--Jumping to Conclusions--

Vince watched Howard rifle through a drawer in the kitchen. “What you doin’?” he asked as Howard slammed the drawer shut and opened another one. He exclaimed in satisfaction, grabbing ahold of something inside it and held it up triumphantly so Vince could see it.

Vince’s eyes widened in fright when he realized that Howard had brandished a pair of scissors and automatically stepped back. Howard advanced and Vince stumbled back, trying to find his feet so he could flee.

After a brief chase and scuffle, Howard had him pinned on the couch, trembling.

“Vince.” He admonished. “Cut my tag.”
