A/N: Alright so I couldn't stop myself from writing this. I wanted to make Bella a messed up bitch so I did, since I've read a lot of stories where Edward is the ass...no...he will be the golden boy. Anyway, all Canon pairings. well..eventually. anyway this is called Not Your Concern and this chapter is titled The Bitch.

Disclaimer: Woooo I'm having a blast with Stephanie Meyers Characters!

Rating: M for language and later....events.

My characters are very OOC from the Twilight ones. They are also All Human.

Jasper Hale and I used to be best friends. We had met in 2nd grade on the playground at Forks Elementary and hit it off. Everyday we would play in the sandbox and attempt to dig a hole to China. We were best friends until 7th grade, when Jasper's dad died in a car accident. After that, things seemed to fall apart. His mom was constantly seeing therapists to deal with her depression and she neglected Jasper and his sister, Rosalie. She wouldn't even talk to them anymore. Jasper stopped hanging out with me, and when I tried to reach out to him and talk, he would ignore me. After a while, and over one thousand ignored phone calls, I gave up on Jasper and went my own way. I felt bad about abandoning him but he just wouldn't talk to me - or anyone for that matter - until she showed up. Bella 'the Bitch' Swan.

I don't know what he was thinking. She was bad news, I could tell. The first day she arrived back in 8th grade, she was suspended for a week for smoking on campus. When she came back, she and Jasper were basically joined at the hip and were best friends; it shocked everyone. Apparently the girl moved here from Phoenix because her mom died and she was forced to move to Forks, Washington to live with her dad. Her parents divorced when she was little so she rarely saw her dad, but now she was here living with him and corrupting my ex-best friend simultaneously. What a bitch.

It was now the first day of my junior year at Forks High School. I was driving my silver Volvo with my sister, Alice, sitting in the passenger seat chattering away about how excited she was about the first day and how she was happy to be a sophomore now. It was fairly easy to tune her out; she didn't ask me questions. We pulled into the school parking lot; Alice nearly bouncing in her seat from excitement. I rolled my eyes at her as I removed my keys from the ignition and stepped out of the car. Moment's later Alice was beside me and surveying the parking lot for her friends. Our other brother, Emmett, pulled up in his Jeep next to my parked Volvo and joined Alice and me watching our fellow classmates.

Emmett threw his muscled arm around my shoulders and sighed. "So, Eddie, have you seen any new hot pieces of ass yet?" he asked, looking around at the girls rushing past us to get inside.

I chuckled. Emmett was always thinking of the ladies. He was sure to pick up many new girls this year with his senior status and eight pack. "We just got here. I haven't been able to scope them out," I said. Alice elbowed me in the rib cage before excusing herself to go walk inside with her friend Angela. I was about to go inside myself when I noticed Jasper sitting in Bella Swan's truck bed smoking a cigarette and waving me over. What the fuck? I made sure he wasn't waving at someone else before making my way over to the rusty red truck. I kept wondering why he wanted me to come over there since he hadn't talked to me in about 4 years. I stopped about a foot away from the truck bed when I noticed the Bitch herself lying down on her back smoking her own cigarette. When she noticed me, she gave me a death glare. What a bitch.

"Hey man," Jasper said after taking a long drag of his cigarette, blowing the smoke out in front of him. Bella was now sitting herself up and continuing to glare at me for no reason that I was aware of.

"Jasper," I acknowledged, nodding in his direction then looking at Bella. "Bella," I greeted. She looked at me like I had grown an extra head and didn't say anything. I had never really heard her talk before. When she did, she would talk quietly and only to teachers and Jasper, I assumed.

"So...is Emmett single?" Jasper asked. I looked at him appalled. Was he gay? Was he actually asking me if my brother was single so he could go after him? Did he know Emmett was all about the ladies and not about to become a man lovin'...man?

"What?" I choked out. Bella laughed at me, exhaling a puff of cigarette smoke into the wet air. I took notice to the fact that she was wearing a Ramones band t-shirt. I loved that band - why did she have to ruin them with her bitchy self? I wanted to punch her.

Jasper seemed to realize what he asked made him sound gay and he almost swallowed the cigarette that was in his mouth. "Oh, god. Dude, I didn't mean to sound gay. I was just asking for my sister, Rosalie. She thinks he’s good looking or something. She asked me to ask you," He explained quickly putting out his now spent cigarette in a small ashtray by his foot. I exhaled a breath I didn't know I had been holding.

"Yeah, he's single," I said softly. Jasper nodded and began throwing on his backpack. I remained in my spot; unable to move for some reason. I think it was from the shock that Jasper was actually talking to me again.

Bella waved her hand in front of me and I looked at her. "You can leave now," she said in a cold voice that again made me want to punch her. She rolled her eyes at me before I glared at her and stomped away.

"That's right. Go back to your boyfriend, Newton. I'm sure he's missed you over the summer," I heard Bella whisper from behind me. It took everything in me not to turn around and call her the worst names I could think of to her face; that would give her too much satisfaction. I continued my walk toward the school, and yes, the waiting Mike Newton who was not my boyfriend, and left Bella and Jasper in their cloud of cigarette smoke.

Today was a half-day; it always was for the first day of school. We only had to go to each class for twenty minutes just so we could get the syllabus and the rules from the teachers. It was repetitive, each class having basically the same rules. I hated repetition, thus, I hated the first day of school with a passion.

I strolled into my sixth period class, biology, where I found that our teacher, Mr. Banner, had already assigned us lab partners and seats. Of course, we were supposed to sit with our lab partners so I scrolled down the list, and next to my name I saw Isabella Swan. I turned on my heel to see her sitting at the first table, staring at me. She wore the same glare she had on this morning, as well as the Ramones t-shirt that she shouldn't be allowed to wear. That bitch.

I stomped over to the lab table and took my seat next to her, slamming my newly given books down hard on the table. I was pissed.

"Wow. Someone is pissy. At least I'm not going to bitch and moan about having you as a lab partner. You're probably fucking incompetent too," She muttered to herself, her voice sounding annoyed.

"Incompetent? Yeah, right!" I snorted. "I'm surprised you even made it to junior year. You don't even go to class."

The Bitch was about to say more, but Mr. Banner had begun class and was now talking about how much fun we were going to have this school year in his biology class. Yeah right. It won’t be fun if you have Bella Swan as your lab partner. I thought bitterly, glaring at the bitch next to me. God I hated her. She was already making my junior year of high school living hell.

I almost laughed out loud when Edward Cullen turned out to be my lab partner. I knew he would flip a shit when he got to biology; he hated me for some reason. Actually, everyone at this school hated me, well, except Jasper, but he's not everyone. Edward walked in the biology classroom about five minutes after I did, and his reaction to the fact that we were lab partners was priceless. If I had my camera on me, I swear I would've taken a picture. He looked like someone had just kicked him in the balls. It was a glorious sight to behold, seeing the Golden Boy of Forks so upset. He was the star pitcher on the baseball team, Forks High Schools' prized possession. Seriously, they acted like he was a thing and not a person - a tool if you would.

I chuckled quietly as he sat down next to me positively seething. "Wow. Someone is pissy. At least I'm not going to bitch and moan about having you as a lab partner. You're probably fucking incompetent," I mumbled. I thought I was being quiet, but Edward heard me and looked like he was going to explode.

"Incompetent? Yeah, right! I'm surprised you even made it to junior year. You don't even go to class," he said coldly. What a douche. Seriously, he knew nothing about me. I was a straight A student. If he ever got an A it was probably because the teachers feared Coach Clapp's wrath about giving his star player a low grade. I was about to say just that, but fucking Mr. Banner began blabbering on and on about the awesomeness of his class. What a joke!

Edward was out of the room before the bell rang to excuse us from sixth period. I was hoping to trip him on the way out, but he was too fast and I was too lazy. I followed Edward and the rest of my classmates out the door and tried not to stumble; It was pathetic how fucking clumsy I was. I stalked off to the gym, the last class of the day, and saw Jasper standing at the doors of the gym. This was fourth class of the day we had together, which was awesome.

"Hey," I mumbled, grabbing his hand and dragging him through the doors.

"Are we hanging out after school?" he asked running his free hand through his messy blonde hair, and looking at me. I nodded. What else am I going to do? I thought as we settled down on the bleachers where the rest of the class had gathered. Thank God for the shortened hours; I hated gym.

Jasper and I bolted from the school as soon as the sound of the bell echoed through the halls. I already had my pack of cigarettes out by the time we had reached my old Chevy truck. I handed one to Jasper who took it greedily. I put a cigarette in my mouth and fumbled through my pockets for a lighter.

"You know, smoking is bad for you," A high-pitch voice said from outside my open window. I jumped in my seat, my cigarette almost falling from my mouth. I glared at the owner of the voice, Alice Cullen, a sophomore.

I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, I've seen those damn magical amount commercials," I mumbled, finally locating my lighter and holding it against the cigarette. I inhaled deeply letting the smoke fill my lungs. It was wonderful. I turned to the small girl and pulled the cigarette away from my mouth, and exhaling a big puff of smoke in her face before starting my car and tearing out of the parking lot.

A/N: Sorry that chapter was kinda short. The next one will be longer. I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it. I love bitchy Bella. Anyway, I'd love to hear your thoughts on this chapter. Also, the magical amount commercials were on over here in the US. They had like these people singing this song about cigarettes and like cartoon animals joining in. Yes? So please review!
