Fan-Fan here, with the prologue of the new Intokusha. I tried to make it more believable in the sense of this actually happening. So, please Review and tell me which verison U liked better, this one or the old verison. Also, don't expect the second chapter up 4 a while, I still have to treak it more, and also there is a poll at the bottom of this chapter that will determine the second chapter also. So, thanks for putting up w/ me, and I would like to break 100 reviews by the eighth chapter!

I don't own Naruto!

Prologue- Reveal

A blond boy sighed as he looked out at the beautiful scenery around him. The oak trees that Konoha was known for boarded a small lake, secluded by the main stream of the large village. The high full moon reflected off the clear water of the lake, it shimmering as the soft wind blew through the area, the blond mop that was on top of the young boy’s head moving slightly.

The boy’s bright blue eyes momentarily shut when he heard rustling in the bushes next to him, singling that the one he was waiting for finally arriving. Appearing from the heavily foliage that surrounded the lake was a boy around the blond’s age; wearing a high collared shirt, a large red and white fan proudly embroidered on the back. Finishing the ensemble with khaki short and white bandages around his ankles, his usual weapon pouches forgotten, the raven-haired boy approached the blond.

“What cha’ want dobe?” The boy asked with a smirk.

“Hush teme, this is actually important.” The blond sighed, his hand fiddling with the coming-apart sleeves of his bright orange jumpsuit that he was known for.

“And what would that be?” The ‘teme’ asked, his eyebrow rose in question.

“Sasuke,” The blond sighed out, putting his right hand on his forehead, slightly messaging it. “Stop messing around and listen, please.”

Hearing the desperation in the blond’s voice, Sasuke sighed and sat down on the soft grass, his feet slightly dangling into the cool water below him, “What’s a matter Naruto?” Sasuke asked, “You haven’t been this serious since you told me about Kyuubi.” He said referring to the beast that was sealed into the blond’s body, making him hated by the majority of the village.

“It probably just as serious as that, if not more.” Naruto sighed out, sitting next to the raven, “But in order to tell you this, you must also know only three other people know.”

“Anko, Kakashi and Hokage-sama.” Sasuke sighed out, hearing this for the second time. “So another S-ranked secret?”

“Hai.” Naruto sighed out.

“Well? What is it?” Sasuke urged.

“Sasuke, what would you do if I told you, I wasn’t who I appear to be?” Naruto asked, his blue eyes shifting the coal-colored ones of Sasuke’s.

“I would ask you what the hell you meant.” Sasuke stated.

“Well, it’s the truth Sasuke.” Naruto sighed out, “I been lying to you since the moment you saw me.”

“Naruto? How is that possible?” Sasuke asked, confused by his friend’s statement.

“Can you just promise,” Naruto paused, biting his bottom lip, “not to run off when I show you what I mean?”

“Naruto…” Sasuke whispered.

“Please Sasuke.” The blond whimpered out, his blue eyes pleading for Sasuke to agree. Sighing, Sasuke nodded the blond beside him letting out a sigh of relief before standing, his hands in a common handsign used to focus chakra.

“Kai.” Naruto stated, a small poof of smoke enveloping him.

Sasuke could feel his eyes widen as he watched his best friend change in front of his eyes. The blond spiky mop that sat on top of Naruto’s head lengthened and straightened to about mid-waist, the beauty of the hair that would make any girl green with envy, the heavily masculine face shifted and formed one of absolute beauty in Sasuke’s mind, her face evident of perfect breeding. The Naruto in front of him still had the tanned skin of the boy he knew, the only flaw on the skin were the six whisker marks on the now high boned cheeks that marked the blond as the demon holder of the Kyuubi no Yoko. The bright blue eyes darkened and shifted to a dark forest green, but still had the innocence and largeness of the male Naruto he knew. The orange jumpsuit melted off the now curvier body of the now female Naruto before him, in its place was a fancier black kimono, a large red swirl embroidered on the back of the silk. Sasuke had to blink his eyes as the Naruto in front of him shook her head, attempting to get her hair somewhat neat. The raven couldn’t believe that the knucklehead he knew was now a beautiful blonde woman in front of him, ‘Is that really Naruto?’ Sasuke thought, a blush developing on his pale skinned face as he checked his now female best friend out.

“N-Naruto?” Sasuke stammered.

“Actually, my true name is Namikaze Natsumi.” The blonde girl said with a soft smile, sitting back down next to the shocked Sasuke, “But yes, I was the one you knew as Uzumaki Naruto.”

“B-but, how?” The raven asked, completely confused.

Lifting her right sleeve up high enough to expose her right wrist, Sasuke spotted a small seal tattooed into her wrist, “The Hokage asked this to be placed on me when I reached the age of five, after an altercation with someone. For my safety, I was put under a high level genjutsu with the aid of this seal, however as my chakra storages and control rose I didn’t need the aid of the seal anymore, so the henge is fed off of chakra at all times.” She explained with a sigh.

“Well that explains your horrible control.” Sasuke mumbled. “But, what was the altercation that led to this?”

“I was actually adopted once,” She said with a sad smile,” However I wished I never was. A man by the name of Shiju Kenji adopted me when was I was age of three. He lived in one of the outer villages of Konoha, a simple town with no ninjas. I thought I finally had a family, even though it was just Kenji. He lived in a small cottage, nothing fancy, not like the Uchiha’s head house, but it was nice enough for me. However, one week into my adoption, Kenji showed his true self. He wasn’t anything but a harsh man, using violence when he wasn’t listened to, or if his standards were meant. For two years that happened, daily beatings, starving, and multiple other things that I don’t want to go into detail. One day, the Hokage arrived at the house, demanding to see me, but due to my appearance Kenji wouldn’t allow it. I was heavily bruised and severely underfed. When Kenji found out he was found out, he bolted, and he got away, and is still away, the ANBU never found him. So Jii-san put the seal on me, to keep me hidden from Kenji if he ever did return.” Natsumi explained, her eyes never leaving a tree from across the lake. “And that the story.”

“I see,” Sasuke sighed out, “I’m sorry that happened to you.”

“It wasn’t your fault Sasuke,” Natsumi sighed out, her eyes shutting before opening to look at Sasuke, “And I would like to thank you for not leaving me.” She whispered before placing a small peck on his now blush painted cheek.

“Y-your welcome.” Sasuke stammered out, his hand covering the spot Natsumi just kissed her.

“Sasuke,” Natsumi whispered out, “There is a second reason I exposed myself to you.” She said, her eyes looking at the confused look on Sasuke’s face.

“And that would be?” Sasuke urged.

“I hate to admit it but I’m nothing but another fangirl.” She sighed out, “When we first met, my feeling for you were friendship and nothing more. But as time moved on, and we matured, my feelings changed for you, eventually growing into what they are. Soon it got to a point were I couldn’t be around you without almost yelling the truth at you, which untimely led to today. I understand if you don’t return the feelings, but I thought you should know.” She finished with a shrug.

“Natsumi.” Sasuke whispered out, ‘That was no normal fangirl confession.’ He thought.

“I know Sasuke.” Natsumi sighed out standing, “I’ll leave now.” She said.

“No! Wait!” Sasuke exclaimed, grabbing Natsumi’s wrist shocking the blonde, “Just sit.” He sighed out gently pulling the blonde back down.

“What?” Natsumi asked, confused.

“You didn’t let me respond dobe,” Sasuke sighed out, “That was one confession I’m not use to, usually it just a girl screaming ‘I love you’ then glomping me asking for a date.”

“There is no way I’m doing that teme.” Natsumi growled out, her dark green eyes narrowing at the Uchiha.

“Trust me, I don’t want you to.” Sasuke replied with a smirk, “However, I come to see that you’re feeling run deeper than a normal fangirls. You actually love me for who I am, now for what I am or a trend that is going around like the other’s do. You actually took the time to get to know me, and not base me solely on my looks. So for that, I’ll give you a chance and we’ll see how it goes from there.” Sasuke told her, grasping Natsumi’s dramatically tanner hand.

“Sasuke.” Natsumi gasped out; shocked.

“We can give it try, ne?” Sasuke asked.

“H-Hai.” Natsumi said, a smile on her face before bowing her head as tears flowed down her face, Sasuke embracing her as she cries for the first time out of happiness.
