Animagus

"What's your animal? Bill! What's your animal??"

Bill threw an exasperated glare at his partner, Georgi. The hyperactive American was extremely excited about their current assignment for Gringotts: Animagus training. Personally, Bill wasn't as convinced that this was necessary. Ok, sure, it was useful, since animals could get by curses humans could not. But Bill much preferred his wand. And being human.

"Come on Bill!! What is it?"

Granted he had been excited when they first got there. Animagus training took months to learn, and some wizards could never learn at all. So he had been excited to see if he had what it took to complete such advanced transfiguration. And he could. Oh he couldn't change yet, but he'd gotten through part 1 (discovering your inner animal) ok. Hence his drop off in excitement, and current reluctance.

Georgi was hanging on his arm now. She really had too much energy. Just like her animal, the spider monkey. She thought it was cute. Bill thought it was fitting.

"I'm not going to stop! ..."

Bill glared. She could be worse than the twins. She really would go on for hours, he'd seen her do it before. "Fine. I'm a tmmgrph..." he mumbled.

She stopped bouncing, arcing her eyebrow up at him. "Pardon?"

He sighed. "I'm a turtle."

Her eyes lit up with delight and Bill mentally groaned. He was never going to live this down.

Hahaha... not everyone can have a cool animal!
