Summary: This story is literally about how Naruto, with the help of some friends, hooked up Sakura and Sasuke, and how some other characters hooked up some other pairings as well. NaruHina, SasuSaku, KibaIno, NejiTen, ShikaTema

A/N: Yes! My third Naruto fic! And that’s not the only good thing…I’m writing it with my new fan-fiction friend, gianna loves SasuSaku (Gianna for short lol). Say hi Gianna!

Gianna: HI PEOPLE!!!! HIHIHIHIHI!!

Colette11: Haha. Gianna is like me! Super-hyper and super-happy! Yay! Gianna, want to do the honor for me?

Gianna: Kay! We do not own Naruto. Which is sad. So sad. Boohoo.

Naruto: Matchmaking Friends
Chapter 1: Naruto’s Plan

It was a normal, sunny Friday afternoon in the Village Hidden in the Leaves. All the shinobi were finishing their training at their respective training grounds with their respective sensei. Team 7, however, was training without their sensei, Kakashi Hatake. He was sent out on a mission the day before. They finally decided it was enough training for the day, and were coming back to the village, when they found Team Kurenai.

“Heeeyy guyyys!!!” Naruto yelled happily at team Kurenai. Hinata blushed. Shino nodded.

“Hey Naruto!” Kiba replied happily. “Team Kurenai. Just the people I was looking for!” he yelled, and then saw Temari, Gaara and Kankuro. They had moved to Konoha almost 3 months ago. “Kankuro! Gaara! Temari!” he called. Temari waved, and Gaara smiled as a reply. Kankuro went to where Naruto was. “What’s up?” he asked.

Out of nowhere, team Guy and Team Asuma appeared. Naruto called for Ten Ten and Ino.

“Just the people I needed!” Naruto said. “Come on, I need to tell you something!” Naruto, Hinata, Kiba, Kankuro, Ino, and Ten Ten separated from their teammates and started talking. “What is it Naruto?” Kankuro asked.

“Okay, so…I have a plan to hook up Sakura and Sasuke, but I need someone close to him,” he said, referring to himself, “someone close to Sakura,” he looked at Hinata, Ino and Ten Ten, “and 2 persons to back Hinata and me up!” he said, looking at Kankuro and Kiba. “So, you all in?”

“Count me in!” Ino and Ten Ten yelled at the same time. It almost looked like they had practiced to say that.

“I-I’m in…” Hinata said.

“Me two!” Kiba said.

“Aw, what the heck?” Kankuro said with a smile on his face.

“Yes! Operation: ‘Hook Up My Best Friend Who’s The Biggest Emo I’ve Ever Met With One Of My Girl Best Friends’ is a go! HUMBFWTBEIEMWOOMGBF for short.” Naruto said. Everyone had a confused look on their faces.

“Why don’t we just call it ‘Operation: Hook Up Sasuke and Sakura’?” Kiba asked.

“Yeah, and for short: OHUSAS?” Kankuro added.

“Because! That name is too hard! I couldn’t possibly remember that name!” Naruto said in an obvious tone.

Kankuro opened his mouth, as if he was going to speak, but then closed it. “He has a point…” he said to Kiba, after a few seconds of thinking.

“They are so weird!” Ten Ten thought.

“A-and what’s t-the plan, Naruto?” Hinata asked.

Naruto looked around. There were too much people to say it in here. There was Temari, Gaara, Shino, Sakura, Sasuke, Lee, Neji, Choji and Shikamaru. Sakura and Sasuke were talking and flirting, but they were both to oblivious to figure themselves out. “I can’t tell you guys here. Do you have anything to do tonight?” Naruto asked.

“No” everyone but Hinata replied.

“A-actually…I have a Hyuga f-family reunion tonight, and I c-can’t possibly miss it…”

“Oh, well, do you guys have anything to do tomorrow?” Naruto asked.

“No” everyone, this time including Hinata, answered.

“Well then, tomorrow we meet at the Ichiraku Ramen Bar at 11 am, okay?” Naruto said.

“Fine by me” Kankuro said.

“Okay!” Kiba replied, and Hinata nodded.

“Yeah!” Ino yelled punching the air.

The group split again and went to their respective squad. “What were you four talking about, dobe?” Sasuke asked Naruto. “That’s none of your business, teme!” Naruto said. Sakura was about to punch Naruto, but Sasuke stopped her. He accidentally put his hand in hers in a way that almost looked like they were holding hands. The feeling of Sasuke’s hand in Sakura’s made her blush. She looked away, and took her hands away from Sasuke’s, much to his disappointment.

After that, everyone went to their houses. Sasuke walked Sakura home, and then went to his apartment. Naruto was excited that he had gotten everyone he needed to put his plan to work. Plus, he was going to spend time with Hinata! Yeah, this is going to be a mission that he’s going to enjoy. Maybe he could make a move on Hinata! And he got Ino and Kiba there too, so maybe he could come up with a plan to hook them up too.

So, anyway, the next day Naruto was running to Ichiraku’s Ramen Bar. He was almost a half hour late. When he got there, he found everyone still waiting for him outside.

“Hey guys!” he said, still running. When he finally got to the other guys, Kiba was the first to talk. “Hey Naruto!”

“Sorry I’m late! Let’s go in!” Naruto said, and with that, they all went in and sat on the chairs.

“Hi Naruto!” Teuchi said.

“Hi old man!” Naruto said with a smile. “Hinata, what do you want?”

“H-huh?” Hinata asked, a little confused. “What do you want to eat? I’m treating you!”

Hinata blushed. “He-he’s treating me?” she thought. Ten Ten and Ino looked at each other with a ‘they’re flirting!’ face. Hinata, almost speechless, told Naruto what he wanted, and Naruto ordered his and Hinata’s ramen. Kiba treated Ino, much to her surprise too. The rest of them just ordered for themselves.

“So…” Kankuro started. “What’s the plan?”

“Oh, right!” Naruto said, mouth full. After swallowing, he started talking.

“Okay, so, we just have to make Sasuke and Sakura admit their feelings for each other!” Naruto said.

“That is the most obvious plan I’ve ever heard!” Kiba yelled at Naruto.

“No, you didn’t get it! You see, we have two options. I’m pretty sure that Sasuke won’t admit it in front of Sakura, and that Sakura won’t admit it in front of Sasuke…” Naruto said. “So we gotta make Sakura tell it to Hinata, Ten Ten and Ino, and somehow manage Sasuke to hear it, and make Sasuke tell it to me while somehow getting Sakura to hear it! Either that, or playing truth or dare!”

“Wow Naruto! That’s a great plan! Did you think about it all by yourself?” Ino asked, surprised. Everyone else was surprised as well.

“Of course I did!” Naruto said, faking an offended voice. “I may be stupid, but not that stupid!”

“So, which plan are we choosing?” Naruto asked.

The votes were unanimous to the truth of dare plan.

“Ok then!”

-singing- I’ve got no place to go, I’ve got nowhere to run. They’d love to watch me fall, they think they know it all! -looks at you, and then pauses the radio-

Oh! You were there already! Sorry, I just thought you would spend a little more time reading this, so I was waiting for you. LOL.
