Story: Silver and Shadow the hedgehogs

Disclaimer: I don’t own Silver or Shadow, Pandora and Kippy are mine. I’ve been watching to much Pheneas and Ferb the past few days…and this idea came to me… some will be similar…some I’ll make up on my own…enjoy!

Chapter one: Backyard Beach part 1

Silver had his hands behind his head, eyes closed. He was enjoying the first day of summer. Being young age of ten, he was enjoying the first day of Summer. He was leaning back on a tree and enjoying the sound of birds and quiet.

His Brother, Shadow, was sitting next to him quietly reading. Shadow was quiet, smart and very logical. Everything he did was out of pure logic, which made him seem a bit cold hearted. But Silver didn’t mind his half brother’s quietness.

The chao at Silver’s feet stretched and yawned and laid back down. Kippy was a white chao with a red arrow on his forehead and red paws. He had his head over his paws and was snuggled into the grass.

Silver frowned, he was bored now. He wanted something to do.

“Well Today’s the beginning of summer and things are starting off hot” the person over the radio next to them said catching Silver’s attention, “Just relax under a tree with your bro” Silver looked up at the tree and then looked at Shadow, “and a pet that likes to sleep” Silver looked down at Kippy, “And just relax”

“Okay We can’t just sit here today” Silver got up and looked down at Shadow, who looked up from his book. “That means the radio people will win…we have to do something…”

Shadow then pulled up a blue print and held it out to Silver.

“Shadow you’re a genius” Silver took it from him and the walked over to their sand box.

Just then their mother looked at them in the backyard, Their mother was a silver hedgehog with the five strands hanging down going away from her face. She had khaki pants and white T-shirt and khaki vest. Her hair in the back was pulled back in a ponytail. Her shoes were white and soles where tan.

“Boys, I’m going out, What are you boys going to be doing?” She asked.

“Hi mom” Silver waved, “We’re making a beach” he said happily as silver pulled over the hose.

“Okay you boys have fun” she then turned to a girl standing next to her, “Your in charge cause your father is cleaning the basement”

The green hedgehog smiled, “You got it mom, have fun” she then turned to the boys as their mother walked away. “You boys are mine”

“Pan want to join us on the beach?” silver asked her.

Pan was green hedgehog with two huge strands trailing behind her. Strands hanging a bit in her eyes. She had a black T-shirt and jean boy shorts with white flip flops. “ No…I’m in charge kiddies…that means you have to listen to me”

Silver and Shadow looked at each other and back at their sister.

“Carry on” she walked back inside and grabbed the phone.

Silver shrugged to Shadow as they heard someone walk in. It was Blaze looking at them from gate door.

“Hey guys” Blaze spoke up walking in, “What cha doing?” She asked as she walked in.

“Oh…we’re making a beach” Silver answered.

“Oh…Can Amy and I be life guards?” She asked silver, batting her eyes, “We need out swimming safety badge for scouts”

Silver pondered a bit and then said, “Sure… we need help” then the thought again and looked at Shadow, “Wait…Where’s Kippy?”

Shadow shrugged.
