Chapter 2

Road Trip

Victor Miller, Paramount, and New Line cinema own Jason and Camp crystal lake. I own everything else.

I should list some stuff out about Emerl

Powers: Strength, Speed, and due to reasons that will be mentioned eventually, can regrow any part of his body and heal in seconds.

Personality: Mentally insane, serious when he kills and looks normal in public.

Appearance: Black trench coat like jacket, white t-shirt, and jeans. Emerald necklace. Long Blond shaggy hair that reaches his shoulders. One green and one blue eye.

Emerl drove down the street that was surprisingly empty of any other car, the body of the man he had strangled sat in the passenger seat with sunglasses on. "You see, I told you car pooling would make better time and it saves the environment. Ha, listen to ME talking about saving something." He said to the dead man by him. "You know this reminds me of Weekend At Bernies. You ever see that film? It sucked, how could no one know he was dead? Thanks for the food by the way." He said finishing a burger. Emerl took the wallet and started driving into a forest filled with trees. "Well this is my stop." He said before crashing the vehicle into a tree.

The sound of metal being crushed between a giant piece of bark. Though the air bags did not deploy, sending Emerls head crashing into the steering wheel. The sound of hissing metal was the last thing Emerl heard before his neck snapped. Opening the smashed car door, he stepped out onto the green grass and dark grey sky. His neck looked like it had been almost completely broken off. He pushed it upright with out a single ounce of pain and the blood that was running down the wound started steaming and just vanished. He walked away from the wreckage and reached the main road. Why did you do that? It asked. "I saw it in a movie."

Looking around the small number of buildings, he spotted a small hotel, nothing fancy but still. "I wonder if they have cable, maybe a warm shower, some room surface and sleep. Kill here and there." He slowly made his way over to the building and opened the wooden door. A small frail looking old women with big glasses sat in front of a desk with a small bell and numbered room keys on it. "Can I help you sir?" She asked standing up. "Can I get a room, one that has a big bed please?" He asked sounding what humans called innocent. "$20.95 a night." The woman said pulling out an old type writer.

"Thats ridiculous. I remeber a time when hotels were free." He said grabbing "his" wallet out of his jacket pocket. "Not once in my life has a hotel been free." She said taking the money he handed to her, rudely. "Maybe it was before your life." He said grabbing the key. "Nice necklace." She said looking at the shard of an emerald hanging on string around his neck. He walked over to a staircase and walked up to the next and last floor, passing a hot woman in a maid uniform. He whistled as he stared at her ass. "Like you could get me, you couldn't even get the most pathetic girl on earth." She muttered.

We'll kill her after some sleep. It told him. "Fine." He unlocked the door and walked into the room. "Not as bad as I expected." He said looking at the room, a nice bed and T.V., a small kitchen, and a room leading to the bathroom. Shutting the door, he took off his black jacket and threw it on top of a table in the kitchen, he took off his necklace and placed it gently on top of the jacket. He was thin but had a muscular build, from all the power. Laying on the bed he instantly fell asleep, his thoughts turned to the day of power.

Date:1693

A young man makes his way through town, two horses attached to ropes followed behind them. It was the mans 21st birthday and he wanted to get home to celebrate it with his mom, dad, and his older sister. Out of the corner of his eye he spotted a rather ugly woman selling what was probably fake jewelry, though the emerald shard necklace caught his eye. He tied the rope with the horses to a cart and walked over to the stand. "Tis' how much for the necklace?" He asked the woman, only after she looked him in the eye did he see that her eyes were bloodshot.

"Too much for you young man." She said looking over his shoulder to see the horses. "but I'll make you a deal. The horses for the necklace." She said waving it in front of him. Its fake. But it still looks rather fine, but Pa will kill me if I trade are livestock. Shes old, maybe I can take it and run. The thought crossed his mind. He set his plan into motion and grabbed the emerald, pushing the woman down and running to untie the horses. The woman started yelling but for some reason didn't even try to get up and grab him. "Your an evil man, and for that you will be cursed forever son. Forced to walk the Earth forever, never to age or die. You will be driven to complete insanity by a voice that tells you to kill person after person. KALI MAN DUHN."

He started running with the horses behind him, shrugging off the old womans threats. The necklace started to glow as he crossed the small meadow leading to his small cottage, placing the jewel in his pocket. A young woman started to call his name. "Good your home, I was worried sick about you......" Before she could finish he woke up, drenched in sweat. "KALI you basterd why can't you let me at least let me learn my name." He shouted. You can only know so much about your life Emerl, but we have a problem. Your necklace has been stolen by the maid while you were asleep. You must get it back before.....

"Yeah yeah I know." He said getting up and grabbing his jacket off the table. Downstairs the very same maid was talking to the old frail women, necklace in hand. "We'll rake in the money with this." The old woman said grabbing the necklace and put it in a small safe behind the desk. "Alright, when he wakes up we'll tell him one other guest must have stolen it."

Emerl looked around the small room for a weapon he could find. A butchers knife laid in front of him. "To obvious." He threw the knife at the wall, making it stab the wall and stay there. "Holy Shit. Finally, that happened at last. Two years of fail, fail, fail." After a few seconds of gloating to Kali he started looking through cabinets only to find something that freaked the hell out of him. "Is...Is this a grenade?" He said looking at the green object in front of him. "Oh no, its just a rotten kiwi." He said throwing it back into the cabinet. He looked through the apartment and found his new weapon.

Really? Kali asked. "Yeah." He opened the door and ran to the stairs, passing the maid. "Whats wrong sir?" She asked before noticing the small object in his hand. A small plastic straw. "You want a drink I take it." She said but before she could get any closer Emerl grabbed her neck and shoved the straw through her, she tried looking down in shock but couldn't see, her blood started running down her neck until she just toppled over onto the ground landing on her face. The straw went straight through her neck and poked out the back. Emerl knelt down by her almost lifeless body, seeing her take her last couple of breaths.

"Wrong time, wrong place, and wrong person." He stepped over her now lifeless body. The old woman saw his combat boots hit the first stair making a loud creek and pretended to be busy looking at a book with the "other" guest names. "Can I help you sir?" But before she could even look up she was rammed into the wall. "Rita call the police." She yelled, but her plea fell on deaf ears (also death). "Where is it." He shouted knowing that they were the only ones left in the hotel. "Wheres what?" She asked sounding innocent. Emerl couldn't help but laugh at how she sounded compared to his hundreds of years of training to have fake emotions.

His pupils turned blood red, making the woman drop her jaw and tried talking but couldn't find the right words. "Never mind. I know where it is." He dropped her on the ground and walked over to her desk, lifting it up as easy as if it was a pillow and through it at the wall, though he couldn't care less about the shattered wood. The small iron safe was what caught his eye. The woman took her eyes off the wood that used to be her work area and looked at the small safe he was standing in front of. Finally, finding something she cared about more than her life, her money, she had the courage to talk.

"You'll never get the code to unlock it." She said and laughed. "Who said anything about a code." He stepped back over to the woman and knelt down to the ground to meet her on the floor. "In 3, 2, 1." He said and pointed to the safe, it suddenly caused a small explosion from the inside. The door fell off and inside, on top of a bunch of other valuables was the very shard he had worn for over 216 years. He rushed to put the necklace back on, his eyes returning to their blue and green colors. For some odd reason he didn't bother to take any of the other treasures in the chest.

"Well this has been fun and thanks for the room, you might want to hire another maid, one that isn't afraid of blood. Inside joke, you'll get it later." He walked out the door and looked around the parking lots for his new car. Why didn't you kill her? Kali asked as Emerl walked to the next lot. "Because I want a little news segment about me man. You know 15 minutes of fame." He said before hearing a loud boom come from the hotel. He turned around to see nothing but rubble. "Damn. Guess that wasn't a rotten kiwi. Explains the clip that fell off." He said grabbing it out of his jean pocket and throwing it onto the ground.
