CHAPTER 16: Levi and Toni Moment

sorry...this really isn't a joshley moment

but still...hope you like it

“Dear…did you go to work?” My mom asked

“Uhm…No” I said

“I figured out since I’m here”

“WHAT?! Mom! I clearly said that you can’t have coffee…your doctor said remember!” I heard the dial tone…she hung up on me “URGH!” I said

“Why?” Toni asked

“It’s nothing” I said

“Girls…do I look ok?” Emily came down all prepared for her date with Randy

“You’re so going to turn him on” I said

“Not only Randy but all the boys will drool over you” Toni added

“Hot” Kathy said

“Gee…thanks sis!” Emily said

The doorbell rang

“I’ll get it…do your final touches Emily” Toni got up and opened the door “Hey Randy”

“Hey Toni…is Emily ready?” Randy said

“Yeah” Emily said

“Have fun you two!” Toni said

“Hey girls…uhm…you want to go with us later after the date to check on Levi?” Randy asked

“If that’s ok with Toni” I looked at her

“Yeah sure” Toni said

They left and we watched a movie…the girls fell asleep, then the door opened and I heard laughing

“Haha…that’s funny” a girl’s voice said

I rubbed my eyes and looked at the door. Emily and Randy were standing there laughing

“Hey guys…how was the date?” I got up

“It was great” Emily looked at Randy and smiled

“So? Are we going or not?” I asked

“We’re not the one in our pajamas” Randy laughed

“Haha…very funny…help me wake up the girls” I shook Toni

So we got to the Flynn’s and their house is like a mansion…it had like oh I don’t know…a gazillion maids

“Wow” We all said as we entered the house

“Hey Randy how was---” Luis said “Oh…I didn’t know we had company…do you girls want to see Levi?”

“Yeah” We all said

So we went up to the second floor and we Luis opened a white door

“Levi…you have visitors” Luis and Randy said

“Who?” Levi said weekly

“Girls…and Toni” Randy said

“Let them come in” He said

“Hey Levi…how are you?” I asked

“I’m fine…thanks for asking”

“So? Where are the pictures?” Toni asked Levi…who was sitting by the window

“Who told you that?” He asked

“What Toni is trying to say---” Emily got interrupted

“Richard…and the girls” Toni looked around looking for the pictures

“You really want to see?” Levi stood up…I assisted him

“Yeah…sure” Toni looked at Levi

“Follow me” He walk to his closet and opened it

It wasn’t a closet…it was bigger and more like a Toni museum. There were pictures hung around the room

“This is like a museum” I said

“You’re like a stalker” Emily said to Levi

“Yeah…for someone who can get anything he wants…you surely try hard to get the girl” Kathy said

“So?” Levi asked Toni who just stood there looking at one big poster of her when she was 12 and she posed like a model

“Whoa” We said

“How did you get all this?” Toni asked

“We’re the Flynn’s…we’re pretty spoiled I know people who know people who know you” He said “but that’s not the biggest”

We all looked at him with a question written all over our faces; where is it?

“This” He opened another door

We all looked at a big screen which played a slide show of Toni in school

“Wow…talk about what love can do” Kathy said

“These videos were taken in cheerleading practice and school” I said

“Oh no…this is so embarrassing” Toni covered her face

“I think I know why…it’s actually my favorite” Levi said and the exact video showed up “If you look closely, it’s not you that people laughed at…it’s actually Sandra”

He was right…when Toni got hit by the ball; she bumped into Sandra who fell into the empty jug. Mandy and Christine tried to help her but she’s stuck

“That’s what happened?” Toni asked

“Yeah…I guess you were busy handling the pain that you didn’t see what really happened” Levi said

I looked at the girls and signaled to leave them alone…then we left

“Levi was so sweet” Kathy said and bumped into someone “Oh…I am so sorry” She turned around
