A haiku dedicated to the memory of Mrs. Betty Slocombe or Mollie Sugden from the show, "Are You Being Served?". I wrote this shortly after her death. I do know that the two lines in quotes don't quite work, please excuse me for this."

Tribute to Mrs. Slocombe
Dear Mrs. Slocombe
We will never forget you
We will struggle on
Though we are weak as water
You were your hero
Powerful, funny woman
With your coloured hair
Please remember we love you
Even knowing that
Axelby will be alone
And your pussy lost
You are now free forever.
We will miss you so.
No more drinking at the pubs,
Picking up young men,
Wearing outrageous costumes
We'd do anything
