a/n: Here is the fourth chapter you've been waiting for. Thank you all for reviewing this story. I really appreciate your support and I hope I don't disappoint you with this chapter (eek, it's shorter than my previous chapters x-x), and I have some bad news. I won't be updating this story for a long time now. I would really like to wait until Tekken 6 comes out so I can see how this is going more. Plus, I'm writing more notes for this story and have a couple one-shots in mind. (I might even change the genre of this story)

However, I can tell you this. This story is going to be pretty LONG. I'm thinking about writing 45-50 chapters possibly. .-.

Chapter Four: Quite Erratic

When entering into the mansion, it was not much of what she had expected from it. There was so much surveillance equipment that Lei Fang began to wonder just how much danger Jin could possibly be in. A guard jabbed her rudely with his rifle, motioning for her to go into the mansion; she almost swore under her breath in Japanese for that. That was certainly rude of him. The large place was beautiful, even so, the atmosphere was unsettling to her though. It's not so hard to tell that she was not used to something like this. The scheme color reminds her of something horrifying.

With dark furniture and two armed guards at every door, this wasn’t exactly a relaxing place. In fact, it was kind of guards led her all the way to the throne room. After her presence was announced, Lei Fang was allowed to walk down the carpet to the throne. The ends of her ruby red dress touched the back of her legs as she walked. Jin stood to greet her. Dressed in an attractive black suit, minus the tie, he looked even more serious than usual; seeing this, it made her blush a little, seeing how handsome he looked. It was the same for him too.

Looking at the girl up and down, Jin found himself a bit surprised. She looked so much older. Her cute little pigtails seemed to be the only traces of the bubbly sixteen year old Jin once knew, but now she had longer hair – she simply looked gorgeous. Her entire visage spoke for itself. Not only that, he noticed that her figure was much more pronounced now, and the gipao she wore hugged her in all the right places. Jin reprimanded himself for his thoughts.

She was so happy to see Jin again, that she forgot about the guards herself. She ran towards Jin at almost full speed trying to hug him. This was such a good idea at all; she should have thought twice about doing this.

“Jin!” she opened her arms to him.

All of the guards instantly turned their guns on her. Almost fully covered by red lasers, the girl froze in place. Jin signaled for the guards to lower their weapons; then, that is when she relaxed. After hesitating for a moment, Lei Fang walked up the stairs to where Jin stood. She wrapped her arms around him; she felt as if she was in heaven. After thinking and telling herself how much she wanted to see him again, she finally had the chance to see him peacefully. Well, for a moment it was interupted, but none the less, it didn't really matter to her.

“I’m so happy to see you again, Jin,” she whispered. Jin reluctantly returned her embrace.

He could feel so many memories flooding back to him. Just her presence melted some of the chill around his heart. It was supposed to make him happy, however, something was always bothering him, but he had to neglect it. This just wasn't a good time and he knows it himself, but he felt he had to show somewhat that he was relieved to see once more.

“Lei,” he whispered aloud. For a moment, Jin felt completely at peace. Feeling the warmth on his back from the girl's arms and her head resting on his chest distracted him. Then he remembered what he was keeping from her, and how dangerous it was for her to be there. His anger shattered the peace in his mind, and he pushed her away. This tournament is way too dangerous for her to be in. She should not even be here, he scolded at himself. Though, devil actually liked how it was going – just in time for what he was thinking of. Jin's already being decieved so much.

Jin had been fighting himself over whether or not to invite Lei Fang to stay with him during the tournament. Any attack on the hotel could put her life at risk. Still, if he was unable to control the devil in him, the mansion would be one of the most dangerous places for her to be. He remembered that if anything happened to her it would be his fault. The Chinese girl’s voice tore him away from his thoughts.

“I’ve been worried about you Jin. There are so many things we have to talk about,” she said seriously, yet eyeing him with a sign of worry in her eyes. Jin nodded, looking at the watch on his wrist. She sighed sadly. Jin didn't show much of an expression, but he was curious as to what made her actually say that.

“Well, we can talk at dinner. Two hours from now. The guards will show you to your room in the meantime,” he told her.

“All right. I think I’ll just go put my stuff away for now,” she replied, trying to sound happy as she could. A few guards began to lead her out of the room. Mentally, she again thought it was annoying if they had to do this all the time. Lei Fang felt something really dark around her though and she didn't like it at all. Her eyes watered towards him before proceeding.

“Until then,” Jin said solemnly, watching the door close behind her – his expression blank and his voice so deep. It did not even sound like the real him. It sounded more than errotic.

His eyes flashed that evil intent. It has already begun.

END OF CHAPTER FOUR

a/n: I reallyreallyreally dislike writing short chapters; sorry about that. Hopefully the next will be longer, and more exciting. Also, just for the reminder: I'm going to kind of update slowly, however, I might be able to get the next chapter next month or in August - November. Sorry if that seems too long to wait for, but for some of you who are reading Unrequited know that I really need to update that story some time.

You never know: there might be a chance when you'll see me put Unrequited on HIATUS instead and work more on this, because this story is more easy for me to write and I really can't wait to have it finished like I said before. 8D
