AN: Hello there, told you I’d come out with a new story. Yes, yes. THERE ARE NO PAIRINGS IN THIS, YET. I don’t think there will be either. Just thought I’d make it clear. But go ahead and voice which pairing you would like to see a bit of. REMEMBER, there’s still prison rape ;D

Summary: Framed by Orochimaru, Naruto is found guilty of murder and sentenced to life in prison. Will he be able to prove his innocence with the help of a rapist, a kidnapper, a perverted lawyer, a commando sergeant, and a stalker?

Yeah, I know the summary’s a bit different on my profile, but whatever. XD

“On counts of murder in the second degree how do you find the defendant Uzumaki Naruto?” “We find the defendant guilty.” The jury-woman spoke with no hesitation as her glare burned into the back of the convict’s head. “Naruto! I’m sorry, I wasn’t good enough.” His lawyer, Jiraiya Sannin said. Naruto nodded solemnly, “I know I didn’t do it, Mr. Sannin. I didn’t.” Jiraiya placed a hand on his shoulder, “I know as well. We’ll get my brother yet.”

Naruto Uzumaki was escorted away, now found guilty of the murder of Hinata Hyuuga. Scenes from the trial played through his head as he was bombarded by paparazzi. “Why did you kill Hinata?” “Do you feel proud?” “Do you still think they have the wrong man?” The only thing he said as he was loaded on the bus to the state prison was, “It wasn’t me, and I intend on proving it.” The journalists and T.V. reporters clamored at the “breakthrough”. Naruto was close to his breaking point as people hurled objects at him, screaming, “Monster, monster.” He could only think back to when this all started.

6 Months Ago.

This is reporter Rhonda Dish with breaking news. “Hi, Rhonda here, at the scene of the murder of the Hyuuga Co. heiress, Hyuuga Hinata. She was apparently stabbed to death, the police report that they have found 34 stab wounds, thus far. Who would be so cold-hearted to kill the lovely and kind-hearted heiress? Suspicions fall onto Orochimaru Sannin who has been accused of stealing money from the giant corporation by the heiress herself, but the police won’t release anymore information at this time.”

Naruto dropped the cup he was sipping coffee out of fall to the floor. Hinata was a very good friend of his, they used to date, of course Naruto, 28 now, had long ago broken off their relationship, but they had always been good friends. He grieved for the loss of a very dear friend.

4 Months Ago.

“After two months of investigating Orochimaru the police turn their spotlight to her ex-boyfriend, Uzumaki Naruto, a.k.a Kyuubi. Yes, Kyuubi- the once great and handsome 18 year old man who knew everything about business and was in close relationships with the Hyuugas. The police believe he murdered Hinata because after she broke off their relationship of one year his success ended and he was in debt. Kabuto, one of Orochimaru’s assistants report Naruto constantly following Hinata, begging for her back, and when Hinata rejected his advances, he would get incredibly violent. Did this supposedly kind man kill the heiress? Keep checking back for more updates.”

Naruto’s mouth opened in shock and just as he turned off the T.V. the police knocked on his door and escorted him downtown.

“Naruto Uzumaki, you’re under arrest for the murder of Hinata Hyuga, you have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be held against you in the court of law, you have the right to an attorney, if you can not afford one, one will be provided for you.”

“I DIDN’T DO IT!”

“Ma’am Naruto Uzumaki has no relatives, is an orphan and has no money, how is he going to flee the country?”

“Your honor, Uzumaki has powerful friends and we are afraid he might use them to flee.”

“Bail is set at 250,000 in cash or bond and the defendant’s passport shall be taken away.”

“How do you plead?”

“Not guilty your honor.”

Naruto buried his face in his hands. He was now believed to be a killer, a murderer. But he knew, he knew that it was Orochimaru. He told Jiraiya the evidence he had found to support it, like Orochimaru’s “business party” alibi, witnesses said that he disappeared for 1 hour and two minutes. Plenty of time to commit murder, especially since Hinata’s house was maybe 15 minutes away from where the party was hosted.

Also he believed the police were bribed, he found out that 500,000 dollars had been wired out of Orochimaru’s personal account and transferred into the DA’s account. The money was then taken out of the account and all of the detectives got a sudden spontaneous “raise” in their pay-check. Jiraiya believed him but never raised these points, and it was smart of him, tons of Orochimaru’s guys were at that trial, it was for Naruto’s own good.

The bus pulled to a stop around 50 miles out of town. Naruto looked at the area surrounding the prison. It was dense and full of tall trees and plants of the like. He snorted, not a great surrounding area for a prison. The driver looked at him with an evil grin, knowing what he was thinking, “They don’t have to worry about prisoner’s hiding in the foliage, because for the 12 years this prison has been here no one has escaped. Now get out, maggot, think of it as camp.” Naruto stood up, grabbed his bag of few possessions that he was allowed to have and walked out of the bus. There was only one guard escorting him, “Yeah, well they have confidence, a cold blooded killer like me only escorted by one guard.” But Naruto didn’t make a break for it or anything of the like, he just followed closely and went in.

He was met by a grinning man in “commando gear”. His teeth seemed to be razor sharp and just his presence made Naruto gulp. “LISTEN UP YOU LOW-LIFE PIECE OF NO-GOOD TRASH, MY NAME IS ZABUZA, BUT IT’S SIR TO YOU, DO YOU UNDERSTAND?” Naruto nodded weakly. “GOOD NOW ON TO THE RULES, THERE ARE NONE. HAVE A NICE DAY; ESCORT THIS PIECE OF SHIT TO HIS CELL, CELL SEVEN.”

As he walked past, he saw that there were both men and women in the prison. “I thought they were supposed to be separated or something.” Naruto looked around nervously as the inmates stared at him through the chrome bars. Finally they reached a cell with the number seven etched messily on top. The man shoved him in and slammed the door behind him.

Turning around he faced his new cellmates.

“Hey Blondie.”
