Think about it. Canon characters will remain canon, but with a touch of realism added to their characters and so on. Third, if you are looking for a story of modern age middle/high school girls who inherit powers at the first instance they enter the world, become ninjas and saviors while befriending criminals, then I’m afraid this is not your story. This story will contain mature themes; dark themes that I am sure will not be everyone’s cup of tea. Why? Because reality is a bitch, if not worse. You really can’t expect it to be all about sunshine and play, can you?
Cycles:
This story involves two cycles (parts, if you want to call it) but the main plotline of this story intertwines the two.
The first one focuses on the experience of a girl with no knowledge about the Naruto Universe, the difficulties of living in such setting and the problem it brings. Such as the language, lack of knowledge about the world, etc… It might be slow paced for some, but you cannot expect the OC to jump into an adventure at the second day of her stay and call it realistic. The second cycle (which is not a sequel) introduces a second OC who knows about the world. This part will also contain the majority of the plot (action) of the story - Again, this is connected with the first cycle.
While I prefer that you read from the beginning of the story, you may still jump to the second cycle and start reading from there if you want. If you choose to do this, then I recommend you start at Ch.16 (title: October), that way you still get a brief idea of who the first OC is.
One last note, I have upped everyone’s age in this story by a year or two.
So, I’ll appreciate it if you give this story a chance, if not, well, thanks for reading this anyway.
