Disclaimer: I don’t own anything, so enjoy. And also, this setting is the most recent Saw movie 5 I believe. This is the first trap.
I woke up groggy. I couldn’t remember anything but going to the grocery store to get some cheese. I stood up. There were four others, all my friends. There was a girl with shoulder length brown hair- That was Bryttni Pugh- A girl with brown hair tied up in a pony tail- That was Sydney. The third girl had short black hair- Courtney- And the last girl had thin brown hair to her waist- She was Miranda.
I breathed deeply, and then noticed something on my neck. It was like a metal collar. I turned and saw it was connected to something on the ceiling, as were the others. A sudden realization dawned on me. We were in Saw 5. We had done wrong. We are going to pay for it. Relief coursed through me. I had already watched this movie, and I knew what was going to happen.
I had gone to the theater with Bryttni to see Saw 5 in October, so she knows too. There was a soft, “Bailey…” coming from behind me. I spun around and saw Bryttni. She had the most shocked expression imaginable. “How did we end up in here?” She asked quietly. “I don’t know…” I said.
There was one box in front of each of us, a good distance away from where we were chained. I squinted and saw there was a key in each of the boxes. The TV buzzed from above us, and we all looked up at a very creepy puppet that was on the screen. “Hello and welcome.” It said. “Today, five will become one, with a common goal of survival. You are all connected. A cable runs through your collar devices. It can be pulled so tight you will be decapitated on the mounted razors. The only way to remove the collar is with the keys from the glass boxes on the pedestals before you. Let the games begin.”
The TV buzzed off. We all turned to see a timer with 15: 00 on it, which started to decrease with each second passing. “What do we do!? What do we do!?” Sydney cried, tugging at her collar. “STAY CALM!” Bryttni shouted. “Me and Bailey saw this movie before. All of you, stand back and let Bailey go forward and break the glass. Each key is the same, unlocking all of our collars. We can all survive. Just stay calm!” She instructed.
Everyone stepped back, allowing me some slack with the metal cables. “Oh, hurry Bailey!” Courtney cried, looking at the time. I walked forward and everyone gasped for breath. I quickly broke the glass and went back. I unlocked my collar and moved on to Bryttni. After everyone was unlocked, we all rubbed our throats and struggled for more oxygen. The door to the right unlocked, revealing another room.
“Don’t!” I yelled at Sydney and Miranda, who had already started for the door. “Please! We need to stay here! I don’t know how to get past this next one! Please, we have to stay here!” I begged them. “And do what!” Bryttni roared. “We are going to die anyway, why not make it quick!” “Because that’s what he wants us to do! If we go in there, we are going to die! And each and every one of us is here because we don’t live life up to the fullest- What would this man think if we just gave up in here! I bet he would be pleased! Listen- we can’t let him have the satisfaction of killing us!” I said warily.
“And if we stay here, we’ll die too! What’s the difference?” Miranda piped up. “We’ll die of natural causes. You guys can go in there, but once you close the door, you can’t open it back up. I’m not going to be responsible for any of your deaths!” I told them all. “You won’t be, and I’m going in!” Miranda said stubbornly. “All the same, I will be responsible for letting you go. I won’t let you, Miranda!” I said. Sydney sighed and plopped onto the floor. “I’m staying. I don’t want this man to kill me. I don’t want to die in his twisted ways.” I sat down too. Everyone else hesitated, and then sat down with us. Miranda was the last to sit. “So what do we do here, exactly?” She asked irritably. “Let’s play duck, duck goose!” I suggested merrily. Miranda put her head in her hands as we all formed a circle. “I’ll be it!” I volunteered. I skipped around chanting. “Duck, duck, duck, duck, GOOSE!” I tapped Sydney on the head and ran around while she chased me. I plopped down in her seat and grinned.
(Meanwhile, up with Jigsaw…)
“What are they doing?” Jigsaw shouted, watching the five girls dance around. “They are supposed to be playing the game!” He stared at the screen, which now showed them playing tag. “I’m going in there…”
(Back in the cell thing)
“Your mom.” I said to Bryttni. “No, your mom.” She replied. “Your mom.” “No, your mom!” There was a creak as another door opened, revealing a very old man. “Hey, an old dude!” Courtney pointed out in glee. He stared at us. “I wanted to play a game-” He started, but Miranda cut him off. “Well come on over!” She cried, pulling him into the duck, duck, goose circle. “I’ll be it!” She said, and went around the circle, tapping people on the heads. “Goose!” She finally said, slapping Jigsaw very hard on his old head. He grimaced. “I meant this game!” He pointed at the next door. “You must go in there!” I scoffed. “No way!”
“GO, or I’ll-” He was cut off again by Miranda. “You’ll run over us with your wheelchair, oldie?” she taunted. Jigsaw glared at her. And so after that, everyone went into the second room, revealing a nail bomb, grabbed the bomb, threw it at the wall, went back into the first room and got out safely.
There it is. I’m just so bored. Reviews make me happy.
