Later. “What’s going on?” Meilin asked as she saw Syaoran and what they both assumed was Sakura with him.

“Sakura’s crazy brother is after us! We have to go now!” Syaoran said as they stopped next to them. “I see. Syaoran take Meilin and Sakura away I’ll lead them away from you all and catch up later.” There mother said as she ran off without giving her son time to argue with her.

“Lets go!” Syaoran said as all three of them ran the other way. Meanwhile. “Toya sama no sign of her yet. But the woods are filled with guards and the out squirts of the woods are surrounded.” A guards said. “Very well keep it up.” Toya said as the guard bowed and left.

“Cerberus. Yue anything.” Toya said. “No sire we can’t find her when she’s in werewolf form.” Cerberus said as he looked at Yue. “I have an idea. Werewolves are creatures of the moon.” Yue said as he closed his eyes. He used his moon powers to find them.

“I found them but I sense two traces.” Yue said.

“I’ll take one you take the other.” Cerberus said as they both took to the air. I’ll find you Sakura and this time you’ll be safe for sure. Toya thought as he rode off to go look. Later. All three of them stopped as Cerberus landed in front of them. Syaoran got in front of the girls and growled at him.

Cerberus roared at him and was growling back. “Give Sakura back brat!” Cerberus yelled. “No way in hell! She doesn’t want this life anymore! So get out of the way!” Syaoran yelled back. Cerberus was getting ready to fight. Sakura saw that and went to Syaoran’s side.

“Kero please let us go.” Sakura said as she was looking at him with sad green eyes. Cerberus saw that and slowly clamed down. “But Sakura your life is here with us not with them. You’re a human and a princess.” Cerberus said.

“No I’m not. I never was. I have always been a werewolf. I loved the night and the moon. Mother and me would spend all of are time outside on nights of the full moon. I was drawn to Syaoran right away. I’m no human I’m a werewolf so please let me be me.” Sakura said as she went and rubbed her face against Cerberus’s neck.

Cerberus was now relaxed as he went and closed his eyes and moved out of the way. “Very well Sakura I will not stop you if this is truly what you want. Me and Yue will keep Toya safe for you.” Cerberus said with a smile. Sakura closed her eyes and Cerberus could tell she was smiling at him.

“Thank you Kero.” Sakura said as all three of them were going to run off again but they all froze when they heard a painful howl fill the air. “Mother!” Both Syaoran and Meilin yelled. Meilin wanted to run towards the howl but Syaoran got in front of her. “Syao mother needs us!” Meilin said.

“Sakura please take Meilin away from here I’ll go back and help mother.” Syaoran said.

Sakura looked into his eyes and knew he was in no mood to argue. Sakura did what he said and Meilin and her ran off. Syaoran took off towards the howl. Meanwhile. Yue had another arrow ready as Toya was looking at the wounded werewolf with eyes of hate. “Where is she?!” Toya said.

There mother just growled at him. “Yue.” Toya said as Yue shot another arrow at her this time it hit her shoulder. This time she tried not to howl. Yue got another arrow ready. “Answer monster!” Toya ordered.

All she did was look at him with her angry red eyes and growled as she stood on her feet and was trying to get free from all the chains they put on her. “Yue.” Toya said as Yue shot two arrows they both hit her shoulders. She was still growling at them.

She could smell Syaoran coming and was trying harder to get free so that her son wouldn’t be out numbered. Yue kept firing arrows at her since this weren’t normal arrows they were weakening her a lot faster.

Later. Syaoran went and attacked Yue. Pinning him to the ground. His teeth dug into Yue’s arm. The guards saw that and started attacking him. Cerberus had just returned and he went and pulled Syaoran off of Yue. “Hey brat that’s enough!” Cerberus yelled as he growled at Syaoran.

Syaoran noticed his mother who was now lying on the ground bleeding badly. “Mother!” Syaoran yelled as he ran to her side. “Syaoran you must run!” She said as she was looking at him with her once strong kind red eyes were now very weak. Syaoran saw all the blood and knew things weren’t looking good.

“Mother hang on! I’ll free you and then you can let the moon heal you!” Syaoran said as he went and was trying to free her.

The guards took this chance to surround Syaoran. “Syaoran listen to me. It’s to late for me you have to run! You have to take care of Meilin and protect your mate!” She said. “I’m not leaving you! I’m not going to watch you die! I wont just watch like…” Syaoran said as he lowered his head as flashes of how his father died in front of him came to his mind.

“Syaoran please. I want to know you’ll be safe. I’ll be watching with your father. So please.” She said as she was slowly closing her eyes. Soon her eyes closed and her breathing stopped. Syaoran let out a painful howl. And after he looked at the guards.

He growled at them and his kind amber eyes were now filled with hate and anger as he started attacking the guards. Later. Syaoran was finally chained and Toya was in front of him. He was looking down at Syaoran who was covered in dead guards blood. Syaoran was growling as he looked at Toya.

“I’ll end this now!” Toya said as he drew his sword and got ready to stab Syaoran.

But he froze as a light brown werewolf was in front of Syaoran. The little black one was at her brothers side trying to free him. Sakura looked at her brother and growled at him. Toya froze. “Sakura.” Toya said. Sakura kept growling at him her eyes now filled with anger.

“Enough Toya! Stop it! I’m old enough to decided what to do with my life! I have decided to leave this cage you put me in! Leave Syaoran and his family alone! They had nothing to do with it! Syaoran helped give me the strength to stand up to you! I love him Toya and so I will not allow you to harm him!” Sakura yelled as she kept growling.

Syaoran was soon free and he lowered his head. He couldn’t look into Meilin’s eyes. Meilin didn’t understand why until she saw her mother’s lifeless body on the ground. Syaoran went and rubbed his face against Meilin’s neck and Meilin went and closed her eyes. If they were humans Syaoran would be hugging his sister and Meilin would be crying.

Toya drew back his sword and looked at Sakura. “I’ll never give up. I hope you know I’m just giving you all a head start.” Toya said as he turned away and got back on his horse. “Withdraw everyone!” Toya ordered as his men left. Cerberus and Yue bowed there heads to Sakura and left as well.

Toya looked at Sakura one last time before he rode off. Sakura turned and saw Syaoran and Meilin she walked over to them and froze when she saw there mother. She lowered her head and sat down she let out a howl that was filled with pain but sounded more like I’m sorry.

They stood there for awhile as they buried there mother in the woods. After they did that they all ran off. They left that kingdom and they all started on a new journey to new places. They all were so happy.

Meilin loved having Sakura around. Syaoran and Sakura of course loved being with each other and for the first time in her life Sakura felt like she belonged.
