Chapter 15: A Whole New Life
ME: This is the final chapter of the story and the moment we all been waiting for and now with the show.
As Kate held up Evil Sonic's black lamp, the voices of its newest residents; Evil Sonic and Erin can be heard arguing from inside it. "Get your blasted foot from my face!" snapped Evil Sonic from inside the lamp. "Oh, shut up, you moron!" yelled Erin. "Don't you tell me to shut up....!" Then they heard beating up noises inside the lamp. (Author's note: Oh, yeah! Lilo: Go, Erin, Go! Teach ES a lesson! Erin: I'm so enjoying this, Kate! Take this! Take that ES! ME: This may take a while, folks.)
"Oh, allow me," said Naruto with a smirk as he takes the black lamp. Naruto then puts on a baseball cap and begins to wind up like a pitcher, "Yeah, 10,000 years in the Cave Of Wonders ought to chill them out..." And with that, he finally let go and throws the lamp out into the desert, making the sound of fireworks as it landed. Kate smirked at this. Then she looked sadly as she sees Tails with his cousins looking at her. She walked over and held his hands. "Tails..." said Kate sadly. "I'm sorry that I'm lied to you about being a princess." "I know why you did," sighed Tails, nodding in understanding. "Well, I guess this is goodbye..." Kate sighed. With Kate's secret out, she knew that she couldn't stay in the place anymore, especially with the boy she loved.
The Genies look on in sympathy. "Ooh! That stupid law!" groaned Tails, turned his back for a sec. "This isn't fair!" He turned back sadly. "I love you." "Um, Kate. You know that you still have your last wish from Me and Woody." Naruto reminded Kate. "Yeah, so just say the magic word and you will be a princess again." said Woody, handing the magic lamp over to Kate. Mickey, crossing his arms and nodded in agreement while smiling. "But Guys, what about your freedom?" asked Kate. "Hey, it is only 100,000 years of servitude...but girl this is love!" Mickey insisted, pushing Kate and Tails together. He then smiled a sad smile, "Kate, you are not going to find a another guy like him in a thousand years. Believe this, we know, we have looked!"
"It's true, we have." Alyssa, Woody and Naruto agreed, crossing their arms and nodding. "Now, don't you guys start that again!" Mickey snapped in annoyance. Kate came to a realization and...decision. She turned to Tails sadly, "Tails, I do love you, but I have got stop pretending to be someone I'm not." "I understand..." said Tails sadly, while nodding. Kate and Tails looked at each other as if for the last time. Kate turned back to Mickey, Alyssa, Woody and Narutosaying, "Woody and Naruto, for your wish, I wish for you two, Alyssa and Mickey's freedom." "One princess wish coming up and..." Woody and Naruto stopped as they realized what Kate really said. 'What?" The Genies asked in unison. Kate smiled as she took the magic lamp and held it into the air. "Guys, you are free!" Suddenly, The Magic Lamp lifted up the Four Genies by magic. The magical chains that bonded the four to the lamp appeared, andthen instantly broke apart into a million pieces. Then, The Magic Lamp fell to the ground uselessly. Mickey looked stunned as he picked up his, Alyssa, Woody and Naruto prison up with his gloved hand. "We are free?" asked Mickey in disbelief. Alyssa then smiles as she said, "We are free!"
Excited, Woody picked the Magic Lamp, giving it back to Kate saying, "Quick! Quick! Wish for something crazy! Wish for something outrageous! Wish for the Pride Rock! Try that. Say, 'I wish for the Pride Rock." "Uh, I wish for the Pride Rock." asked Kate dumbstruck. "No way!" laughed the Genies at once. They jump around all over the place saying, "Oh, man does that feel good! Oh, we are free! We are free at last!" "Wow, They sure looked happy!" said Shadow. "After being trapped in that lamp for so long, I don't blame them." said Cream as Cheese nodded in agreement. The Genies then began to pack things into a suitcase. Mickey said, for once, "Yes, we are hitting the road. we are off to see the world!" "Alright, here how it is goes, Naruto and I will go to Florida for Disney Land." Woody explained to the others. "I will go to the Pride Lands" said Alyssa. "And I will go to Townsville." said Mickey."And then we will meet up for a few months to Hawaii to Africa to any where." Naruto finished. "Right!" The Genies chimmed, high-fived each other. They then stopped packing as they sees Kate looking very sad. The Genies, knowing what she was thinking, went over to her. "Guys, I going...going to miss you." said Kate with a sad sigh. "Ah, Kate. We are going to miss you too." said Woody, wiping a tear from his eye. Mickey smiles and hugged his former master, "And no matter, what people say..." "You will be a Princess to us, girl." Alyssa finished, smiling as she, Woody, and Naruto hugged Kate as well.
Danny paused to think about this, then stepped forward saying, "Well, I think that you have proven your worth as I'm concerned. There is the law that is the problem!" "Dad?" asked Tails. Knuckles and Tikal laughed a bit, as they said, "Well, is he king or is he king? Time for a new law. From this day forth, the prince shall marry anyone whom he demmed worthy." "And for the same thing goes for his cousins, the princesses as well!" added Danny. With a big grin, Tails ran up to Kate and she twirled him above the floor. "Her! I choose...choose you, Kate J. Belle." "Heh, call me Kate." smiled Kate. Simba and Nala hugged and cheered at last as Lexi and Lilo ran up to Ace and Rev and they twirled the girls above the floor as well. "And Lilo and I choose you guys, Ace and Rev!"
"And you know, that you guys are allowed to stay here as well." said Tikal, smiling to Jack, Cream, Cheese, Shadow, Kari, Gatomon, T.K., Patamon, Alvin, Simon and Theodore, who high- fived each other, smiling, hugged and cheered out loud. "Well, you guys. We are part of a family again." said Kate to her friends. Ace and Rev nodded in agreement with their little cousin. "I always hoped that it would ended up like this for us." said Kari. "Oh, no really, I pictured it Exactly like this. Weird, huh?" "Sure, it is." T.K. nodded. Then he mumbled something, he hope no one can hear, "geek." Kari heard this, and tackled her boyfriend to the ground. The two began to wrestle. Gatomon and Patamon just sighed and rolled their eyes at this. "Awesome! We are part of our Own Hakuna Matata again! Finally!" cheered Alvin as he hugged his brothers. Jack and Cheese smiled very big as Shadow and Cream were kissing again. Kate and Tails were about to kiss when the Genies; Woody and Naruto wearing Hawaiian shirts over their outfits, Mickey with golf clubs and a Goofy hat and Alyssa wearing a hula outfit over her sailor scout outfit gathered them all and began to hugged them tightly. "Oh, is that sweet, Come here all of you!" Mickey laughed. "Yeah, come on. Big group hug, group hug." said Alyssa, hugging Kari and Gatomon tightly. "Mind if I kiss the dogs." said Woody, kissing Alvin, Simon and Theodore, but got fur on his tongue. "Yuck! Hairball!" With laughs, the Genies began to leave. "Hey, let's get of here, guys!" exclaimed Mickey. "Bye-Bye, you crazy lovebirds!" Alyssa said to Kate and Tails. "Bye, Hubie!" said Woody and Naruto. "We are history!" said Alyssa. "No, we are past history!" said Naruto. Mickey put his arms around his friends, "Ah, guys. It doesn't matter, because we are..." "We are free!" said the genies in unison as they made their leave. Everyone watched as The Genies flew up to the sky and disappeared from sight.
Later that night, as fireworks exploded over a night scape, Kate, wearing her princess form, but in gold and same with the tiara and Tails wearing a Black Tuxedo with long sleeves, a golden crown and golden shoes, together at last, are flying on Hubie, once more, singing the last song. Kate:A whole new world. Tails: A whole new life. Kate and Tails: For you and me! Chorus: A whole new world! The couple kissed once more as Hubie flew them off into the moonlight. Suddenly, the moon, a constellation, and two clouds turned and laughed madly. Just then, the flim is 'grabbed off the projector' and Mickey, Alyssa, Woody and Naruto appear, as if looking at the audience/readers, with big grins. "Ha! Made you look." They joked. The four Genies drop the film back to normal with the normal moon. Weirdness out of the way, the story ends.
