When Hermione Granger was fourteen, she met a boy who was three years older than her. He helped her with her advanced classes at school, so they spent a lot of time together. Gradually, he started to get closer and closer to her. She wasn't sure what to make of it but believed him when he said everyone did it and that he would stop soon. He went from touching her to taking her virginity. She never told him to stop, even when it hurt, because she didn't know. Her parents had never talked to her about these things so she was in the dark. After that, he never talked to her again, and Hermione never saw him. She never told anyone until she stopped getting her period and found out she was pregnant.
Hermione never planned on keeping her daughter, since she was only fifteen years old and not even in high school yet. But she then found out some bad things about the adoptive family she had chosen and she fell in love with her little girl before she had time to find another.
She changed schools and her parents helped her with the baby, Rose Marie Granger. Hermione devoted all of her time to her studies and Rose. She wanted to get into a good college so she could become a lawyer and build a good life for her daughter.
Ron Weasley was the star of the soccer team, baseball team and lacrosse team. He was tall, 6 foot 5, had thick red hair and a charming smile. Girls threw themselves at him but he didn't date any of them. He had found the girl he wanted but she turned him do. Hermione Granger was everything he wanted in a girl. So he joined and was elected VP of the student UN so he could spent time with her.
"Well Hermione if we are going to raise the money to get all 10 of us to New York City we have to do a dance. I don't see a way around it." Ron told Hermione. They were staying after school.
"We have also have fundraisers and bake sales," Hermione said, writing down some notes. She liked Ron, he was a really good friend. He had asked her out repeatedly but after she turned him down enough, he seemed to have given up. She couldn't date, she had to focus on her work and Rose (who no one at the school knew about). Hermione finished what she was doing and looked down at her watch. "I have to go," she said quickly, jumping up to put her things away.
"Let me give you a ride home. I just finished my car." Ron said as he packed his stuff up. He worked at a local pub, tending bar, and got enough money to by an old car that he rebuilt himself.
"No, thanks," Hermione said, throwing him a quick smile. "It's out of your way and I'm fine. Besides, you have to organize that dance." She smirked before starting out of the room to walk home. Ron waited a few moments before he went to his car and went after Hermione. He made sure she wouldn't see him. He parked on the other side of the street in front of her house and waited.
Hermione was reading while she walked, trying to get her English homework done before she got home. She didn't have much time to do her work, always spending at much time she could with Rose. Once she got within a house of her home, she put her stuff away, smiling as she saw her little girl in the window. The two year and a half year old ran out the door that Hermione's mother opened.
"Mummy!" Rose giggled as she ran as fast as her little legs would carry her. She crashed into Hermione, reaching her arms up, wanting to be picked up. Ron's eyes went wide. Hermione had a child? The kid looked just like her, but the hair had red tint to it. He watched, jaw dropped.
"Hey, sweetheart!" Hermione beamed, picking up her little girl, kissing her cheek dramatically. "Mummy missed you. Guess what we talked about in my English class today?" She said as she walked back into the house. Even though her life was hard, she loved her daughter with all of her heart and would do anything for her. "Hi, Mum." She kissed her mother's cheek.
"How was school today sweetheart?" Mary Granger respected her daughter when she decided to keep Rose. She had retired so she watched Rose during the days and really enjoyed it. She helped Hermione as much as she could.
"It was good. Sorry I'm late, the meeting ran over a bit but we got a lot of work done," Hermione smiled, setting down her book bag as she took Rose to the kitchen. She always had a snack with Rose after school.
"Mummy I wants pea'nutter."
"With jelly, honey, or marshmallow?" Hermione asked, stroking Rose's hair as her mother went upstairs to do laundry.
Rose thought for a moment before the doorbell rang. "I gets it." Rose wiggled out of her arms. Ron was at the door, his hands in his pockets. "Who you?"
"My name is Ron." He bent down so they were eyelevel. "Is your Mummy here?"
Rose grinned and nodded. "Mummy! It’s for you!"
Hermione hurried to the door, her hand resting on Rose's head as she opened it a bit more. Her eyes widened, her stomach sinking as her heart stopped. "Rose, go help Gram with the clothes okay? Ask her if you can jump in the warm ones," she said flatly, staring at Ron, not looking happy.
Rose grinned as she ran off. "Hi." Ron said softly. "You left this." He pulled out a pen that was chewed a bit at the end, something Hermione always did.
Hermione slowly took it, just putting it in her pocket. "And that couldn't have waited until tomorrow?" She asked flatly.
"She's beautiful Hermione." Ron said softly. "Why didn't you tell me about her?"
Hermione crossed her arms, her face blank. "Just go away. And don't tell anyone else about her," she frowned.
"I thought we were friends." Ron said a bit weakly.
"Now you know why I can't go out with you," Hermione said, looking away. "I understand if you don't want to hang out with me anymore, whatever."
"No I don't understand." Ron said very softly. "Just because you have a kid doesn't change the fact I want to take you for dinner and a movie."
"Yes, it does," Hermione laughed dryly.
"No it doesn't." Ron said, looking into her brown eyes, nothing funny in his blue ones.
Hermione looked at him, frowning. "I'm busy enough as it is," she said. "I don't have time for dating."
"I know you must want to spend your free time with Rose. I could take the two of your for ice cream tonight." Ron said hopefully.
"ICE CREAM!" Rose ran past Hermione and tackled Ron. "We get Ice cream?" She asked innocently from on top of his chest. Hermione couldn't help but smile at the scene before her. Leave it to Rose to make anyone smile, despite whatever is going on.
Ron laughed as he looked at Rose. "Well if your Mummy says yes." Rose turned and gave her mother the look. "Peas?"
Hermione sighed deeply. "You could get away with murder with that look, sweetheart," she sighed, lifting Rose off of Ron. "We can't take too long, though."
Ron nodded as he stood. "Do you want me to come back after you eat dinner?" He asked as he wiped grass off himself. He wanted to get something for both girls.
"Come back around seven," Hermione murmured, settling Rose on her side. She wasn't sure what to think about Ron now.
Ron smiled and bent, kissing her cheek and then Rose. "It was nice to meet you little lady."
Rose grinned brightly. "I a little lady!" She said proudly.
Hermione laughed lightly, kissing her head. "Go off and get in your seat, I'll make out sandwich in a moment," she said, setting Rose down and patting her bum.
Ron smiled as Mary and Rose went into the house. "I'm not here to make you mad, I like you Hermione, just give me a chance." Ron said softly, looking though his fringe.
"Think about what you're doing," Hermione said firmly and simply. "If you want to get closer to me that bad, just know that Rose part of me. And don't think you can just ditch once you get bored. I will not have my daughter get hurt."
Ron reached his hand out and cupped her cheek. "I like you because you are strong and smart and funny. If Rose is half of what you are I want to be in her life even if it's just as her mum's friend." He kissed her softly. "See you are seven." And walked to his car.
Hermione slowly shut the door, a bit of a dazed look on her face. She slowly sat on the stairs, just taking a moment to think, even if she had no idea what about. She liked Ron, he was handsome and a really good friend. But she was scared. The last time she let a guy in, he hurt her so bad, he almost ruined her life. Even though she was smarter now, she was still scared. She had just assumed she would never get close to someone. She was fairly sure Ron wouldn't hurt her but she had no idea. And even if he didn't hurt her, he was probably going to hurt Rose. She was little and got attached to people easily.
"What are you thinking little love?" Tommy Granger asked as he leaned against the wall. He had come in from the garden, his wife filling him in.
"I don't know," Hermione mumbled, resting her head on the wall beside her.
"Ron Weasley maybe?" He asked as he sat down, two steps below her.
Hermione looked at him. "How did you know his name?" She mumbled.
"Arthur and I belong to the same gym. He and I spot each other twice a week." Tommy said as he took her hand.
"Oh," Hermione sighed, looking down. "I don't know what to do, Daddy."
"If Ron is anything like Arthur I think he will be good to you." He said as he stroked his daughter's hand. "The Weasley's are good people."
"I don't know if I can trust him... or anyone," Hermione murmured, moving down to lean against him. Even though she had to grow up quickly, she still needed her parents.
Tommy put his arm around her. "I love you little love. You are a strong woman but even the strongest among us need a bit of fun. Go out with him, keep it simple and let it happen as it will."
Hermione took a breath, resting her head on his shoulder. "I'm scared," she whispered.
"I know you are." He whispered as he stroked her shoulder. "I bet Ron is too."
"But he doesn't have another person he's responsible for," Hermione mumbled.
Tommy didn't say anything. "I don't think he will hurt Rose or you. But it's not my call."
Hermione took another breath. She kissed his cheek before standing. "I love you, Dad."
Ron went to the stood and bought two rose's a white one for Rose and a red one for Hermione. A toy ball for Rose and a book for Hermione and wrapped them, though the job was not good despite his trying. He ate dinner quickly, thankful no one else was home and drove back to the Granger's. He had the presents in hand as he knocked on the door.
Hermione answered the door, looking really nervous. She was wearing a simple dress, her wavy hair over one shoulder. She tried to look even a little nice for what she assumed was her first date. Rose ran up behind Hermione in little overalls.
Ron smiled as he bent down. "I got this for you." He handed her the wrapped ball and flower. "Do you know what kind of flower it is?"
"Rose!" The little girl practically yelled, running into Ron's leg, hugging it before running to her room to put her gifts on her bed so Hermione could help her put them away later.
Ron stood. "These are for you." He blushed as he handed her the rose and book.
Hermione was smiling at him for the gifts he got Rose but looked surprised at the gifts he got her. "This is really nice, thank you," she smiled shyly.
"I wanted to make a good impression." He said as he kissed her cheek. "Can I like carrying her and stuff or is that not alright?"
Hermione took a breath, hesitating before nodding. "Just... be careful," she murmured. She set her gifts down on the table, stroking Rose's hair as they stepped out of the house.
Ron picked Rose up and put her on his shoulders. Rose looked rather happy to be where she was. "Do you wanna walk to Twin scoops or drive to Sundaes?"
"Rose likes walking around," Hermione said, glancing up at the girl every few moments. "Rather, she likes being held while others walk."
Ron grabbed some of Ron's hair. "I likes 'his."
Ron laughed as he put her ankles so she would be firmly in place. "Did you finish Mrs. Mason's take home test?"
"I did that at lunch," Hermione said. "Rosie, if you want to come down, just tell me, okay?"
"Never!" Rose giggled, bouncing a little.
Hermione smiled lightly. She was trying to enjoy this even though she was, and always would be, in 'mother mode'. "Thank you for this, by the way," she murmured. "Rose likes new people."
Ron smiled as he offered her one of his hands. "I like kids. My brother Bill has two and Uncle Ron is their favorite baby sitter."
Hermione didn't take his hand but she put it back on Rose's foot. "This is different than babysitting," she murmured. She knew that this was hard for him as well, in a different way. She knew that he was making a bit sacrifice by hanging out with her.
Ron nodded as they walked. "Yeah it is but I was showing you I was good with kids." He said as he took a breath. "Can I be your boyfriend?"
Hermione just continued walking, looking down on the ground as she thought. She glanced up at him and then Rose, who was bouncing along, looking like she thought she was flying. "I don't know," she murmured, biting her lip. "Would you hate me if I asked if we could just hang out for a bit...."
"I couldn't hate you." Ron said softly, meaning it. "I just want to be the guy who gets to hold your hand walking to class and brings you lunch when you're working during lunch on homework, the guy that drives you home and kisses you good night before he leaves."
Hermione didn't say anything for a few moments, looking down as she walked. "The guy that plays dolls with my two year old," she mumbled.
"The guy that dresses up and has tea parties with her and rocks her to sleep when her Mummy is working on a paper." Ron laughed softly. "The one who lays on her left and her mummy on her right when she’s sick and wants to feel protected." Hermione looked at him, tears in her eyes as his words sunk in.
Ron stopped. "I think Rose just peed on me." Rose had a guilty look on her face.
"Oh, Rose!" Hermione sighed, quickly plucking her off of Ron's shoulders. "Why didn't you tell me you had to go? Remember what I taught you?" She started back to her house at a fast pace.
Ron ran back to catch up with them and walked with her. "I didn't mean to." Rose said, her lower lip trembling. "I was bounce and it happen. Sorry."
"It's alright, sweetheart," Hermione cooed, kissing her head. "We'll just have to get you cleaned up, love."
Ron walked back and took his shirt off, wiped his neck off. "Can I use your loo?"
"Yeah, down the hall, first on the left. I'm sorry," Hermione said before going upstairs to get Rose cleaned up, and herself.
Ron was giving one of Hermione's father's shirts and they set out again. Rose back on Ron's shoulders. They walked up and got in line, about 10 people in front of them.
"Do you want the usual, Rosie?" Hermione asked, in jeans and a shirt now while Rose was in a little dress.
"I was brownknees sundae." Rose said firmly.
"Brownie sundae is it," Hermione smiled. "What are you going to get?" She asked Ron.
"We can get a large and split it." Ron said as he looked at her. "I was going to get a small anyway.” He ordered and paid for it before Hermione could, he saw her going for her purse.
"You didn't have to pay for Rose," Hermione said, slowly closing her purse as she blushed a little.
"I am taking my girls out for ice cream." Ron said, making sure it was clear that wither she liked it or not they were dating and Ron was going to be the kind of man she needed. Hermione didn't say anything as she looked into his eyes, seeing the truth. She took a breath, picking Rose up, getting napkins and going to get a table.
Ron brought the ice-cream over when it was ready. "How Rosie did anyone ever teach you how to eat ice cream properly?" Ron asked in a proper voice.
"Mummy said no big bites," Rose said firmly as she sat in Hermione's lap. She had a bunch of napkins stuffed in her shirt as a makeshift bib so she didn't make a mess.
Ron nodded. "While true but there is a secret to eating a sundae." Ron whispered, making her lean in. "But it's only for big girls. Are you a big girl?" Hermione raised an eyebrow at Ron, waiting to see where he was going with this. She the way Rose's face lit up as she nodded so quickly her head looked like it would fall off.
Ron turned the sundae the long way. "See if you take your spoon and move it from bottom to top, you get a bit of each thing." Ron showed her. "The perfect bite." Hermione started to laugh as Rose mimicked Ron. Ron grinned as he watched her. "Told you I was good with kids." Rose carefully did it each time she went back for a bite of the ice cream, saying big girl each time.
Hermione kissed Rose's head, smiling at Ron a bit shyly. "You are, thank you."
Ron got a spoon full and held it out for Hermione. "Are you a big girl?" He teased her.
"Obviously," Hermione said, gesturing down to Rose. But she blushed anyway as she took the bite.
"Can I ask you a question?" Ron's ears turned pink. Hermione nodded, her arm around Rose's little waist as she stole a spoonful of the whipped cream. "Does childbirth hurt as much as my mum says it does when she's yelling at us?"
Hermione laughed deeply, obviously finding the question random but hilarious. "Yes," she giggled.
Rose started laughing because her mother was. Ron smiled at both of them. "I never met someone I could ask that before." Ron muttered, blushing hard.
"Well I'm not your average girl," Hermione said, kissing Rose's head as she took another bite of ice cream.
"Clearly." Ron took Hermione's hand and licked a bit of chocolate that was on it. Hermione blushed hard, her gaze falling as she quickly wiped Rose's mouth.
"Ron!" Allison Ray, a cheerleader from school, bounced over to the table.
Ron took a breath. "Hey Allie." Ron smiled at the girl. She was in Ginny's class and a little on the stupid side. "What's up?"
"I thought it was you!" Allison giggled, plopping down beside Ron, really close.
Ron moved a foot back. "Are you going to Bobby Ray's party tonight?"
"Yeah! Are you? Maybe you could drive! I was going to get Ginny to take me but she's going over to Harry's like always," Allison rambled, waving her hand around as she moved closer. Her eyes fell on Hermione. "Oh, hello."
Ron didn't want Hermione and Allie anywhere near each other. "Can you go to Bobby Ray's house and wait for me?" Ron asked her, putting his hand on her leg. "I'll be there soon."
"Okay!" Allison said happily, kissing his cheek then skipping away.
"I need to get Rose to bed," Hermione said flatly, standing and picking Rose up.
Ron cleaned the table and walked after her. "I wanted to get her to leave." He said taking her free hand.
"I'm going no where near that party or Allison."
Hermione took her hand back as she walked faster. "Just go, it's fine."
"Hermione why are you mad?" Ron asked, not knowing where this all went wrong.
"I'm not. Just go to the party, you don't have anything holding you back. You're a teenager, you can go do teenage things," Hermione said flatly.
"I never was going to the party." Ron said as he took her hand again. "I was getting rid of Allison so she wouldn't ask about Rose and you wouldn't have to lie."
Hermione looked at him, still frowning. "You didn't have to touch her," she mumbled.
Ron signed. "I was playing along. I will never touch her again." Hermione didn't say anything, holding Rose close as she walked. She hated that she was so quick to doubt him, so quick to letting him leave. But she knew it was to save her pain.
Ron walked back with her, he kept trying to hold her hand. "Can I come inside?"
Hermione took a breath, not saying anything for a moment. "Just for a little bit," she murmured, going inside and going upstairs to get Rose to bed.
Ron walked with her he stood in the door and watched them together. He wanted to talk to her and hoped Rose would put her in a better mood. "Mummy?" Rose asked once she was in bed.
"Yes, sweetheart?" Hermione asked, sitting down on the bed.
"I loves you." Rose said sweetly.
Hermione smiled, cupping Rose's cheek and kissing her head softly. "I love you, too, baby. You're my world."
"Can Won kiss me nighty night?"
Hermione looked at Rose for a moment and then looked back at Ron leaning in the doorway. "If you ask him."
Ron walked forward and cupped the little girl's cheek. "Good night moon." He whispered what his father use to say to him. He kissed her forehead. Rose's little eyes fluttering shut. Hermione took a deep breath as she stood. She turned on Rose's flower nightlight before her and Ron left the room and Hermione shut the door. She led him to her bedroom.
Ron sat down on Hermione's floor, his back against her wall. "Can I ask you something personal?" Hermione sat at her desk, tucking her legs beneath her as she leant against the back of the chair. She nodded.
"If I kicked the shit out of the guy that hurt you would you be mad?" Ron whispered, his arm resting on his knee.
Hermione laughed weakly, rubbing her eyes for a moment. "Yes because he doesn't know about Rose," she murmured.
Ron's eyes flashed. He grunted as he thought. "I can still beating him up for using you."
"How do you know he used me?" Hermione asked, just wondering what he assumed happened.
Ron blushed a bit as he looked at his hands. "You're not the kind of girl who knows a lot about guys’ minds. We're dirty pigs. I assumed you fell for a guy, trusted him and he told you that he would always be there and when he needed him he wasn't." His voice showed he had first had experience.
"I didn't fall for him," Hermione murmured, frowning as she looked at him. "Have you done that to a girl?"
"Someone did that to Ginny. She miscarried at 3 months. No one knows that but her and I and you now." Ron said, looking at her.
"Oh," Hermione whispered, looking away. She didn't say anything for a few minutes, swallowing roughly. She had never told anyone the full story. She told her parents about it, but not every single detail. She knew she would never, ever tell Rose about her father. "I was fourteen and he was seventeen. He was helping me with the advanced classes I was taking," she started before slowly, and in a whisper, telling Ron about what he convinced her to do, the lies he told her, and the feelings she felt as she watched him get up from empty classroom floor, pull his pants back on, and leave her naked on the floor without a word. Once she was done, she was clenching onto the chair, her knuckles white as she shook.
Ron walked over to her and picked her up, taking her to the bed and laying on it with her. It was a queen and big enough for both of them. "Let it out." He whispered as he held her. Her body was so small and his so big that he wrapped her up and just her hair was showing. "I am going to stay with you tonight. Don't be scared to let go tonight." He whispered as he held her. He wanted to kill the bastard that would do that to a little girl. She trusted him and he all but raped her. He stroked her back all-night. He texted Ginny and she cleared it with his parents so he wouldn't die in the morning. Hermione was stiff in his arms, just shaking as she went through the day's events in her head. She had a boyfriend now, one who looked like he would actually care for her. After about thirty minutes, Hermione let go. She started to cry hard against his chest, clinging onto him as he held her. She cried for what she went through, for her daughter, and for the man who was going to help her. Ron nuzzled her neck most of the night, wanting to comfort her. When she got sick from crying he held her hair and got her water. He wished he was Rose's father because even if they were young he would have been there for her. He told her at about 4 in the morning, she had stopped crying and both were wide awake. "I will be her Uncle Ron if you want, for now."
Hermione looked up at him, her eyes red and puffy and weak. "Just Ron for now," she whispered, shyly picking at his shirt a bit.
Ron kissed her softly. "I promise to never leave you naked." He whispered. "I hope you won't leave me naked."
"Never," Hermione whimpered, putting her face against his chest. "Thank you."
Ron held her in his strong arms. "You have to come to my games now." He told her as he stroked her arm. "At least the home games. And after we win I'll take you and Rose out for dinner so we can spend time with her."
Hermione laughed weakly. "Okay," she mumbled.
"I'll come to all your debate club things." He whispered as he kissed her nose. "I'll make a Hermione Granger t-shirt."
Hermione laughed breathily, shaking her head. "You don't have to," she said, taking his hand and holding it to her chest.
"There is one more major matter." Ron said as he stroked her knuckles. "I plan to go to prom with the pretest girl in town."
Hermione's face fell as she looked away. "Oh."
"But since she's two I'll have to settle for the second prettiest girl in town." Ron smiled softly as he waited for her to smile and kiss him.
Hermione looked at him, blushing a little as she bit her lip. "No one's ever called me pretty before... and meant it," she said.
Ron kissed her softly. "What about beautiful? Because I have never seen anyone more so when you bit your lip."
Hermione bit her lip harder, shyly burying her face in his chest.
"If you’re trying to suck my nipples your about 6 inches off." Ron chuckled.
"Shut up," Hermione muttered, wrapping her arms around him. She suddenly felt very tired, her eyes drooping.
Ron kissed her forehead. "Do you want to change into my shirt? I'll go sleep on your couch." There was a small one on the far end of her room.
"Y- you... can stay," Hermione mumbled, slowly falling into a deep sleep in his arms. Ron held her, seeing a flash of reddish brown hair. Rose crawled up between them, her face against Ron's chest. He smiled softly, falling to sleep.

"Hermione Granger? You're needed in the front office," a woman said in the doorway of her history class. Hermione looked worried as she quickly packed up, knowing it was about Rose.
The old woman who worked in the office smiled at Hermione. "Your sitter called and said Rose is throwing up."
"She wasn't feeling good this morning," Hermione sighed. "I don't have a car... can you call Ron Weasley in, if that's not too much trouble?"
The lady had Ron taken from class, he called his mum and she let him out of class. "Come on let's go get our baby." Ron said as they walked out to his car.
Hermione smiled at him as she took his hand. They had been dating about a month and it made Hermione fell very, very good for them to be a makeshift family. She could tell her parents already loved Ron for making her happy.
"I think I gave her what I had last week." Ron said as they got in his car. He drove towards Rose's sitter, a car seat in his trunk.
"I told you not to let her drink your water," Hermione sighed as they drove. "I'm glad your parents understand all of this." She and Rose had met them about a week ago and she already felt like she belonged.
"Well Mum had Bill really young and I will she's proud I'm setting up and being a father to Rosie. Oh by the way Mum and Dad bought her a 100 pound bound."
Hermione's eyes widened. "What?"
"It's for her college fund. It will be a lot more in 18 years when she will need it."
Hermione kissed his cheek softly. "Tell them thank you very, very much if you see them before me," she said, stroking his arm.
Ron smiled as he winked at her. "They do it for all their grandkids."
A few tears welled as she rested her head on his shoulder. Most of the time she couldn't believe that she had Ron in her life and he was as wonderful as he was. Ron and Hermione walked into the daycare. Tommy and Mary were on a vacation in France for a month. "Want me to spend the night?"
"You don't have to," Hermione said as she walked in, seeing Rose in the sitter's lap, looking pale. "Oh, sweetheart."
"Want to." Ron said as Rose looked at him and held her arms out. Ron picked her up and Rose cuddled to him. He had a big chest and big arms and it was like her own walking bed.
Hermione kissed her head, rubbing her back. "We'll take you home, love, and you can stay in Gram and Gramp's bed, okay? It's nice and big."
"Want you and Daddy's bed." Rose said weakly. Hermione froze, her eyes wide as she stared at Rose.
Ron turned into a mass of red. "Alright little one." He managed to squeak out. He walked Rose outside, a bit overwhelmed.
Hermione numbly got the car seat out of his trunk and set it up before latching Rose in it. She got in the front seat, not saying anything. She had no idea what to think or say. It's not like she didn't want Rose to look up to Ron that way but it was so soon, it scared her a little.
Rose fell asleep on the way home and Ron carried her inside, putting her in Hermione's bed, laying on one side, Hermione on her other. "I will try to explain it to her if you need me too."
Hermione just stroked Rose's hair slowly, not saying anything for a few minutes. "What do you think?"
"I wish I was her biological father." He whispered. "I love her like I was and I would have done things with you differently." He took her hand, intertwining their fingers.
Hermione rested their hands on the little girl between them. "I wish you were," she whispered. "I... I want her to believe that you are...."
"Your Mum told me you left the father blank on her birth certificate." Hermione nodded, kissing Rose's head softly, resting her head beside the little girl's. "One day I'd like to fill it in." Ron whispered softly.
Hermione nodded, a few tears falling. "I never want her to know about him," she whispered.
"I love her." He whispered softly. "And you too."
"Thank you," Hermione whispered weakly, sniffling as she looked at him.
"One day maybe we can have one. After we get settled in our lives, me a rock god and you playmate on the year."
"The people in hell drinking ice water," Hermione rolled her eyes.
Ron kissed her forehead. "Tell me you trust me."
"Ron," Hermione breathed. "You're playing in bed on the other side of my sick daughter. Of course I trust you."
"She called me daddy." Ron whispered, looking down at the little girl. "She wanted me to hold her." A tear rolled off his nose.
Tears of her own fell as she reached out to stroke his tears away. "Are you scared?" She whispered.
Ron nodded as he held them a bit closer. "I want to be a good daddy, a good boyfriend. I want my girls to love me and come to me when they need me."
"You're an amazing daddy and an amazing boyfriend. Rose and I both can rely on you. We both love you," Hermione whispered before blushing.
Ron kissed her softly. "Thank you for letting me take you for ice cream."
Hermione laughed lightly. "Thank you for not running away when my daughter peed on you," she smiled.
"Can I maybe touch your boobs now?" Ron asked. "I mean not this moment."
Hermione blinked at him for a moment. "Way to ruin the moment."
"But I love your boobs." Ron said as he smiled. Hermione rolled her eyes, blushing as she pulled a quilt over them.
Ginny walked up to Hermione's house and knocked on the door, school just ended.
"I'll get it," Hermione mumbled a few hours later. She kissed Rose's head before getting out of the bed and going downstairs.
"The school now thinks Rose is Ron's."
Hermione's mouth fell open. "What?" She gasped.
"Someone hear Ron saying let's go get out baby and Megan Till saw you getting Rose." Ginny said, wearing Harry's letter jacket.
Hermione stared at Ginny for a few moments before letting her head fall against the doorframe. "After two years of no one finding out," she mumbled weakly.
"At least they think she's Ron's." Ginny said hugging her. "You can make up something and school is out in 5 months."
Hermione sighed deeply, hugging her back. "It's not like they pay much attention to me anyway," she sighed. "I hope it just doesn't affect Ron any.... Do you want to come in?"
"No I have to get to Harry's. We're working on a project. I wanted to warn you." Ginny said, hugging her again before leaving. Ron walked down with Rose, who wanted juice.
"Hey, baby," Hermione said after closing the door. "How are you feeling?"
"Daddy make fell better." Rose said weakly.
Hermione smiled lightly, stroking her hair back. "That's what daddy's are for."
"I want baby sister." Rose yawned.
Hermione blushed a bit. "Not now, love."
Ron chuckled, trying not to be surprised. "Let's get the juice.
Three months into their relationship it was Prom night. Ron rented a car, they would split with Ginny and Harry. Got a tux and all the other things he needed. H walked to Hermione’s door with a flower for her and a little one for Rose.
Hermione opened the door in a long blue dress, swirling patterns emitting from them bottom of the flowing dress. "Why don't you look handsome," she smiled, her hair up.
Ron kissed her softly. "There is for you babe." He smiled as he put the flower on her wrist. "Where is my other girlfriend?"
"In her prom dress," Hermione smiled, stroking his cheek. "And thank you, love."
Ron grinned as he walked in. Rose was in a smaller version of the dress Hermione was in. "Well Hermione I might have to take Rose with me." He got on his knees and put the flower on her wrist. "Give Daddy a kiss?"
Rose kissed Ron's cheek with a smack, giggling as she tugged at his tie a bit. "Fancy."
Ron smiled as he picked her up. "Can I have my dance now?" He asked as he took her hand and spun her around.
Rose laughed in delight as she spun around on the floor, her dress swirling around her.
Hermione stood in the doorway, smiling lovingly as she watched the people before her. She laughed lightly at her mother who was taking numerous amounts of pictures from the other room.
Ron put her down and walked to Hermione. "I got a little something for you." He said as he pulled a ring box from his pocket. It held matching rings with each of their three birthstones. "Promise rings."
Hermione looked down at the ring, her shock clearly evident. "It's beautiful," she beamed, snatching the ring then hugging Ron tightly.
Ron put hers on and she put his on. "You look beautiful by the way." He said as he kissed her softly. "I got us a room for tonight." They talked about it but never firmly said what they were going to do.
Hermione bit her lip as she looked up at him, stroking his cheek softly. "We'll just see what happens, okay?"
Ron nodded, kissing her softly again. "Gin and Harry are waiting."
Hermione smiled up at him and was about to say something when her mother appeared, taking picture after picture of them together. "Mum," she sighed.
Ron laughed as they left to go to the car. "I want us to go to the room even if we hold each other. Give you a break from being mummy for a night."
"Give you a break from being a daddy?" Hermione laughed lightly, smiling up at him. She slid into the car, Harry and Ginny across from them.
Ginny was in a hunter green dress, her hair half up and half down. The dress was strapless and fell just below her ankle. "You look great Hermione." Ginny and Hermione shopped for dresses together.
"Thanks," Hermione smiled, crossing her legs as she took Ron's hand. "You do, too." She couldn't help but look out the window, seeing her mother and Rose watch them drive off.
"I like how you did her hair." Ron said, kissing her cheek softly. "You look amazing too."
Ginny smiled as she put her head on Harry's shoulder. "This is going to be a good night."
"Thank you, love," Hermione smiled, leaning against him.
"It's going to be fun," Harry said, stroking Ginny's side. "Hopefully we won't have to ditch in the middle of it." He chuckled.
"Why would we have to do that?" Ron asked as he stroked Hermione's side.
"You never know if the proms are going to be fun or just really lame," Harry shrugged with one shoulder as to not upset Ginny's head.
"And we have plans for after." Ginny smirked as she kissed Harry's jaw.
Ron grumbled a little but didn't comment on that. "I am going to be prom king, can't leave till I'm crowned." He had a bit of cockiness in his tone.
Hermione laughed deeply. "Don't get too full of yourself, love, even if Rose says you're going to be king," she rolled her eyes.
Ron kissed her softly, his ears red. "She thinks her daddy is the best, what's wrong with that?"
"I thought Dad was a knight when I was 3, I have never seen him at the tilt." Ginny laughed.
"There's nothing wrong with that, love," Hermione laughed, kissing his cheek. "But the people at school don't exactly agree with a two year old."
"Well as much as I hate to admit Ron is the front runner." Ginny said, stroking Harry's hand. "He is captain of three teams that won titles."
"Amy Johnson is the front runner for Queen," Harry said, trying not to laugh at the thought of the airhead.
Ron stroked Hermione's leg. "I'll have to dance with her then." He didn't want to do much dancing but the king and queen had to dance together.
"I saw her buy her "dress"." Ginny used air quotes. "It's tiny." Hermione didn't say anything but just frowned, obviously not happy about that.
Ron moved his lips to Hermione's ear. "I'm not her babies daddy am I?"
Hermione smiled weakly as she leaned further into his side. "No, you're not," she murmured. "Just watch her hands."
Once they got to the hotel it was in they got out, Ron and Harry offering their arms to the girls. "I'm not a great dancing." Ron muttered as they walked in. It was a winter wonderland theme.
"You looked just fine with Rose," Hermione laughed lightly, smiling up at him.
Ron blushed as he stopped and kissed her, a little deeper than a normal kiss. "You are my queen tonight and forever." He said, needing her to know that.
Hermione smiled lovingly up at him, stroking his cheek softly. "I love you," she whispered.
"I love you too." He stroked her rings with his ring hand. "Come on lets fine a table with Gin and Harry.
Hermione smiled, taking his arm again as they walked inside the ballroom. Her face lit up as she looked around. She had never been to a dance before, never done something normal like this
"This place looks amazing." Ron said as they walked to a table on the left side, four to a table. Ginny and Harry sat down with Hermione and Ron. "Did you get the beef of chicken?"
"Chicken," Hermione said, stroking his hand as she looked around at all the decorations. "They did an amazing job."
Ginny nodded as she grinned. "I love this theme. I think Buddy James came up with it."
Once the place was full dinner was served. A few girls from the cheerleading team brought dolls and slide them on little skateboards toward Hermione and Ron.
Hermione looked down at her feet, scowling a bit. She glanced up at the cheerleaders, seeing them laughing as they looked at her. She waved to them as she picked up the dolls, putting them on her table.
Ron rolled his eyes. "Lame." He said as he snatched some of bread.
"They could've come up with something better than that," Harry chuckled.
"Just play along. That'll piss them off," Hermione said, sipping her water.
Ron kissed Hermione, making a little show of it. "I love you."
Hermione laughed lightly, blushing a bit. "Love you, too," she smiled, taking his hand. "I just hope they don't keep making stupid jokes. It's a bit old."
After everyone finished their meals it was time for the king and queen to be announced. The dean of the school walked up from. "This year’s king is Ron Weasley." Ron smiled, kissed Hermione and walked to be crowned. Hermione looked a bit nervous but proud as she clapped, laughing as Ginny did a cat call.
"This year's queen is Amy Johnson." The dean smiled.
The students erupted in cheers and wolf whistles. Many of the people looked at Hermione who just tried to remain neutral. Amy Johnson sauntered up to the stage, her low cut dress wobbling a bit.
Amy was crowned, the lights turned down, a spotlight on the two. Ron was going to take her hand but Amy put her arms around his neck, making him hold her waist. Amy danced close to him, pressing her body against his as they swayed. Her arms were tight around him, giving him a good view down her dress.
"That dress looks like it could fit Rose," Hermione mumbled under her breath as she sipped her water.
"Amy come on." Ron said when he felt her hips move against him. He was doing everything he could to stay calm. "You know I'm with Hermione."
"Mummy has other things to do than give the Prom King what he deserves," Amy smirked, pressing closer.
Ron took a slow deep breath. "Amy I am not going to do anything with you." He felt his body react despite all pleas from his brain to stop.
Amy looked down and grinned, grinding a bit against him. "Sure," she smirked.
Ron gulped. "Please don't do this." Ron said moving back a bit as they danced.
"Did you get a hotel room?" Amy asked, moving back closer.
Hermione's face fell as she watched them closely. She didn't say anything just shifting in her seat. "I'm going to go to the restroom," she muttered, getting up.
"Not for you." Ron left the dance floor as soon as the son was over and went after Hermione. "God I hate that woman." He said, standing in the woman's loo.
"This is the woman's bathroom," Hermione frowned, just needing a moment.
"I thought you needed me." Ron muttered, turning to go to the door. Clearly he wanted her to need him.
Hermione leaned against the wall, fighting tears as she took a breath. She wasn't sure what to think. She could tell that Ron reacted to Amy and that hurt despite herself.
"I don't want her." Ron said, his back to her. "I love you, I want you."
Hermione didn't say anything, rubbing her head for a moment as she closed her eyes.
Ron turned and walked to her, cupping her cheek and kissing her softly. "I am a man, I can fight it all I want but sometimes my body does things I don't want it to. You are the one I want, the only one." He said before leaving her with her thoughts.
Hermione took a deep breath, resting her head on the wall. She hated that people like Amy had to just mess around with their lives. She hated that she made her doubt Ron. After a moment, she checked herself in the mirror before going back out.
Ron was sitting on the floor, back against the wall, waiting for her. He got to his feet, his eyes searching her face. "Do you wanna go back in or go upstairs or home . . .?" He didn't know how to change things or make her trust him more. Hermione shrugged, just looking down at her hands.
Ron walked over to her and hugged her tightly, his head on hers. "Do you think I'd cheat on you?" Hermione didn't say anything for a moment before shaking her head, leaning against his firm body. "Let's go up stairs. I don't feel like being around anyone." He kissed her neck softly as he nuzzled it. "We can eat peanuts and watch the telly."
"Can we at least have one dance together?" Hermione asked hopefully, looking up at him.
Ron smiled as he bent and kissed her. "I only wanted to go up because I though you would. I'll dance with you till dawn if you want."
"I'll yell at anyone who talks to us but I want to at least dance together for a bit. I've never been to a dance before," Hermione said, fixing his tie.
"I'll have to remember that for our wedding." He said as he kissed her cheek and offered her his arm. Hermione leaned up to kiss him softly before they walked back into the ballroom. As a slow song started Ron put his hands on Hermione's hips, kissing her softly. "I like dancing with you."
"I like dancing with you," Hermione smiled, sliding her arms around his neck, leaning against him. She rested her head on his chest, smiling lightly.
"Did you dance with your father when you were a little girl?" Ron asked her as they moved together slowly.
"A few times," Hermione said softly, closing her eyes as she relaxed. "On his feet, most of the time."
For the rest of the night Hermione and Ron danced, ending up having a damn good time. Ron even danced to a few faster songs with Hermione. They drank a bit of spiced cider that had a touch of alcohol in it. About eleven Ron bent his head low. "Come upstairs with me?"
Hermione looked up at him, into his eyes. She nodded, taking his hand as she turned to walk out of the ballroom, seeing Harry and Ginny in the corner.
Ron and Hermione got on the lift, they were on floor seven. "I had a nice time tonight." Ron said to her as he leaned against the wall.
"Me too," Hermione smiled, taking his hand and kissing it softly. "Thank you for taking me."
Ron smiled and he bent and picked Hermione up fireman style and carried her to their room, using the keycard to open the door.
Hermione laughed, finding it a bit funnier than she usually would. "Ron, let me down!" She hit his back.
Ron set her down once he shut the door. He smiled as he looked at her. "So do you wanna shag?" He said shyly.
Hermione laughed lightly, blushing a bit. "Can we just... see where it goes?" She asked, biting her lip. She wanted to just be with him for a while and then sleep with him.
Ron nodded as he moved her back so she sat on the bed. He undid her shoes and slowly removed his thigh highs. He kissed up and down both legs, his eyes bright and clear.
Hermione laughed lightly, shifting her legs under his touch. She reached down to undo his tie. "Let's get comfortable, love."
Ron stood and undid his tie and took his jacket off. He undid his white button up shirt and handed it to her, turning his back so she could put it on after taking her dress off.
"Unzip me, love," Hermione whispered, standing up and turning her back to him.
Ron turned back around and did as she asked, kissing both shoulders and the back of her neck. "You are so tan compared to me." He whispered as he turned and took his shoes off and then his pants.
Hermione laughed lightly, keeping the dress on her as she turned to kiss him softly. "I'll be right back," she said before going into the bathroom. There, she took some of her makeup off and let her hair down. She took her jewelry off, except her ring, and took all of her clothes off. She put Ron's shirt on, buttoning only a few buttons. She was nervous but trusted Ron. She took a breath before going back into the bedroom.
Ron was laying under the covers, in a pair of black silk boxers. He sucked in a breath when he saw her and his eyes lit up. He held out a hand for her, looking like a kid on Christmas morning. "I need to give you more of my shirts."
Hermione laughed shyly, slipping under the cool covers with him. "So it looks okay?"
Ron nodded as he kept them about a foot apart. "It looks like a dream, a very dirty dream." He said as he took her hand and kissed her knuckles. "My favorite kind."
Hermione snorted, blushing a bit as she moved a bit closer as she laid on her side. "I keep thinking we're going to be interrupted," she smiled, stroking his cheek.
"Nope." Ron said as he kissed her, teasing her with his tongue. "Tonight it's just about us getting to know each other and getting ready for our life together." He moved his hand to the curve on her bum and stroked the bare skin.
Hermione blushed as she moved even closer so she was cuddled to him. "Thank you," she whispered. "For more than just tonight."
Ron shifted a bit away, not wanting to poke her. "For what then?" He asked, their body heat warming the sheets and making his heart beat faster.
Hermione scooted closer, taking his hand and holding it to her chest. "For being with me," Hermione whispered, tears welling. "For making me feel loved and showing me there are good guys out there. For proving me wrong when I thought I lost my chance to find someone. For making me happy and not pressuring me to do anything. Thank you for being happy with just lying in bed with me and Rose. Thank you for doing what any other teenage boy would have killed himself before doing, for being Rose's daddy. For giving her a family, for giving me one. Thank you... for everything. I don't know how I can possibly thank you enough, Ron."
Ron stroked her cheek with his thumb. "I know how you can." He whispered softly as he traced things into her skin.
Hermione moving her hands under the covers to slip off his shirt she was wearing. She tossed it onto the floor before moving so she was pressing against him. She cupped his cheek, kissing him hard and deep.
Ron pulled back. "I want to adopt Rose." He said, his body protesting when he moved back. "I want to be her father in the eyes of the law."
Hermione let out a small sob, tears falling as she nodded quickly. "Yes," she said quickly, hugging him tightly. She shrieked a bit as Ron slipped off the bed, all of their moving having brought him to the edge.
Ron laughed as he laid on the floor, his boxers tented. "Well I guess this is what being pushed out of bed feels like." He said, laying on his back, looking up at her.
Hermione laughed deeply, looking down at him over the edge of the bed. "Don't make me tell your brothers that you stayed on the ground while there was a cold, naked girl in the bed," she raised an eyebrow.
Ron got back in bed and once he was under the covers tossed his boxers next to her shirt. "I need to tell you something.” He said as he rolled a condom on under the covers.
"Okay," Hermione said, taking a breath, looking very nervous now as she glanced down at him.
"The summer you moved here, before we met, I had a girlfriend who was a year older and we kinda spent the summer shagging each other's brains out so I kinda know what I'm doing and I don't see or talk to her and this isn't just a shag like that was and you mean a million times more than she does but I wanted you to know . . ." He rambled. Hermione blinked at him for a moment, not saying anything.
"Sa . . . Say something." Ron muttered. Hermione's face was blank as she stayed silent for a minute.
"Mione?" Ron whimpered, he was scared he just blew it all.
Hermione looked at him before she started to laugh. "You look so scared, baby," she said, kissing his head. "I hope you know that I don't know what I'm doing, though."
Ron signed. "You are a mean, mean woman for letting me stew like that." He said as he stroked her side lightly.
"I'm sorry," Hermione said, stroking his jaw. "Forgive me?" She whispered, pressing her chest against his. "You're the boss at the moment. I don't know anything about this."
Ron groaned as he pulled back a little more. "I want to go slow and you are so not helping." Ron said as he bent his head and looked at her nipples, evidence of her breast feeding. "Are they still sensitive?" He asked as he touched one.
Hermione sucked in a breath, whimpering as she bit her lip. "A bit," she murmured.
"Does this feel good?" he asked before putting one in his mouth and sucking lightly, his tongue tracing it.
Hermione gasped loudly, arching hard against him as she moaned deeply. "God, yes," she groaned, putting her hand in his hair.
Ron smiled as he cupped both of them in his hands and stroked and kneaded them and he went back and forth with his mouth. He was always a breast man and wanted to play.
Hermione had never really been touched like this but she quickly found out that she liked it. She cried out, moaned, and whimpered as she arched against his hands and mouth. She tugged at his hair as he caused her to feel very, very good. She put a leg over his as she squirmed before him.
"Like this baby?" He asked after an hour of playing. "Are you ready for more?" He asked as his hand slid down and cupped her softly, his palm tickled by her curls.
"Yes," Hermione practically begged, pushing against his hand as she panted. "Please, Ron." She kept his hand tight between her thighs.
Ron slipped two fingers inside of her and rocked his wrist back and forth. He wanted her to come at least once before they shagged, make things a bit easier after. He kissed her neck, marking her.
Hermione cried out, arching up hard, clenching the sheets beneath her. "More," she whimpered, panting hard as she bucked her hips.
Ron moved down and started lapping at her warmness. He wanted to show his tattlent with his tongue off. He sucked so hard on her nub he was a bit scared that it was come out.
Hermione practically screamed, bucking against his face as she came for the first time in ever life. She whimpered his name, her body shaking as she let go.
Ron rested his shin on her belly, watching her ome down from her high. He had a boyish grin on his face, his arms keeping him off her a bit.
After a while, once she was calmed down a bit, Hermione took a big, shaky breath. "I didn't know it could feel so good down there," she murmured as she caught her breath.
Ron moved up and kissed her softly. "I didn't do my secret move. I wanted to go easy on you." He whispered, his cock could feel her head as it was rested in her folds.
Hermione whimpered, shifting her hips a little as she felt him against her. "Wanted to go easy on me for my first time," she murmured, kissing him a bit harder.
Ron kissed her back. "I love you Hermione." He whispered as he thrust, sheathing himself in her warm wetness. Hermione gasped, whimpering a bit in the slight pain. She put her face against his neck, putting her hands on his shoulders.
"Does it hurt?" Ron asked, holding as still as he could. It felt so good to be inside of her. He felt himself pulse as his heart beat.
"A bit," Hermione mumbled, taking a deep breath. "It's not too bad, though... I've felt worse." She laughed dryly, shifting beneath him. She kissed his neck softly, the pain starting to go away.
Ron started to thrust very lightly, going only about an inch in and out with his head. "I have wanted to do this since you and I met." He said before pulling out and shifting her to her side. He moved behind her and got inside her again. She was a lot tighter like this and he could play with her nub a lot more.
Hermione cried out softly, pushing back against him. "Harder," she whimpered, grinding her bum against him, wanting to thrust. This already felt so much better than her first time.
Ron smirked as he started thrusting harder as he stroked and teased her nub. He started talking dirty in her ear, things that would normally make both blush. He lifted his finger and licked them clean before stroking her nub more.
"Ron," Hermione cried out, clenching her walls around him as she bucked back against him. His movements, touches, and words were making her so close. "So good, baby." She panted before crying out again as he twisted her nub.
Ron couldn't help coming when she did. He didn't pull out after he was spent, just holding her as they lay. "I love you." He whispered as he closed his eyes, close to sleep.
Hermione came as she felt him shake and come behind her. She was panting hard, holding onto the arm that was around her. "Love you," she whimpered, slowly turning to sleep in his arms, her face against his skin.
Hours later, midmorning, Hermione slowly woke up. She was sticky and sore but was happy. She reached out to pull Ron closer but felt nothing but sheets. Confused, she opened her eyes and didn't see him in the room. She sat up, her mind going to the worst as tears welled. "Ron?" She called out, her voice shaking.
No one answered, the suit was completely empty.
Hermione's hands started to shake as she looked around, not seeing Ron's clothes. Her heart felt like it was tearing open as she slowly got out of bed, not knowing what to do.
A few moments later the door opened and Ron walked in with about 5 towels. "Morning babe." He smiled as he set them down and walked over to her, kissing her. He didn't see the fear and pain on her face.
Hermione slapped him hard, her body shaking as tears fell. "You weren't there!" She screamed.
Ron jumped back, worried and a bit scared. "Mione what's wrong? I just went to get towels, we didn't have any in our bathroom."
Hermione shook her head, going into the bathroom and shutting the door. She slumped to the ground, naked, as she cried. He had just scared the crap out of her and broken her heart in a matter of seconds.
Ron opened the door and got on the floor. "I didn't think you'd want me to wake you. I wasn't got long at all." He said as he wrapped his shirt around her.
Hermione drew her knees to her chest, crying against her knees as she shook. "You weren't there," she choked out. "You weren't there when I woke up. You were gone."
"Hermione come on." Ron said as he kissed her forehead. "I went to get towels. You can't freak out like this on me love, you're scaring me."
Hermione moved into his lap, clinging onto him as she cried. "You scared me," she whimpered. "It broke my heart. I'm sorry."
"You have to trust me a little love." He whispered as he held her firmly. "I love you and I will always come back to you."
"I just woke up," Hermione whimpered. "You weren't there." She buried her face in his neck as she held onto him tightly.
Ron didn't say anything as he held her. This scared him a little but he knew it was fear of being alone. He carried her back to bed and got undressed and held her. A few hours later she was calm.
"I'm sorry," Hermione whispered, her voice a bit hoarse, her face still against his neck.
"I love you." Ron said as he stroked her beck lightly. "Just remember that."
"I know. I'm sorry," Hermione whispered, stroking his chest slowly. "I... I was just scared.... My worst nightmare is you leaving.... Forgive me?" She looked up at him, stroking where she slapped him.
Ron kissed her softly. "You hit pretty hard." He said as he held her. "I thought Rose hit me hard when he head butted me in the nuts."
Hermione laughed weakly, kissing his cheek. "Did... did you like last night?" She asked shyly.
"It was satisfying." He smiled a goofy grin as he held her a bit closer. "I like sleeping buck-naked with you by the way."
Hermione laughed shyly, kissing him softly. "I like sleeping in your arms naked."
"Well then I guess the flat I was looking at for when school is over is a good idea." Ron said as he looked out the window, over her shoulder.
Hermione's mouth fell open as she looked at him. "You got a flat?" She gasped.
Ron nodded as he kissed her. "You mad?"
"Who's going to live there?" Hermione asked immediately.
"Me and you." Ron said as he kissed her.
"No," Hermione said, pulling away, frowning.
"What?" Ron asked.
"I thought you wanted to live together."
"It can't just be you and me," Hermione said flatly.
Ron shook his head. "I thought Rosie was a given."
"Oh," Hermione mumbled, blushing. "Okay, then."
Ron laughed as he kissed her softly. "I love you and my girl. I couldn't leave either of you."
Hermione moved back in his arms, hugging him tightly. "I love you," she whispered.
