Disclaimer: I don’t own this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A/N: this is really because of a dare from my sister to write two stories at once which really it is like three because I am co-writing two as well but anyway please r&r it helps me update faster and it helps me correct my errors and if I don’t get reviews I think no one likes it so I delete the story so if you like it review, hell if you don’t. on with the story!
“Grandma, tell me where the snow comes from again, please.” I said pushing back the tears that formed in my eyes as I sat beside her hospital bed. She was very sick but that’s all the doctors could tell us or all they would tell us. I pushed that thought from my mind and listened as she retold me her most treasured memory from her long life.
“Aphrodite, sweetie I don’t know how much longer I’ll be here,” she paused to let out a coughing fit.
“Grandma don’t talk like that you’re gonna be fine,” I said it getting increasingly hard for me to hold back the tears filling my eyes.
“I hope so honey but I want you to promise me something,” she said her voice shaking
“anything,” I automatically responded.
“Take care of Edward for me,” she said staring out the window at the falling snow. “ I think I’m going to take a little nap go get something to eat you haven’t left here all day now you must be hungry I’ll call in a nurse if I need anything.” I didn’t want to leave but I was extremely hungry because it was true I hadn’t eaten since yesterday.
I walked down stairs to the cafeteria to get something quick so I could quickly get back to Grandma. I bought a sandwich and a coke and headed back upstairs to stay with Grandma.
When I got back upstairs I saw a crowd of doctors and nurses around Grandma’s room I ran over and tried to fight the crowd all the tears I had held back for her sake finally falling. Finally getting through the crowd I looked at Grandma aw her pale motionless and well lifeless. I heard the long beep signaling her heart had stopped. I couldn’t take it I fell to my knees bawling my eyes out. The doctors had to dragged me out of the room.
