Growing up in the 90's, there was nothing cooler than spooky stuff. Goosebumps, Fear Street, everything scary was popular in the 90's. But none of them could hold a candle, no, a match to Are You Afraid of the Dark. The first episode I ever saw was The Sorcerer's Apprentice. The cliff hanger ending was the beast(sorry, but I need to use old 90's slang, I'm just in that mood), and I personally believe it deserved a sequel. So here it is, complete with an unimaginative title.

It was a long time ago... longer now than it seems... a young girl had placed a small stone in a rural town's high school... and then another's... and then another's... She had discovered the truth about them. The origin of the smooth, round balls of crystal that she discovered. There were 206 small orbs, each endowed with the remains of a most horrific fiend among fiends. A wicked sorcerer by the name of Goth. There was a great legend to Goth. He had the most astonishing attribute to grant immeasurable luck, skill, and power to all that willingly served him, and the power to enslave all that once willingly served him. It was believed that all who touched his mighty scepter would become his eternal slave for all eternity and have the ability to recruit mindless slaves for the uncanny fiend. In 1990, a young boy touched it, but with the help of a friend, was freed, and destroyed orb that Goth's remnant was sealed in... but there were still others. The young girl who had placed his remains in the many schools knew that they would not go undiscovered, and that the young children would jump at the chance for the glorious lies Goth had in store for them. He knew, no matter what, this young girl would follow his every command... even when she was fully grown, she would stare unblinking down the dark path Goth laid out for her. She devoted her whole being to Goth, and was smart enough to develop the perfect ruse. She studied for many a year, become a renowned archaeologist, and her knowledge of the wicked mage wasn't given a second thought. Now, however, times have changed once more. Goth's advent draws close once more, and the woman who serves Goth will make sure that this time... there will be no means to defeat the monstrous warlock... Dr. Oliver wouldn't have it any other way this time. After all these years, after all the failures... Goth would finally return... with the world at his feet...

Long prologue, huh? Well, this is a story I'm going to do in my spare time, and trust me, I won't forget about this like 'Was it a Dream', which I will be picking up again soon. Anyway, this is one for old-time sake. Well, until next chapter.
