Chapter Two:

Toon Town, 1st Visit

We now return to Cyborg, BeastBoy, and Pikachu, as they seemed to be in another place other than Jump City.

“I told you to take a right at Crossover Story Street,” BeastBoy says.

“I said I was sorry. Looks like we’re in the right place. Now let’s…huh?”

Cyborg then looked up at the sky.

“Hey Cyborg,” Pikachu said. “What’s wrong?”

“Look!”

Cyborg then pointed at the sky as the trio saw the starry sky. Then, one of the stars started sparkling for a minute, and then…it disappeared.

“Another star gone. Come to think of it, the sky has been looking a little empty, lately.”

“Come on, Cy. We got to hurry!”

Then, Cyborg, BeastBoy, and Pikachu walked up some stairs as they looked around.

World Name: TOON TOWN

“I don’t see that key, anywhere,” BeastBoy said.

“Look, all we have to do is find The Sugar Princess and she’ll point out the way. Come on.”

Then, Pikachu started to sniff.

“Something’s wrong.”

Pikachu then ran into an alleyway as he caught Cyborg’s attention.

“Pikachu, where are you going? Hey, BB, I think Pikachu-“

“Cy, we have no time for games. We got to get going.”

Cyborg then looks at BeastBoy and then looked back at the alley where Pikachu ran into.

“Pikachu, come on!”

Cyborg then walked off. Pikachu then walked to the end of the alley, and saw a kid leaning against the wall, unconscious. That boy…was Ben Tennyson. Pikachu then gasped and ran up to Ben, as he started to shake him awake.

“Are you okay? Come on, kid. Wake up!”

Ben then slowly opened his eyes as he looks at Pikachu. He then yawned and closed his eyes once more.

“What a dream. Can’t get any lamer than…”

“You leave me no choice, kid. THUNDERBOLT!!!”

Then, Pikachu sent out a thunder wave right at Ben, causing him to get shocked all over his body. Ben was then wide awake, placing his hands on his head.

“Okay, so this isn’t a dream.”

Ben then looks around as he saw that he was in an alley.

“Where am I?”

“We’re in Toon Town.”

Ben then got on his feet and stares at Pikachu.

“What do you know? A rat that could talk.”

“Hey, I’m not a rat! I’m a Pokemon.”

“What’s a Pokemon?”

“Never mind. You’ll learn when you’re older. I’m Pikachu by the way.”

“I’m Ben Tennyson. So, uh Pikachu. Do you mind telling me where we are?”

“Follow me!”

Pikachu then ran off.

“Hey, wait up!”

Ben then chased after him as the twosome stopped at their tracks.

“What is this town? Toon Town, you say?”

“Yep. What happened to you? Got amnesia? This is your home, isn’t it?”

“No, this isn’t. My hometown was Bellwood.”

“That’s a problem!”

“Why’s that, Pikachu?”

“You’re from another world!”

“I still don’t get this world stuff.”

“I think its best if we look around, probably asked for directions.”

They then spotted a building and then walked inside. There, they saw that they were in what seemed to be a store or a restaurant. Then, they saw a moose in a lab coat over at the counter. The moose then turned around and spotted both Pikachu and Ben.

“Phht!”

“Hey, why did you—“

“Wait Ben. I think this is how the moose here can talk, giving out loud raspberries.”

“How can you be so sure?”

“I think I can understand what he’s saying. He said, ‘Oh, a kid and a rat’. HEY!”

“Excuse me, sir. Can you tell us what’s been going on around here? I think I’m lost.”

“Phht!”

Pikachu then sat on the counter.

“He said, ‘This here is Toon Town, home to those who lost their worlds. You seemed to be a new face around here, so I’m guessing you came from another world.’”

“That’s true actually.”

Ben then sat on a stool in front of the moose.

“Phht!”

“He said, ‘My name is Professor Cocoa. You two seemed nice, so how can I help you?’”

“Well, I got a problem and I need some advice. Here’s the thing…”

And so, Ben both Pikachu and Professor Cocoa his story about what happened.

“Phht!”

“He said, ‘So, you came from a place called Bellwood, where there was a storm, saw these creatures, lost your family and friends, obtain this ‘ToonBlade’ and suddenly got here.’”

”Exactly,” Ben says.

“Phht!”

“What did he said now?”

“He said, ‘Well this is a home to those who lost their worlds, so your family and friends could have escaped and came here.’”

“Maybe you’re right. I should look around. Maybe they might be here!”

Ben then got down and headed towards the exit. Pikachu then got off the counter and jumped on Ben’s lap.

“I’m coming with you, Ben. Besides, I kind of got separated from a couple of pals of mine. They’re here, I know, but I just lost them. So let’s look around.”

“Right.”

They then left the store and walked around town. Then, someone was watching them in the shadows.

“He mentioned the ToonBlade? Who is this kid to obtain a weapon far greater than anyone else? I should keep an eye on him.”

Half an Hour Later…

Both Pikachu and Ben then reentered the store.

“Phht!”

“He said, ‘So how is your search?’”

“It’s terrible. I looked all around Toon Town and couldn’t find my family or friends. I did came across a few people, and they said they lost their worlds couldn’t find their loved ones, anywhere.”

“Phht!”

“He said, ‘That’s a shame’.”

“You know what, I think I should look around some more. I don’t think this is working out.”

Ben and Pikachu then left the store once more.

“My friends said that they’re supposed to meet up with The Sugar Princess who’s here in this city. Maybe if we find her, we’ll find my pals, and we’ll find someway to help you. How’s that?”

“Great, that’s just great,” Ben says sarcastically.

Then, they saw a person running off.

“Hey, mister, you okay?”

The man then stopped in front of them.

“Yeah, I’m all—AHH!!!”

Then, a black creature swooped up and seemingly went through the person, holding up a heart. The man then fell to the ground, as his body faded away.

“What in the?!?”

Then, the black creature held up the heart as it was shrouding in shadows, and alas, the heart became the same creature.

“Did you see that?”

“What do we do?!”

“Use your ToonBlade to fight these guys!”

“Right!”

Ben then took out his Toonblade and charged at the black creatures, and in one swoop, it took them all out, as there were glowing hearts in place of the creatures as the hearts disappeared. Ben then looks back at Pikachu.

“Pikachu, watch out!”

Pikachu then turned around and saw the same creatures.

“Here goes nothing! THUNDERBOLT!!!”

Then, Pikachu started to scream as thunderbolts came from his cheeks and all around his body as thunder waves whammed down on the creatures, as they disappeared. Pikachu then looks around.

“QUICK ATTACK!!!”

Pikachu then started to run super fast and started to run right through those black creatures as each of them disappeared. Back to Ben, he then swoop his Toonblade right down to the last creature. Both Pikachu and Ben and stares at each other, and then laughs.

“For a little guy, you got some skills.”

“Yeah, you too.”

“I’ve done a lot of practice throughout last summer.”

They then continued to walk on, until they heard a voice.

“You do know that they’ll keep coming at you.”

Both Ben and Pikachu stood in a battle pose as Ben takes out the Toonblade.

“Who’s there?”

Then, a girl appeared from the shadows. She had long blonde hair tied in pigtails, wears a pinkish shirt with a purple bow with a pink dress over it, but wears it as a skirt for some reason, has long purple socks and black shoes, and her eyes are colored pink.

“And they always will. As long as you wield the ToonBlade.”

“I knew it,” Ben whispers.

“But why? Why does it have to pick a geek-looking kid like you?”

“Hey, chicks dig my looks, you know!”

“Whatever. Now, hand over your ToonBlade so I can have a closer look at it.”

“Ben!” Pikachu shrieks. “Whatever you do, don’t give her your ToonBlade.”

“I’m planning it, Pikachu!” Ben says. “Listen here, Pinkie, there’s no way I’m giving up this thing.”

“Fine, I guess we’ll do this thing the hard way.”

Then, the girl takes out a large pinkish lollipop.

“That’s it?” Pikachu asks with a confused look on his face.

“A giant lollipop as a weapon?” Ben asked.

“Shut it!”

The girl then ran after Ben and swung her lollipop right at her, but Ben used the Toonblade to block her attack. Ben then kicked her in the stomach as the girl kneels down, which was the right chance for Ben to swoop the Toonblade right at her face. The girl kept her balance, as she did a high jump and was starting to wham Ben with her giant lollipop. Ben then dodges her attacks, as he was breathing for air. The girl then swoop up her lollipop right at Ben, hitting him on the chin as he crashes into the ground.

“Ben, don’t give up!” Pikachu cried out.

Pikachu then looked up as the girl was about to wham her giant lollipop right at Pikachu.

“Thundershock!”

Then, Pikachu cast an electric blast at the girl, as she knelt down on the ground. Ben then got up his feet, but wasn’t able to obtain his balance.

“That’s it. You’re gonna…gonna…you’re gonna…uh.”

Ben then crashes into the ground, as Pikachu ran to his aid.

“Ben, are you okay?”

The girl then stood up.

“He’ll be fine.”

“You’re becoming soft, Ginger.”

Both the girl, whose name is apparently Ginger, and Pikachu looked up and saw a rabbit-like girl wearing a pink dress with white rabbit symbols attached to her, wearing earmuffs and has her bunny ears tied in a ponytail.

“I went easy on him,” Ginger says.

“Easy?!” Pikachu said. “You were trying to kill him!”

“Sorry. Old habits are hard to break, you know.”

Ginger then looks down at Ben, and saw the Toonblade in his hand.

“The fate of all worlds rest in this kid’s hands. This is going to be worse than I thought…a lot worse…

Meanwhile…

BeastBoy and Cyborg were then seen walking in an alley.

“This is pointless. We’ve been searching for The Sugar Princess for hours. I guess she’s not here, then.”

“We’ve been searching for 45 minutes.”

“And now Pikachu is gone. I wonder where he’s at.”

“What’s the matter, BeastBoy? Scared?”

“No. BeastBoy is not afraid of anything!”

Then, something touched his back, as he yelped and jumped on Cyborg.

“BeastBoy! Why did you do that for?!”

“Excuse me. Has Robin sent you?”

Both of the boys then turned around and saw a gingerbread man right behind them, only the gingerbread man was wearing some kind of greenish uniform…

Somewhere Far Away…

There was Kevin, unconscious at a mysterious place. He slowly opened his eyes as he regained consciousness. He then stood up sturdily and looks around. There were a bunch of floating rocks all around and water pouring in everywhere. He then saw at an angle that there was a dark crevice underneath him, probably that leads to anyone’s death, or to spend the rest of their life in a never-ending fall. Kevin then looked and saw that there was a pinkish castle right up on those rocks.

“Where am I? How did I got here?”

He then looks around to search for any signs of life. He then looked into his hands.

“What’s happening to me? I remember these prophecies, then I lost control of myself, and then I remembered seeing Ben and myself on what seemed to be left of our world and…wait, speaking of Tennyson…”

He then looked around some more, hoping to find any traces of life.

“BEN! GWEN! WHERE ARE YOU?!?”

No sign. He then fell to his knees and sighs sadly.

“What’ll become of me, now?”

Then, far away from him, there what seemed to be some kind of creature that was there, watching Kevin in sadness…

Later On Back at Toon Town…

“Come on, you doofus! Wake up!”

Then, Ben slowly opens his eyes and saw…Gwen?

“Are you okay?” Gwen asks.

“Yeah,” Ben then sits up.

Then, Pikachu came up to Ben.

“You’re awake. I was beginning to worry about you, Ben.”

“Don’t overdo it, Pikachu.”

“Those creatures that attacked you and after your ToonBlade,” Gwen explains.

“What?”

“But it’s your heart that they want…no matter how much light there is in your heart, there will always be darkness. That’s why they want your heart. But they’re afraid of you because you wield the ToonBlade, but they won’t give up. Not yet, anyway.”

“How do you know so much of this stuff, Gwen? Well, I’m just glad I found you.”

“Gwen? Who’s Gwen? You’re funny, you know that?”

“What are you talking about?”

Ben then rubs his eyes, and then looked up at Gwen. But there was no Gwen. There was the same bunny as before.

“My name is Cupcake. Pikachu told me that you’re Ben Tennyson, right?”

“Uh yeah.”

Cupcake then looked around.

“I think you pushed him over the edge, Ginger.”

Ginger then walked up.

“Well, I do so myself.”

“Oh right,” Cupcake then reached up a white bunny.

“This is Mint, my little friend. Cute, ain’t he?”

“Yeah, I guess.”

“Cupcake, do me a favor and don’t spoil the moment.”

“Oops. Sorry, Ginger. I guess I got a little cocky.”

Ben then looked around, and The ToonBlade caught his eyes.

“So, that thing is called the ToonBlade, right?”

“Yep,” Cupcake said. “We had to get it away from you to scoop those black thingies away. Because the ToonBlade is made of light, they probably don’t sense it.”

“It was the only way for them to get away from you.”

Ginger then picks up the ToonBlade.

“Hey, that’s mine!”

“I know. I told you I want a look at it.”

“If you want another butt kick, don’t even ask.”

“Easy, Ben,” Pikachu warns. “She’s a good guy.”

“But why does she look so…so…bad looking?”

“Like I want to tell you.”

“Sheesh, it’s like you don’t have any emotions or anything.”

“Oh shut up.”

Ginger then gave the ToonBlade a wave.

“For a 10-year-old looking kid, you’re the chosen one to wield the ToonBlade.”

Then, the ToonBlade started to glow as it disappears. Ben’s hand then started to glow and the ToonBlade faded right into his hands.

“Wow.”

“Nice watch,” Cupcake says, picking up Ben’s wrist with the Omnitrix attached to it.

“Uh thanks.”

“That’s the Omnitrix, isn’t it?” Ginger asks.

“Yeah, how did you—“

“Lucky guess. If you can change into any alien, why not just give up the ToonBlade and fight yourself?”

“Hey! For one, the Omnitrix doesn’t work, anymore. It’s jammed. And two, I want to know what’s going on. Tell me everything I need to know, now!”

Right next to the room where Ben, Pikachu, Cupcake, Mint, and Ginger were at, in another room next to theirs, there was Hansel, who sat on a bed, while BeastBoy and Cyborg stood right in front of him.

“Okay, so the both of you know about our worlds, right?”

“Yep. But it’s suppose to be top secret,” Cyborg says.

“It has been a secret, because they have not been connected ever since the beginning of time,” Hansel says. “In the beginning of time, all worlds were once just one world, where many people of different types use to live. But something went wrong, and the entire world was shrouded with darkness. But, in the heart of innocent children, there was indeed one spark of light that brought the world back together. However, both light and darkness have been born, and it caused all people, different from one another, was separated, and has not been connected ever since. They have not been connected throughout thousands of years. But something is wrong, and the worlds are connected once more, as if it all became just one world. It all started back 10 years ago, when the Toonless came to existence.”

Back To Ben

“The Toonless?” Ben asks.

“Those black creatures that attacked you,” Cupcake said. “They’re real scary. That’s why I couldn’t bare to get near them.”

“Those whose hearts are shrouded in darkness,” Ginger says. “They only attack the darkness within people’s hearts. And there is indeed every darkness…within every single heart.”

“I don’t get it. Is there no way to stop them?”

“There might be,” Cupcake added, petting Mint as she sat down next to Ben. “Have you heard of someone by the name of Mammon?”

Back To BeastBoy and Cyborg

“Mammon?” Cyborg asks.

“He used to live on the Other Side where we used to live,” Hansel explains. “But we heard news that he was studying the Toonless since back several years ago. He kept them all in just one report.”

“Well, can I see it? Just so I can have a scan of it for analysis.”

“I wish I have it, but I don’t. Ever since our world was gone, when we last heard of Mammon, he lost them saying that his pages have scattered everywhere, maybe even to different worlds.”

“Maybe that’s why Robin left,” BeastBoy said. “So he could find both Mammon and his reports.”

“That’s what I believe, exactly.”

“Well, wherever he is, we got to find him,” Cyborg says. “And fast, too.”

“Hang on,” BeastBoy said. “We can’t just go wherever we like. First, we got to find that key!”

“That’s right. You guys are looking for the ToonBlade, right?” Hansel asks.

Back to Ben

Ben then waves his ToonBlade in the air.

“So, this is the key, the ToonBlade can actually be a weapon and a key, right?”

“Yep,” Cupcake says.

“The ToonBlade is a delicate weapon,” Ginger says. “It sometimes can lie in people’s hearts. But those who are the strongest, the bravest, and those whose heart sheds light can wield it.”

“And in English?”

“The ToonBlade can choose it’s master. And unfortunately, it’s stuck to you like glue now.”

Ginger then leans on the wall.

“You can also use magic with it. But good luck finding that out.”

“Cool, this can also do magic? Awesome! Wait, but why does this have to—“

Ben then sits up.

“Something wrong, Ben?” Pikachu asks.

“What happened to my home? My hometown Bellwood? Mom, Dad, Grandpa, Kevin, and…Gwen?”

“I wish I know,” Ginger says. “However, it’s not that easy to find them.”

“What do you mean?”

“When worlds are shrouded in darkness, those who inhabits that world, once it is gone in the darkness, those who lives in those worlds…will lose their hearts to darkness, thereby making their hearts become Toonless.”

Ben then had a shocking look on his face.

“No. I wouldn’t dare think about losing my family…my friends…I just couldn’t. If everyone in my world would become Toonless, then how come I haven’t?”

“Because you got lucky that you made it out alive,” Ginger explained. “Like we did.”

“The last time I saw Kevin and Gwen, Kevin turned into this gigantic monster and he flew right into this portal, and Gwen…my cousin Gwen…she disappeared right in front of me, just like that.”

“You should put that ToonBlade to good use. The Toonless have a great fear of the ToonBlade, but is after it as well. They are also after your heart, since you wield the ToonBlade.”

“I can take on any Toonless! Where can I find them?”

“GINGER!” Cupcake screams.

Then, a black portal opens up, revealing a Toonless.

“No way!” Pikachu cried out.

Ginger then took out her giant lollipop.

“Cupcake, run!” Ginger warns.

Then, Cupcake runs out of the room, with Mint in her hands. In the other room, as BeastBoy and Cyborg were wondering what the commotion was going on. The door open right in front of BeastBoy, slamming him right against the wall, as Cupcake ran out of the building as well. Hansel then got to his feet.

“Cupcake! Where are you going?!”

Then in the other room, A Toonless was about to get a jump on Ginger, but the Pikachu strikes back.

“Thunderbolt!”

Then, with a strike of Pikachu’s thunderbolt, the Toonless disappears.

“If there’s a Toonless here, there’s probably more where that came from. Come on!”

Ginger then ran out of the building, with both Ben and Pikachu following her. Back in the other room, Cyborg saw BeastBoy whammed to the wall. Meanwhile, back to Ginger, Ben, and Pikachu, there were standing right near a water pond.

“All right,” Ginger says. “If there are more Toonless than usual, then that means that the boss is around.”

“The Boss?” Both Pikachu and Ben say.

“Yes. Each Toonless has their own boss, who of which is actually a Toonless, but each Toonless Boss has each just one boss, who is the same boss as the other. We’re still not sure who’s their real boss, but all I know is that if you stop the Toonless Boss, the Toonless would calm down for a while. With your ToonBlade, you can do it. Find the Toonless Boss and beat the crud out of it! Destroy it and give it what you got!”

“Sure,” Ben nods.

“I’ll hold up the Toonless as much as I can. I might not hold them for long, so you guys better hurry up and take it down, got it?”

“We’ll do our best,” Pikachu said. “Hold them off for as long as possible.”

“With pleasure,” Ginger says, clutching her lollipop weapon. “I’ll be off. Good luck.”

Ginger then ran off.

“Come on, Ben. The citizens of this town might be in trouble, and we don’t want them to end up like that guy earlier!”

“Right, so we got to make this quick!”

Ben and Pikachu then ran off, as they pass and destroy each Toonless they found. They then came up to a big platform, where on one of the balconies up above; there was Cyborg and BeastBoy, wandering around. Then, they were suddenly surrounded by Toonless.

“Are these those Toonless guys?”

“Let’s go get them, Cy!”

BAM!!!

There was suddenly an explosion in the air, as both BeastBoy and Cyborg flew up in the air. Ben and Pikachu then saw and tried to run off, but then all of a sudden, BB and Cy crashed right on top of them. They each had stars flying around their heads, as both BeastBoy and Cyborg notices Pikachu.

“Hey, Pikachu.”

“We missed you.”

Then, they both noticed the ToonBlade in Ben’s hand.

“The Key!” they both called out.

Then, the ground started to shake, as the foursome got to their feet.

“The ground is shaking. I don’t like it when the ground’s shaking,” BeastBoy comments.

“Something’s up,” Ben says. “And it’s not good.”

Then, the platforms started to rise up, surrounding the boys.

“Oh no!” Pikachu cried. “We’re trapped!”

“Now what do we do?”

Then, Ben saw black portals opening up around them. He knew it’d be the Toonless coming for the ToonBlade and their hearts.

“We fight back!”

He then held up the ToonBlade, as the Toonless came out of the black portals.

“No way,” BeastBoy says.

Cyborg’s hand then turns into a blast canon.

“Like the kid said, we got to take ‘em down!”

3 Minutes Later

“That was just too easy,” Ben says. “Any idea how we can get out of here?”

Then, the ground started to shake.

“Another earthquake?” BeastBoy whines.

“Don’t worry, BB,” Cyborg cautions. “Whatever is coming our way, we can handle it.”

Then, giant pieces came from out of nowhere, as they form into…the Toonless Knight.

“No way,” Ben whispers.

“We got to fight it, guys,” Pikachu says. “Ginger can’t fend off the other Heartless any longer. We got to make this quick, otherwise the whole city is doomed!”

“Right!” the trio said together.

Ben then did a high jump as he tries to aim for the head. Then, Cyborg did a sonic blast on one of the legs, as it disappears.

“So that’s how you can defeat this guy,” Ben says. “We have to take it about, one-by-one!”

Then, the tried to reach for the other leg, as it also disappears.

“We can do this, guys!” Ben called out. “We just have to keep going!”

Then, the monster grabs Ben and slams him against the ground. Then, BeastBoy turned into a gorilla as he punches the ground, as the arm of it disappears.

“THUNDERWAVE!”

Then, Pikachu shocks the Toonless Knight, as it suddenly stops moving.

“What the—?“

“It will only be stunned for a short time. Attack it all together! Now!”

“Right!” the trio says together.

Then, BeastBoy turns into an eagle as he carries Cyborg as he performed his cybernetic punch attack, and at the same time BeastBoy turned into a panther and Ben runs up right at the Toonless. Then, all together, they destroyed it. Then, the platform reaches down back to its regular state, as the boys started gasping for air.

“Thank goodness, it’s finally over,” Pikachu said.

“You said it,” BeastBoy replied.

“You did it, the four of you.”

The foursome then turned around and saw Ginger, Cupcake, and Hansel.

“And thanks to you, the Toonless are gone,” Cupcake says.

“For now,” Ginger said.

“BeastBoy, Cyborg, I believe you found someone you’re looking for,” Hansel reminded.

“Oh right,” BeastBoy said, as Cyborg, BeastBoy, and Pikachu stared directly at Ben.

“Wait, so you guys were looking for me, all this time?”

“Yep,” they said together.

“You see, Tennyson, they too were looking for the ToonBlade Bearer.”

“But what now?” Ben asks.

“I got it,” Cyborg said. “Would you like to come with us? We can go visit other worlds and learn what’s been going on. We got this wicked T-Ship that can take you anytime, anywhere!”

“But…I wonder if I could find Kevin and my cousin, Gwen.”

“Of course you can,” BeastBoy lies.

“Really?”

BeastBoy and Cyborg then turned around.

“Uh BB, do you think that’s going to happen?”

“Who cares about who this kid is searching for. We need him to come with us so that we can find Robin.”

Ginger then steps up and places a hand on Ben’s shoulder.

“Ben, go with them. Especially if you want to find your friends.”

“Well, I guess I could…”

“But first things first,” BeastBoy said. “You cannot go out looking like that. You see, Cyborg and I are superheroes. Where we came from, we kick evil’s butt all the time. And at the end, we’re successful and celebrate with happy faces. So, no frowning or sad faces, okay?”

“You got to look funny, like BB right here with his pointy ears.

“Hey! Chicks DIG the ears!”

Ben then laughs.

“See, there ya go,” Pikachu said. “Now that’s a happy face.”

“You know, I used to kick evil’s butt where I live, too. I’ll go with you guys.”

“BeastBoy.”

BeastBoy places his hand at the center.

“My name’s Cyborg.”

He places his robotic hand on top of BeastBoy’s.

“I’m Ben Tennyson.”

Ben then placed his hand on top of both Cyborg and BeastBoy’s hands.

“All For One and One For All!” they shouted.

Elsewhere…

“How could a human kid defeat a 30-feet creature of unimaginable power?” a voice in the darkness called out.

“Well, whoever this Tennyson kid is, his strength and power came from within himself, judging by that Omnitrix. But with him grasping the ToonBlade, it would make him stronger!”

“Then, why not turn this kid into a Toonless? It’ll be faster that way.”

“Oh my gosh, just look at this kid. For a lousy 10-year-old, he just took out a Toonless. What gives?”

“Do you always get annoy like that?”

“Shut up. I’m having fun.”

“You’re no prize like yourself, ya baby.”

“Call me a baby, one more time! I dare you! Call me a baby one more time!”

“You are a baby, man. You know that?”

“Darn you all to—“

“ENOUGH!” a southern accent voice called out. “As we have witnessed, the ToonBlade has chosen the kid. Will he be the one to destroy us and stop the darkness, or will the darkness destroy him? He’ll be useful to us, all right…through the ones he considered to be closest to him…”

Back At Toon Town

“All right, guys!” Ben called out. “Let’s go and travel to worlds to find our friends! I can’t wait!”

“Hold it, kid,” Cyborg said. “Before we could go, we have to go through a few rules.”

“Oh man,” Ben whines. “All right, lay down the rules.”

“First, we cannot let anybody know that we’re from another world. If we do, then who knows what might happen. Second, We may be outsiders in different worlds, but we just have to remember that we have to blend in with the society of that world. And last, if anybody gets into trouble, we should all try to stay calm and try to get out of a situation. And that’s it.”

“Okay then, now we’re all set,” BeastBoy said.

Pikachu then jumped on Ben’s shoulder.

“So, are we all ready to go?”

“Yep!” BeastBoy and Cyborg said together.

“All right then,” Ben says. “Let’s go!”
