Prologue

It was a beautiful moonlit evening in the South Clow Kingdom as ten-year-old Princess Sakura was still in her lace trimmed undergarments picking out her best ball gown in her bedchamber when just at that moment, one of King Aiden Avalon's royal guards, Lord Eli Moon came into her bedchamber.

"Prince Li Showron of North Clow Kingdom, your betrothed is here for your royal ball Princess Sakura." Lord Eli said.

"Thank you Eli." Princess Sakura said.

Once Princess Sakura went downstairs to the royal ballroom in her favorite ball gown, ten-year-old Prince Li Showron took her by the hand, "May I have the honor of this dance, Fair Princess, after all, it could very well be our last one." the kindhearted prince said watching Lady Meilin Rae take Lord Eli's hand as well as his own royal adviser, High Priestess Ruby Moon in her true form grasping onto the arm of Prince Tori & Princess Sakura Avalon's own royal adviser, High Priest Julian Starr in his true form of Yue Reed.

"Why is that?" Princess Sakura asked Prince Li as the evil sorceress, Su Yung had appeared at the royal ball.

"What do you want here?" High Priest Yue Reed demanded to the wicked sorceress.

"Gentle servant of Clow Reed," Su Yung laughed in Yue Reed's direction. "I require nothing but the magical powers of the great Clow Reed!"

"Clow Reed is dead, do you hear me Su Yung," King Aiden said. "D-E-A-D dead, the only way you are to ever get the sacred Book of Clow or any of the secrets contained within it, will be over my cold and lifeless corpse!"

"I'm with my father on this," Prince Tori agreed drawing his sword from its sheath. "I won't let Su Yung get her filthy hands upon the master's book!"

"We won't allow that either," Princess Sakura & Prince Li shouted climbing upon the broad back of Keroberos. "for we are ready to fight Su Yung and win!"

"I am coming with you!" Lord Eli said to Prince Li & Princess Sakura, he himself climbing upon the back of Spinner Sun.

Prince Tori & High Priest Yue had attacked at once, but Su Yung had defended herself with her own attack thus, transforming High Priest Yue Reed back to his mortal form of High Priest Julian Starr.

"I shall take it from where my dearest Yue left off!" High Priestess Ruby Moon in her true form said attempting to attack.

But Su Yung had already attacked the High Priestess of North Clow Kingdom, therefore reverting her to her false form, High Priestess Ruby Moon's gold amulet had broken from her neck.

"Nakuru-chan," High Priest Julian called out weakly to High Priestess Ruby. "hashiru, hayaku!"

"No Julian my love," High Priestess Ruby called back. "for I shall not leave you here alone to die, I just simply cannot live without you!"

"Okay, that is it," Prince Li said courageously withdrawing his sword. "you are going to pay for what you have done to my high priestess's betrothed!"

"Iiya Purinsu Li-sama!" High Priestess Ruby shouted still clutching hard onto High Priest Julian.

"Don't worry Ruby," Prince Li said. "Sakura & I both know what we are doing."

"Shikashi... Purinsu..." High Priest Julian began weakly.

"Shinjite Yukito-san." Princess Sakura said just before Prince Li could even speak.

"You can't even fight Su Yung in the shape that you are in right now!" Queen Yelan said to High Priest Julian.

"I... have... got... to... try... something..." High Priest Julian grunted while getting to his feet weakly.

"No High Priest Julian," Prince Li Showron's half sister, Princess Madison Taylor of North Clow Kingdom who was betrothed to Prince Tori Avalon warned her best friend's high priest. "for it is way too dangerous for somebody who is already wounded enough as it is!"

"I... know... that... Princess," High Priest Julian puffed breathlessly. "however... just... like... Ruby... Darling... does... I... too... have... a kingdom... to... protect..."

High Priest Julian & High Priestess Ruby went at Su Yung with all of their combined force.

"Look out," Lord Eli, Princess Sakura, and Prince Li all called out to High Priest Julian & High Priestess Ruby. "for Su Yung is right behind you!"

The betrothed high priest & high priestess jumped out of way of Su Yung's attack but Su Yung had another victim in her sight as of this time.

"No don't take Meilin from me," Lord Eli begged Su Yung jumping in front of his own betrothed in order to give sanctuary to Lady Meilin Rae. "take my life instead for I am the one that you are after!"

"Oh my how valiant of you noble lord, risking your own life for the one you love," Su Yung laughed wickedly. "however the prize I am after is that of two love birds, not that of a gallant lord!"

"Then take the two of us instead!" Prince Tori & Princess Madison said stepping forward.

"Gladly!" Su Yung said killing off the heir to the throne of the Avalon family as well as the heir to the Li family's throne's half sister.

"Iiya Purinsu!" High Priest Julian called out staggering over to Prince Tori's side.

"Purinsesu!" High Priestess Ruby called out running over to Princess Madison who was laying beside her betrothed, Prince Tori.

"It cannot be," Prince Li said as the mystical Clow cards began to surround Princess Sakura as if they were talking to her or something. "Su Yung has taken the lives of both Tori and Madison, oh Sakura just what are we supposed to do now?"

"Do not worry so much my prince," Princess Sakura said to Prince Li. "for the Clow cards and I have come up with a plan!"

"I love you Sakura." Li said hugging Princess Sakura passionately.

"Oh Li," Princess Sakura said returning her prince's warm embrace. "I thought I would never hear you say that to me!"

"What do you mean?" Prince Li asked Princess Sakura.

"I love you too Prince Li Showron of North Clow Kingdom," Princess Sakura exclaimed. "I love you too!"

"Time to go to Oblivion with you both!" Su Yung exclaimed releasing her wicked magic upon Princess Sakura & Prince Li as Lady Meilin & Lord Eli stepped in front of the princess and her prince in order to protect them.

"No Meilin!" Prince Li shouted.

"Lord Eli!" Princess Sakura exclaimed.

Now the only ones left in the Avalon family's ballroom were King Aiden Avalon, Queen Yelan, Keroberos, Spinner Sun, High Priest Julian, High Priestess Ruby, Prince Li Showron, and Princess Sakura Avalon.

"Now Gentle Princess & Prince," Su Yung said to Princess Sakura & Prince Li. "you can run from destiny however you cannot hide from it!"

The high priest & high priestess protected the prince and the princess from Su Yung this time, but they too had lost their lives.

Once Su Yung had taken the lives of Princess Sakura Avalon & Prince Li Showron, she was sealed away by King Aiden Avalon & Queen Yelan Li.

After the King of South Clow Kingdom and the Queen of North Clow Kingdom sealed Su Yung away, they had used the last of their powers to put Keroberos & Spinner Sun to sleep, sent the Children of the Clow Kingdoms to the future in Reedington by the use of the time card, then King Aiden sealed Queen Yelan's soul within the Song card and his own soul into the Time card before they too were reincarnated in present day Reedington.

Still Within Dreams Part 1

Sakura looked over at Li who was still propped up against the chair that Miss Mackenzie was still sitting in.

Oh poor Li. Miss Mackenzie thought still working on knitting her afghan as Sakura came over to where Li sat still asleep and Miss Mackenzie sat still at her knitting.

"Sakura I can feel your jitters about your beloved Li," Miss Mackenzie said gently. "so why not go play a game with your friends just to ease your stress."

"Okay." Sakura said leaving Li to peacefully dream.

"Now Gentle Princess & Prince," Su Yung said to Princess Sakura & Prince Li. "you can run from destiny however you cannot hide from it!"

Back in the real world, Li opened his eyes.

It's that dream of mine again, Li thought. but just what do all of these visions have to do with Sakura and me as a couple in this lifetime, how can I possibly understand?
