Things settled down after a while, and before anyone realized it Christmas was just around the corner. Godric smiled as the plane took off, getting ready to go see his dad and siblings. His mother had been furious when he'd told her he was going to stay with his dad for the holiday, but Severus told him to have fun. It seemed his mother's marriage had been on the rocks since, contrary to popular belief Severus hadn't known the truth about Harry.

"So, who's picking us up?" Fred asked as he buckled his seatbelt.

"Not sure, dad said he would try, but that with ten children he couldn't make promises that it would be him and not Sirius or Remus." Godric smiled at the thought of all the little brothers and sisters he was about to meet. One thing was for certain…this was going to be a really long flight.

James smiled as he climbed up into the driver's seat of the van. He had all the children in the car with him, as he wanted to make sure they were out of Sirius and Remus way so they could get their stuff moved over into the new house. They were going to surprise them by going strait to the new house after they'd picked up Godric and the Weasley twins.

He turned when he saw the silver Volvo stop in front of the house, and Edward gracefully stepped out. He gave him a smile as he jumped up into the back seat and settled down next to Harry. Edward had quickly become a part of the family, and James couldn't be happier his son had found someone so devoted to him.

Now that the last person going with them was there, he waved to his mates and pulled out of the drive.

Godric looked around as he stepped off the plane, looking for someone he might recognize. The first person he saw was his father, holding a little boy, standing next to him was Harry who was holding another smaller boy on his hip, and a little girl's hand. Next to him was a taller boy about Godric's age, who was holding the hand of the oldest boy, Wyatt, Godric thought his name was. Around them were the other children, being watched by the three adults.

His dad was the first one to look up, and the man's smile grew larger than Godric had ever seen it. When he and the Weasleys reached them, his dad pulled him into a hug, careful not to crush the child in his arms.

"Godric, it's so good to have you here." He said with a smile. "Now let me introduce you to our baseball team. First we have Henry," he indicated the baby in his arms. "Then there's Harry, Matthew, and Prue." He pointed to Harry, the baby he was holding, and the little girl holding his hand. "Then we have Sara, Charity, Maddie, Chris, Peyton, and finally Wyatt, and Harry's boyfriend Edward. Guys, this is your brother Godric and his friend Fred and George Weasley."

Godric saw the boy Edward lean over and whisper something to Harry, and then Harry look at him and Fred with a smile on his face. He suddenly wondered if the two knew about his new relationship with the redhead.

They grabbed their stuff, and followed the large group out to the parking lot, all stopping to stare in shock at the large van his father stopped in front of. "That is what we're riding in?"

"Well, nothing else was large enough." James noted the disgust in his son's voice.

"But you're a wizard," Godric lowered his voice so none of the muggles would hear.

"Yep, the thirteen of us climbing out of one car wouldn't look abnormal." Harry said with a laugh as Edward lifted another child into the van. He turned and saw his brother's face fall, and instantly regretted it. "I'm sorry."

"What are you apologizing for, I'm just disappointed I hadn't thought about that." Godric explained as he looked at his younger brother. "Now, how about I climb in there and help you load them in."

"Dad, where are we going?" Harry asked when he noticed his father had missed the turn off to go to their house. He'd been talking quietly with Edward, while Godric sat upfront with James, and Fred and George in the seat with Edward. Harry, Wyatt, and Chris were in the next seat back, and Peyton, Sara, and Maddie in the one after them. Charity, Henry, Prue, and Matthew were in the way back of the van.

"You'll see," James answered with a smile. "I hope you don’t mind Edward, but Sirius and Remus moved your car there." The boy in question just shook his head, concentrating on James thoughts. That's not going to work sneaky little vampire. Was all he heard.

Edward noticed they were heading out to where his family lived, and he was getting more and more confused. He thought they might be going to his house as they'd been there a couple of times and Esme loved having them there to cook for, but they turned down a lane he'd never noticed before, which was about half a mile away from his home.

He decided to sit back and wait, seeing as James wasn't going to give anything away. Every one was shocked when a large house came into view, and instantly Wyatt was bouncing in his seat, his thoughts going wild. "That's our house Harry," the little boy almost screamed.

"The very same, we handed your drawing over to an architect and he drew up the final blue prints for it." James said with a smile. "We were having trouble deciding where to build until Esme showed us this spot." He glanced at Edward in the rear view mirror.

Sure enough the Volvo was sitting in the drive, and Sirius and Remus had walked out onto the porch to greet them. They all helped to unload the children, and watched as they all took off into the house as soon as their feet landed on the ground.

"Let me get this strait, this isn't where you've been living?" Godric asked as he looked around the large lawn.

"No, we were living in town, but wanted the whole family to be together when we unveiled the house." Sirius said as he moved to hug his son in greeting.

They all walked toward the house together, smiling each time the passed one of the bedrooms and saw the child it belonged to inside checking it out.

It was decided that that Monday Edward would take Harry and the three kids to school so Godric could keep the car, so he'd gotten to the new house early so they could transfer over the car seats. "How are you're brothers and sisters getting to school?" James asked as he helped.

"They're taking Rosalie's convertible." Edward explained, and saw how Godric's head snapped up to pay attention. He could see the oldest Potter was a car guy, and wondered how he would react if he ever caught sight of Emmett's car.

This led to Harry's brother asking a lot of questions, and Edward finally having to cut him off or else he and Harry would be late for school. They still managed to make it there pretty early even though he didn't speed.

"So when do we get to meet your other brother?" Alice said with a smile as she danced over to them as they got out of the car, smiling when she saw the car seats in the back seat of her brother's car.

"I'll ask my parents and get back to you." Harry said with a laugh. He was sure the adults wouldn't mind if the Cullens came over, they never had before. But part of that was because all of the vampires had assured them that no one in their family smelled like food.

Though they had been a little worried when Edward had informed them that George Weasley smelled like the other humans they spent their days around. This meant Jasper would struggle, but the others would be able to keep themselves and him in check. They had wondered why Fred didn't smell, and Edward just shrugged, sharing a secretive smile with Harry. They hadn't been able to drag it out of either of them yet.

"You're sure about this?" James asked his son when all the others were gone.

"Dumbledore said You Know Who was getting close to finding the whole lot of you." Godric said with a nod. He didn't know why the snake-faced bastard was so fixated on his father, and he worried a little about it.

James on the other hand knew the reason for the fixation. Tom Riddle had once been a friend of James' mother, and when James was 16 had asked him to marry him. James had of course turned him down, and the man had been after him ever since, James just barely staying one step ahead.

"Dumbledore doesn't think he knows where you are yet, but that he doesn't know how long it will stay that way."

That afternoon after his last class Harry waited for Edward by the Volvo, not seeing the person sneaking up on him until it was too late. He felt the large hand clamp over his mouth, and instantly was struggling against the strong hold the person had on him.

As he was forced into a car he saw the rest of the school leaving the building, but he didn't see the Cullens exit until the car was out of the parking lot.

"I thought for sure he said he'd meet me by the car." Edward said as he stopped next to the Volvo. He was a little worried as Harry was never late, seeing as they always had to pick up his little brothers and sisters.

He looked up when he heard a loud engine roar to life, and watched as the old truck left the parking lot…noticing for the first time the faint lingering scent of wet dog.
