Chapter: Hao’s first day at school

‘Hao, come downstairs now’. Called his mother under the stairs. Hao was in his room before the mirror. Doing his long hair, finding good clothes. He heard his mother but didn’t react, he knew that they would go to school together with Yoh who was one grade higher them him. Hao had sometimes asked why he couldn’t go the same time as Yoh to school even though there were twins. His father never answered the question and his mother tried to talk about something else. But that doesn’t matter anymore he goes to kindergarten today. ‘Asakura Hao, come down this instance. If you want to arrive on time in the kindergarten you should come to get dressed into your uniform.’ Said his mother with a angry voice. ‘Uniform? Not clothes.’ Hao came finally downstairs into his underwear. ‘Took it so long to brush your hair.’

Said his mother sarcastic. Hao glared at her but didn’t say anything.

After a few minutes they were sitting in the car going to kindergarten.

‘Are you excited?’ Asked his mom. Hao didn’t answer, He could only think of the class. Maybe there were more kids that shared his idea.

They arived at school and lots of parents and many kids. Hao watched as all the parents were going away. ‘Bye Mommy.’ Was one of the kids said, he saw Hao standing holding hands with his mom and waved. ‘Hello, are you new here?’ Hao’s mother smiled at the little boy but Hao growled a little.

In class.

‘Everyone, we have a new student. I want you all to be nice at him.’ Hao walked in and bow down to everyone. ‘Tell us who you are.’ Said his teacher, he nodded.

‘My name is Asakura Hao. I am 5 years old, I have an older brother who is a grade higher then me but we are twins.’

He saw some kids laugh but others nodded serious.

The afternoon began and the kids were all playing so nicely together execpt for Hao. While watching everyone another boy ticked on his arm. ‘Would you come play with us?’. Said the boy nicely to Hao. Hao thought for awhile. ‘What are you playing then.’ ‘We are playing Shaman king.’ Answered to boy. ‘Do you want to come?’

Hao nodded and they played all afternoon.

At the end of the day Hao’s mom came to get him. ‘Was he a little nice?’ asked his mom against the teacher. ‘Yes, they played so nicely. First I thought it would be a rough day but it came all good. Did you like it Hao?’ Hao began to smile.

‘’What have ya all done today?’ ‘Well we have played Shaman king, and in the end I became the Shaman king.’ His mom stopped with walking. Staring for her, while Hao was playing with his sleeve. ‘Thank god that it is only a game.’ She said soft.

‘What did you say mommy?’

‘Nothing, come on we go home for nice dinner.’

‘What are we going to eat?’

‘We are going to eat your favorite dinner.’

‘Whoa Curry bread? I love that’.

His mom nodded and smiled at her. ‘’It shall take awhile till Hao remembers what he has done in his previous life. But that will not be today.’’ She thought.
