Okay, here is my first ever Songfic. It is, of course, a Gwevin fic as I am overly obsessed with those two. Now, the song I am using is Jack and Sally’s Song from The Nightmare Before Christmas. I figured that for my first Songfic, I’d make it to a song that’s short and sweet. Of course, Jack and Sally’s Song is probably the shortest, sweetest song I’ve ever heard! I was literally squealing the first time I watched The Nightmare Before Christmas last week. (Yes, my first time was last week. Better late than never.) I’m totally in love with that movie now and that song was so dang fluffy! Anyway, here it is! Gwevin and Jack and Sally’s Song.

My dearest friend, if you don’t mind, I’d like to join you by your side…

She was sitting at the edge of the lake. Kevin approached her slowly, resolving to do what he had promised himself to do for so long. Taking a deep breath, he spoke. “G-Gwen…” Gwen turned her head toward him and smiled brightly.

“Hi, Kevin.” She said cheerfully. Kevin nodded in greeting and took another step toward her.

“C-can I join you?” Gwen nodded and patted the spot next to her. Kevin eased himself into a comfortable position and looked up at the sky.

Where we can gaze into the stars…

So many lights glistened in the sky. Gwen’s eyes sparkled as she looked at the many constellations spread out above her. She could feel excitement and nervous anticipation emanating from Kevin. There was also an almost…magnetic pull that she was feeling. She snuggled close to him, pressing herself against his stony body. He readily wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

“Hey, Gwen…I need to tell you something…”

And sit together…

Gwen’s eyes widened at the three sweet words that Kevin whispered into her ear. “Y-you really mean that?” She said in a breathless tone. Kevin nodded.

“More than I’ve ever meant anything.” The two embraced, holding each other as tightly as they could.

Now and forever…

“I love you too, Kevin.” Gwen murmured into the crook of his neck. She felt Kevin shiver with delight. Smiling, she began to caress him, listening to the blissful sighs that escaped his lips.

‘Hmm…nice and warm…’ Kevin mused to himself as Gwen held him. “Beautiful…” He murmured. Gwen stopped stroking his neck and looked toward the sky.

“Yeah…they are so bright out here…” She agreed, noting the gleam coming from Ursa Major.

“Wasn’t talking about the stars…” Kevin whispered, kissing her cheek, feeling a rush of pleasure at how red her face turned.

For it is plain, as anyone can see…

Ben peeked through the trees and grinned at what he saw. Gwen and Kevin were snuggled up together as if it was the most natural thing in the world. He chuckled to himself. ‘It’s about time!’ He started to walk toward the two. ‘Maybe I could come up behind them and freak them out…’

“Ben, don’t even think about it.”

Ben turned to see Julie standing behind him. “Aw, come on! I gotta!” Julie took his hand and hugged his arm.

“No you don’t, Ben. Give them a break. I mean, look at them! They’re perfect together!” Ben nodded before softly kissing Julie.

“Yeah…kinda like us…” Julie responded by hugging him and kissing his cheek. The two walked off to give the two new lovers some privacy.

We’re simply meant to be.

Kevin brought his finger under Gwen’s chin and tilted her face toward his.

“K-Kevin…” Gwen gasped, at a loss for words as she gazed into Kevin’s dark eyes.

“Shhh…” Kevin replied quietly before touching his lips to Gwen’s. He felt Gwen breathe a sigh as she began to kiss him back. ‘Perfect…’

Gwen melted under Kevin’s touch and became oblivious to everything else except the feel of his lips on hers, his hands carefully exploring her body, and his voice whispering her name and those three words…

“I love you…”

Do you squeal at Jack and Sally’s Song? You can’t be human if you don’t! It goes with Kevin and Gwen so dang well! Now, I’d like to ask if anyone has heard about the new upcoming episode: In Charm’s Way. I HAVE! I FREAKED OUT SO MUCH WHEN I DID! I looked at a bunch of screenshots and freaked out when I saw the scene where Charmcaster kissed Kevin. My Prophet Sense was tingling immediately. Do you know what it said? It said exactly this: “Okay, Charmcaster has just dug her grave, made her headstone, gotten into the hole, and gave Gwen a shovel!!!!! GWEN WILL SO FREAKING KILL HER!!!” And then I spent the next few minutes doing a happy dance. Gwen Vs. Charmcaster + Charmcaster trying to seduce Kevin + Kevin’s “monster” identity= inevitable Gwevin awesomeness + overall epicness!!!!!! CAN’T WAIT!!!!!!!
