Sugar High Babies

A/N: This came to me randomly at work. I only own Ajay, Joey and Kenzie. Bailey, Riley, Ajay Marie and Jayden belong to BourneBetter67, Aiden belongs to cherrybomb13, Mollie to Demi and Tessa to NellyLove. This set on Easter, I am little late with it but oh well. This is the first story of a mini series yet to be named with the Can-Am gang and their babies in it.

Chris Sabin walked into his bedroom carrying his 5 month old daughter Kenzie in his arms. She was cooing in his arms, he smiled down at her as he walked into the bathroom where Ajay was sitting on her knees giving their 4 year old son a bath. "Mommy, Kenzie and Daddy." Joey stated looking over his mom's shoulder. Ajay looked over her shoulder and smiled at her husband and daughter.

"Look who woke up." Chris said. "I am so glad she is sleeping though the nights now." Ajay stated. "Me too.' Chris agreed. Both Chris and Ajay were back working full time. Though Ajay was doing mostly the tapings, Pay Per Views and houseshows. Chris was doing international shows still. Kenzie cooed again and reached her arms out to her mom. "Switch?" Ajay asked. Chris nodded his head as Ajay stood up, she took her daughter in her arms and kissed the top of her head. Chris smiled before he turned back around looking at his son who decided to splash him as he turned around.

'Alex what on earth are you thinking buying all that candy?' Aiden Martin asked looking at the candy that her husband had purchased. "Payback." "Payback? What do you mean?" she questioned. "Do you remember how that troublemaking pain in the ass 'borrowed my memory cards.' and rearranged my games?" Alex questioned. Aiden nodded her head she had known were everything was at the whole time. "You aren't thinking of getting Joey on a sugar high are you?" "I am." Aiden bit back a groan, she had told Ajay that she and Alex would watch Joey and Kenzie for the night.

Chris walked into his daughter's nursery and smiled seeing his wife and daughter. Ajay had put on Sinatra to soothe Kenzie after her bath. It always worked. "What should we wear to your first Bunny Bash Party Miss. Kenzie Mae?" Ajay asked as she swayed back and forth to the soft beats of the music. "How about the dress that Uncle Jay bought for you?" Ajay questioned more to herself then to her daughter, 'Yes you are going to wear the pretty pink polka dotted dress that Uncle Jay bought for you." "And what's Mommy going to wear?" Chris questioned from where he had leaned against the doorframe. "The dress that Aiden made me buy. I swear I have been wearing more skirts and dresses since Aiden came into our lives." Ajay answered as she walked across the sky blue flooring to get the dress her older brother had brought for his niece.

Jay and Adam had bought a whole bunch of stuff to spoil their niece and nephew, they loved spoiling them to pieces it was only fair to them since they didn't have kids living with them. "And I love every moment of it." Chris said. "Where is Joey?" "Right here Mommy." Joey answered coming running into his baby sister's Tinkerbelle theme Orlando nursery, he was half dressed for the party, he had on one sock and his white button down shirt wasn't tucked into his dress pants. His curly blonde hair was all over the place.

Ajay giggled. "What?" he asked titling his head to the side. "You just look like your Uncle Adam right now." Ajay laughed. "Expect for the head tilt thing baby that's you." Chris added, "Come on Joey, lets go finish getting you ready and get you ready to spend the night with Alex and Aiden." "No Uncle Skunky." Joey stated pulling a face. Chris laughed, Alex hated that Joey had picked up on the nickname that Ajay had given him.

Alex smiled at his wife as they waited for Chris and Ajay and their kids to come to the party. "You do know that they are going to be late right? It's typical Ajay and Chris." Alex stated. "You think Ajay would learn to be on time especially since she has been working with me." Aiden said. "Old habits die hard babe." Alex stated as black Mercedes SVU pulled into the parking lot and pulled into the spot next to his.

Chris got out of the driver's side and went to the back door as Ajay got out of the passenger side. Chris took out the car seat that held his sleeping daughter. Joey got out of the other side and went to take off running to his TNA family. "Joseph Adam don't even think about it." Ajay stated as she came around the car. "But Mommy, Uncle Jimmy." Joey pouted crossing his arms across his chest. 'Uncle Jimmy will still be there drinking his nasty old beer in a couple of minutes. Aren't you going to say hi to A-Ten and Uncle Skunky?" Ajay asked. Joey ran the short distance to hug Aiden's legs. "Hi Skunky." Joey greeted. "Joey my main favorite little man come here." Alex stated. Joey looked at him questioningly as he walked over to him.

Mollie was sitting at a table with Bailey, Petey and Riley. Riley was watching the door waiting for her dad to walk in. Petey was holding his daughter on his lap, she was playing with the Cabbage Patch Doll that her namesake had given her. Jayden was looking around the room deciding what kind of attention seeking stunt he wanted to do. Mollie was seriously debating on either or not to make yet another move on Alex especially with his pregnant wife being there. She was seriously leaning towards yes.

The doors opened and Joey came running into the room with a handful of jelly beans, he went right to the table where James Storm, AJ Styles, Tessa Chandler, Tara and Steve Borden were sitting at. "POPPA STING!" Joey shouted excitedly as Steve picked up and sat him on his lap, "Who gave you the candy?" "Uncle Skunky." "Uncle Skunky?" he asked confused. "That's what Ajay calls Alex from time to time." Tessa answered. "That girl has nicknames for everyone doesn't she?"

Alex came in next shaking his head laughing, 'DADDY!" Riley screamed as she scrambled down from where she was sitting. Chris came in right behind him carrying the car seat. Ajay and Aiden walked in next. "Looking good Ajay!" Hernandez called to the former knockout champion, as Homicide whistled. Ajay was in a mini dress that alternated in light green, yellow, pink and purple strips. "Thanks Shawn!" Ajay smirked as she blew the former tag team a kiss. Aiden laughed at her friend, "I did good on that dress." "You look good too Cookie." Ajay said as they made it to the table.

Aiden was in a blue green dress that had a lace trim and a pink band in the middle. You could barely tell she was pregnant in it. "You know I wish I knew your tricks to cover up the bump. I could have worked for longer when I was pregnant with Kenzie." Ajay stated as they sat down. "But babe you looked so cute with the bump." Chris said as he kissed her cheek. "Says you, you weren't the one that looked like a damn beached whale.' Ajay stated. "You weren't a beached whale." Chris stated, "Not even a week after you had Kenzie you were at the gym working off the baby weight with Petey." Ajay rolled her eyes, her husband didn't understand that she had been uncomfortable with the way her body looked after she had their daughter.

Mollie looked over at the table and couldn't help but smile seeing Alex holding Kenzie and Ajay fussing at him, making sure that he was supporting Kenzie's head. She stood up from the table and walked over to their table. "Damn it Ajay! If Bailey trusts me with Ajay and Jayden. You can trust me!" Alex stated slightly frustrated with Ajay. "Sorry." Ajay said biting down on her lower lip. 'Alex, leave her alone it's her baby." Aiden stated as she held her finger out to Kenzie who grabbed a hold of it.

"Trust me Lex I did the same thing to Adam when Joey was born." Ajay said. "Hi everyone." Mollie greeted. "Hi Moll." Ajay beamed. "Look at you Miss Mommy. You don't even look like you had a baby 5 months ago or that you have two kids." Mollie stated. "Thanks Moll." Ajay grinned. Aiden fought back an eye roll, she and Mollie never got along but for Ajay's sake they tried to get along. The Canadian refused to pick sides in any matter. They were both her friends and she wanted everyone that she was close to get along. But that was in a perfect world and Ajay had given up on living in a perfect world.

Jayden let out a high pitched scream to get everyone's attention on him. His scream startled Kenzie who had been cuddled in her god father's arms to start wailing. Alex handed the crying infant over to her mother who started hushing her. Chris walked over to where they were sitting to see if he could help. Bailey, Petey and Scott all went to comfort the screaming boy. Joey had looked over from where he was sitting with Tessa, AJ, James, Steve and Jeff. He shook his head and popped another piece of candy into his mouth. "Does Kenzie cry like that?" Jeff asked. "Nope. My baby is good." Joey answered.

"Isn't she your mommy and daddy's baby?" Steve asked. "Nope. My baby." Joey answered shaking his head stubbornly. "Just like his mommy." AJ stated. "Of course he is just like her. Just think what Kenzie is going to be like." "We can only hope that she is calm and collected like Chris." Steve commented. "It will be just our damn luck that we get another Ajay Reso-Harter." Tessa stated. "Tessie for the thousandth time, I am a Harter, Not Reso-Harter." Ajay said from where she stood behind her, her daughter in her arms. The blue eyed baby was sniffling in her arms. "Look at my future knockout champion." Jeff stated standing up and going to where Ajay was standing. He smiled at Kenzie who looked at him confused, she hadn't see Jeff as much as she had seen the rest of the family.

'What am I going to be Uncle Jeff?" Joey asked. "That's simple Joey, you are going to be our world heavyweight champion.' Jeff answered. Joey smiled and ate another piece of candy. "Joseph Adam Harter how much candy have you had?" Ajay asked her eyes wide at her son. Joey looked up at her and shrugged his shoulders. "He said Alex gave it to him." Tessa stated. Ajay took a deep breath to calm herself down before she turned to AJ, "Hold your niece for a second." Ajay stated handing her daughter over to her adopted brother. AJ took the baby into his arms and smiled at her as she held onto his tie. "Where is she going?" Steve asked. "To make Alex's life a living hell." Jeff answered, "As always." "Yeah Poppa." Joey stated as he grabbed a sucker off of the table and put it in his mouth before he took off running to Riley.

*A couple of hours later*

Alex had wrestled and wrangled his hyperactive daughter and nephew into their booster seats in the back of his car. Aiden had took the easy job and took Kenzie and put her in her car seat. Chris and Ajay had already left to go home for their night alone without their kids. Ajay to get back at Alex for getting her son on a sugar high, gave Riley a whole bunch of candy too, if Joey was like Ajay on a sugar then Riley was Alex.

It had taken Chris and Alex 45 minutes to catch them. Then Chris so crudely left him to get Joey into his booster seat. Chris had left muttering something about going home and getting under his wife's skirt. "Why didn't you tell me were watching the kids?" Alex asked Aiden as he drove them home. "I tried but you didn't listen you were dead set on getting Ajay back. And I might add I knew were the memory cards were the whole time, I made sure she didn't lose them." Aiden stated haughtily. Alex kicked himself in the ass mentally for doing this to himself. He already knew that Aiden was going to be taking care of the baby. Just because she promised Ajay that she would let anything happen to her daughter.

*Later that night*

Aiden got out of bed and went to see where her husband, she had went upstairs after a couple of hours of watching Alex trying to wrangle the kids, it was more entraining then watching America's Next Top Model or Law Order. She had taken video and sent it to Ajay and Bailey. She stopped at the bassinet where Kenzie was sleeping. The blonde baby was sound asleep her little hands fisted up by her head. Aiden smiled and fixed the blanket covering her. She went down the stairs turning on the hallway light before she went into the living room, she shook her head seeing the chocolate hand prints on the walls.

Giving the kids more chocolate was a smart idea but oh well. Aiden's eyes landed on the big arm chair was Alex who was fast asleep with the remote to the TV clenched in his hand. On either side of him was Riley and Joey also asleep. He finally wrangled the kids and they all looked so cute. Aiden picked up the camera and snapped a picture. She hopped her husband learned his lesson and didn't get the kids on sugar highs again.
