Certain things can’t be denied by man, even if he wants to deny them.

One of these things is, with ought a doubt, our need for a leader.

Sure, a lot of people would like to claim independence, but most of them can’t. The ones who can will undoubtedly become our leaders.

I’m not one of those people.

There are times when I really wish I was, that way I could stand up to the bastard, but I’m not.

No, I’m definitely a follower.

I’ve spent most of my hum-drum life in Costa Rica, and when the feather disappeared I got out. So now I’m here, far away from my home and my family and stuck working at a bar in Chantel.

It’s really more of a brothel though, and I’ve had to gently tell customers “no” more than once.

I hate it.

No. That’s an understatement.

I loathe it.
