AN: Hello everyone! This is my first time posting anything on and I'm very excited/nervous, haha. I hope that I am able to create something that is both entertaining for me to write and interesting enough that it keeps y'all coming back for more. I'm about half-way done with the first chapter, and will be posting it soon; but for now, I will give you a little information about what's to come. The story is entitled "When Footsteps Falter" and will focus on the lives of four high school band students. One of the major themes will be change and how the characters either embrace it or try to fight it. Now, I don't want to give TOO much away, but I will leave you with one final treat: a very quick snap-shot about each of the four main characters...
