Summary: After the two Team AToons Gomensai, Carly and Knuckles must save Naruto from Collector even it means don't wait for orders. Will Erin and her Team AToons help them out?

Chapter 1

The Nightmare

In dark red scene, we see a familiar girl with ginger-brown hair, brown eyes with glasses, and wears a white vest over a black tank top, gray skirt with black pants underneath and white shoes. It was Carly AKA Cmara. She looks around until it flashes where Telulu shows Collector what she brought him; Carly, her charas, her imaginary friends, and Shadow.

Can you see me now?

All this weeping in the air
Who can tell where
it will fall?
Through floating
forests in the air
Cross the rolling open sea

Collector tells Carly he'll get Carly's cousins back if he brings Tails to him despite Carly refuses; "Allow me to explain why I must bring you here, as in to help you, Miss Carly." Collector said.

Carly gasped as she said, "Hey the last time you 'helped' me, I got stuck in one of those glass cases like a plastic doll!" Carly paused as Shadow looked at her funny. "Well, it's true; I only wanted to find out what happened to Knuckles after his sacrifice long ago."

"I know." Shadow said.

Carly looks down to see Tickle, Copy and Raintail pull on her pants and on Shadow's leg and they point at Collector and Shadow and Carly looked at him.

"Miss Telulu." Collector spoke, pushing the lever which makes the chair move to the top floor.

"What's going on here?" Shadow asked.

"Yeah!" Carly agreed.

"Allow me to explain, I can help you with wanting to bring them back…" Collector held up a photo that Carly realized: the photo of Janet and Gary!

"My cousins' picture!" Carly gasped, and then glared, "How did you get that?"

"Sorry, but I don't share secrets." Collector spoke, "Now then, I might make it possible to help you bring them back to know them more…isn't that what you wanted but never got the chance?"

"Why should you care?" Carly asked as Shadow got in front of her.

"Just tell us what you need and well make it settled." Shadow said.

"Shadow, what are you doing?" Carly asked.

"I thought I'd help you out, if he dares make a force on this deal…is it?" Shadow asked Collector.

"Indeed, all you two need to do is bring me one person…" Collector was cut short by Carly, "If it's Erin-san, forget it."

"No, not Miss Erin, more like…" Collector pushed a button to reveal an image of… "Young Mr. Miles 'Tails' Prower right here."

"TAILS!" Carly asked, shocked.

"Miles?" Copy, Raintail, and Tickle asked.

"What?" Shadow asked, shocked.

"No!" Taffy, China, Minty and Tisha gasped.

"You all heard me, if you really want to see them so badly." Collector said, feeling 'sorry'.

"There's…there's no way I can do this!" Carly said, "I made a promise to Tails, I would never hurt him!"

Collector just sighed as he stood up and walked over to Carly but Shadow stayed in front of Carly until Collector took Shadow's wrist and threw him aside. The others gasped.

"Shadow!" Carly gasped until Collector took her wrist. "Let go now or you'll be blinded to pain with my fists!"

"Oh really?" Collector smirked, "Then maybe this is rather shocking."

"Don't tell me you're…" Carly screamed as she got electrocuted by a hidden device from Collector and she fell to the floor. Shadow got up and ran over to Carly, holding her. Tickle, Copy and Raintail glared at Collector as Taffy, China, Minty and Tisha floated over their owner, worried.

"What did you do to her?" Shadow demanded.

"Since I got an experience of her demon form from the last encounter, I have gotten as much detail as I needed. Now then, it's either getting Tails and bring him to me after some spying or you'll be in that cursed beastly appearance with no choice, even if you refuse Miss Carly." Collector ordered.

"You mean...if I refuse…then I'll be in loss of my demon form within?" Carly wondered.

"Yes, very much. No other choice…" Collector spoke.

Carly stared at him, then Shadow and her Charas/imaginary animal friends and sighed, "Alright, I'll do it…but just because it's for Janet and Gary."

"I thought so, take your time but be sure you do your job." Collector said.

Blow a kiss, I run through air
Leave the past, find nowhere
Floating forests in the air
Clowns all around you

Carly gasped at this sight of her nightmare until the wind blew hard as the scene shows where Eggman and Collector turns her into her demon self as she screams in pain and Shadow tries to get out of the force feild.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!" Shadow yelled, punching the force field. "YOU'RE HURTING HER!"

"CARLY-CHAN!" Taffy, China, Minty and Tisha yelled.

It's a cross I need to bear

Carly then falls into another scene where she went after Tails and Alyssa as Alyssa takes Tails away from Carly until when they at a dead end Erin went in front of Tails.

Carly was going over to Tails until Erin got in her way with tears in her eyes.

"Carly, stop!" Erin called.

Carly stared at her and stopped. 'Erin-san…'

"What is wrong with you? Why are you trying to hurt Tails, what did he ever do?" Erin asked.

"Move out of the way, Blondie." Carly spoke.

"Carly, talk to me. You're my friend. I told you, I don't care if you're a demon." Erin said, grabbing Carly's shoulders. 'Please talk to me!"

Carly said nothing as she glared and then looked down. Erin stared at her sadly.

"You've got to snap out of it." Erin pleaded.

Carly then grabbed her head, trying to get control as Erin back away, concerned.

"Erin!" Alyssa called.

"Carly, don't do this." Erin said.

"No…I can't…" Carly said, as Erin heard this. "He can't make me… I don't even want to…anyone but him and my fr-friends…"

Erin grabbed Carly's shoulders again and called, 'Carly, come on! You got to calm down! Tell me why you're--!"

Erin was suddenly cut off as Carly grabbed her whip and electrocuted Erin (A.N: Not shown.) and Erin screamed as she fell to the ground.

"ERIN!" Alyssa yelled. Naruto and Knuckles just looked shocked.

"Pathetic attempt to get in my way like that." Carly growled.

"STOP IT!" Tails yelled, falling to his knees. "Stop this, Carly! I beg you for our promise, please!" Tails began to cry and Carly stares at him, glaring but feeling extremely guilty as she thought, 'I'm really sorry Tails, but for Janet and Gary…'

Carly walked over to Tails and grabbed his upper arm, holding the Chaos Emerald. Taffy, Tisha, Minty and China floated over next to her. Carly then got out her computer.

"Carly, wait!" Erin gasped.

"Shadow, I've got Tails." Carly called, "I'll meet you back at the base!"

She grabbed the Chaos Emerald and held it up in the air.

"CARLY! PLEASE NO!" Tails yelled, crying.

"CHAOS CONTROL!" Carly yelled.

"MAMA-CARLY!" Tails yelled.

Then, Carly and Tails disappeared, Tails' scream echoed throughout the Blue Typhoon. Erin, Alyssa, Naruto and Knuckles got up and saw this in confusion and shock.

"Why, Carly?" Erin asked.

"Why would she do this?" Knuckles asked.

"It's not like her at all." Naruto spoke.

"I know why." Merrick walked up to them and they looked at him.

All this black and

When Carly saw the scene where Erin got knock by Collector, arly goes to him until he stold them about the deal they made. Carly tries not to look at it until Alyssa saved her. Carly even stopped Knuckles from fighting Collector as she begins to fight him and so did everyone with the robots, the Heartless, and Telulu. Erin, her charas, and Tails watched in shock when Carly is still fighting Collector until she had him by his neck and held him over hole. Collector begged as Carly puts him down telling him to leave.

Tails, Erin and Erin's Charas finally came to the balcony from above, "Carly!"

Carly saw this flashback of her going to Tails, Erin, and her charas. When she saw the robots, she pushed them away and gets caught by them until Carly saw the light, smiled, got herself loose from the robot's hands and leapt down to the ground and she stared at the light with small tears in her eyes.

"Janet… Gary…" Carly spoke. She then spotted the bracelet and put it back on her wrist and continued staring at the light.

Erin got up and called, "Everyone, back to the Blue Typhoon now!" She then went to grab Shadow, worried.

Carly saw everyone else running to the Blue Typhoon to destroy the base and she followed too. Tails and Erin got at the controls. Naruto, Hinata and Knuckles were at the Master Emerald. Carly arrived on the front of the Blue Typhoon and Sonic and Alyssa (still injured but able to stand) came up to her.

"What's going on?" Alyssa asked.

"The base is about to be destroyed and Collector's vanished." Carly answered.

The base was glowing and two familiar women were at the front: Hotaru and Mimete. They got out their weapons and prepared to destroy the base with the help of Team AToons. Sonic and Alyssa got ready to take cover but Carly still stood up staring at the light.

"Carly, it's gonna blow! We have to get inside!" Sonic called.

Carly didn't hear him as her BFFL necklace started glowing and Carly held it close to her chest and she spoke, "Janet…Gary…you came back?" her hair started flowing in the wind and she still stared ahead at the light.

"Am I your friend?" Erin's voice called.

"Huh?" Carly wondered and she saw a flashback of Erin almost crying as she held Carly's shoulders and she said in the flashback, "Am I your friend? Secrets or not? We're friends to the very end of time! I don't care if you're a demon or have yellow eyes! I don't want you to have no more friends and I don't want you sad. You've been sad enough! You're me and Alyssa's BFFL until the end of time!"

The flashback ended and Carly looked back at the light glowing brighter and she thought, 'That's right, Erin did say that a long time ago. Even when I went insane and released the demon for the first time when Hinata nearly died, they still stuck by my side and so did the others.' She then smiles slowly and spoke, "It all makes sense."

"Carly?" Alyssa wondered.

Carly turned to Sonic and Alyssa, smiling as her hair flows upward and she started to glow with white light.

"I understand now." Carly spoke, tears in her eyes, "There can be peace in our universe and I've had the power all along to make it happen, Sonic and Ally-chan."

"What do you mean?" Sonic asked.

Carly laughs and closes her eyes as she begins to rise into the air. Taffy, China, Minty and Tisha followed her as well.

"Where are you going?" Alyssa called. She and Sonic ran to the others in the Blue Typhoon.

Carly's BFFL necklace glowed brightly and she put her hands onto it and it glowed until a white haze went around Carly and her Charas as she spoke, "My own heart…UNLOCK?" She closed her eyes and spun around and she opens them but they are red eyes now. Her body glowed with white light and her hair flies up. Taffy, China, Minty and Tisha concerned went inside their eggs and they went inside of Carly.

"Get ready!" Erin called.

Tails was about to fire but Sonic and Alyssa ran inside.

"Don't fire!" Sonic yelled.

"Please, come back!" Alyssa begged, tears in her eyes.

"Alyssa, Sonic what's going on?" Erin asked, concerned.

"Carly's still out there." Alyssa spoke, "And it looks like a new charanari!"

Carly spreads her arms and her body glowed until she stopped in midair in an angel pose.

"Character Transform: Golden Guardian!" Carly, Taffy, China, Minty and Tisha called.

Carly looked at herself and smiled. Her hair is waist-length and silver-white, she had bright red eyes without her glasses, a long golden shoulder-less dress, a crystal white sash around her waist and golden slippers with a silver sword.

Mimete and Hotaru saw Carly and Mimete called, "What are you doing out here?"

Carly just flew forward right past Mimete and Hotaru, as they watched her confused. Carly smiled as she headed towards the bright light and voices swirled around as Carly had her memories of her friends and family.

"I'm Erinbubble92, Erin for short, the cartoon girl." Erin's voice called.

"I'm Alyssalioness94, Alyssa for short, the hyena girl." Alyssa's voice called.

"Nice to meet you." Sakura's voice called.

"The name is Sasuke." Sasuke's voice called.

"I love you too, Carly." Naruto's voice called.

"It's no problem. I'm Sonic the Hedgehog." Sonic's voice called.

"And I'm Miles Prower, but you can call me Tails." Tails' voice called.

"I'm sorry about before. Are we still friends?" Knuckles' voice called.

"I'll miss you too." Shadow's voice called.

"Carly-nee-sama!" Hinata's voice called.

"I'm really sorry I treated you badly like I think you're annoying." Raye's voice called.

"Welcome to the family, Carly." Frankie's voice called.

"Home…" Wilt's voice called, "At Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends."

"We love you, Senorita." Eduardo's voice called.

"Coco!" Coco's voice called.

"Come play with us, Carly!" Mac's voice called.

"You're not so bad for a girl." Bloo's voice called.

"Welcome indeed to the family, Miss Cmara." Mr. Herriman's voice called.

"Without you, dear, Foster's would never be the same…" Madame Foster's voice called and it echoes.

See me here in the air
Not holding on to anywhere

I have secrets I won't share

Carly then saw herself about to be sacarfice despite the sadness of her friends and family; Carly grins and made tears and flies straight into the light and it still glows and then it stopped, leaving a huge white ball of light and there is silence. Everyone on Blue Typhoon is shocked and concerned.

"Carly…?" Erin called.

"No, it can't be…" Tails spoke.

"She didn't…" Naruto spoke.

The glow dies down a little but no sign of Carly. A huge white ball is covering the whole base and a few feathers are seen floating to the ground. Erin, Alyssa and everyone else is watching the ball, still worried, scared and concerned, mostly about Carly. Mimete and Hotaru stare and are stunned as is everyone else when Carly came out at last but she is now a ghost with white feathered wings and she is still Golden Guardian.

"Everyone, it's over for now. Please don't worry about me." Carly smiled and she spread out her arms. "I'll be okay, minna-san. The only reason I might be gone is because all of you, my friends, have done so much for me and I wanted to repay you all someday and I did, saving your lives and getting your trust back." She closed her eyes, "Now you just have to destroy this ball of light and I'll be its power to help."

Everyone gasped at this. Outside with the Master Emerald, Naruto, Hinata and Knuckles are still worried. Hinata begins to cry and she hugs Naruto and he hugged her back, silently crying. Even Knuckles had tears.

"But what about you?" Knuckles asked.

"Please just do this, guys. There isn't much time."

Knuckles was concerned as Naruto said, "She is right, but it could e hard. The Sonic Boom Cannon won't have enough power."

"But the Master Emerald does. Just call on it, Knuckles and its power can help destroy this ball along with my help." Carly said.

Knuckles gasped and so did the others.

"Then there isn't enough time!" Naruto said, crying and he and Hinata ducked down as Naruto called, "Knuckles, get ready to call on it!"

"Roger!" Knuckles said.

Knuckles stood up and raised his arms about to call on the Master Emerald, but he stopped and lowered his arms a little bit and he had tears in his eyes.

"Knuckles, do it!" Erin said, almost crying, "Carly says it's the only way!"

"Knucklehead, I know this is hard for you and us but we have to destroy this ball and base so Collector won't come back." Sonic called.

"Please, Daddy-Knuckles." Alyssa begged, crying.

Knuckles then fell to his knees a bit and began to silently cry.

"I can't do it! I can't! What about Car, she's gonna get hurt?" Knuckles asked, silently crying.

"She knows what she's doing, just do it." Alice answered.

Knuckles looked up at the light and spoke, "But you're our friend, Carly. I'm sorry but I can't do this."

"Trust me, Knuckles. Please you have to do this." Carly called, "This is the only way to save all of us."

"I know, and I trust you. We all do, but you mean a lot to us. How do we know we won't loose you?" Knuckles asked.

"You won't, Knuckles. None of you will. I'll return someday… I know you did, Knuckles…" Carly smiled sadly.

Everyone saw and heard this. They all remember the good times they had with Carly. Knuckles got up and raised his arms and yelled, "Master Emerald, use your power to destroy this ball of light and base! Carly will be your help…BUT DON'T HURT HER!" The Master Emerald fired a bright green light and it shot at the ball, base and Carly. Carly screamed in pain as she floats in midair until she looks at the Blue Typhoon where everyone is and she smiles one last time before she disappeared into the light and it was gone.

"CARLY!" Knuckles, Erin, Alyssa and Alice yelled.

"AUNT CARLY-CHAN!" Erin and Alyssa's Charas yelled.

"CMARA-CHAN!" Naruto yelled.

"CARLY-NEE-SAMA!" Hinata yelled.

Tails made tears and he looked up and yelled the loudest with tears, "MAMA-CARLY!"

The base was destroyed and in the white flash, Carly was flying in the air saying, "Arigato, minna-san! I'll never forget you and I love you all." On the ground where Shadow is, he opens his eyes and spoke, "You did it, little sister…" Then his head slowly got back down and his eyes closed.

The scene shows that Collector and Telulu are after Knuckles and they'll stop Team AToons from bringing Carly back. Knuckles was sick when Carly sacarfice her life for her family and friends. Even when Knuckles got captured Naruto turned into his bad self and almost killed Erin's enemy but Hinata stopped him. The others finally cured Knuckles and then they reached the Matser Emerald.

When flash shows Shadow about to be hit by the missle a light glows and Carly comes back from the Master Emerald; "The Master Emerald!" Knuckles called.

It began to glow as it shone a white/golden light at the missile and a figure appeared with fur small figures. Everyone shield their eyes and the figure crashed through the missile, destroying it.

"Leave Big Brother alone!" a familiar voice called.

Shadow opened his eyes and saw he was not getting chased anymore by the missile. He looked and so did everyone else at the figure in midair with huge white angel wings, long white hair and red eyes. It was…no, it couldn't be…yes… yes, yes it was…

"Carly?" Erin, Alyssa, Naruto and Knuckles asked.

"Mama-Carly!" Tails gasped.

Everyone gasped too.

"L-Little sister…?" Shadow whispered.

"Minna-san!" Amai, Chika, Melody, Kyoko, Rukie, Mikai, Kelia and Niketa gasped at four familiar Charas: Taffy, China, Minty and Tisha!

Carly smiled at her friends and she flew at Eggman, landing on his ship and Taffy, China, Minty and Tisha landed on her shoulders. Eggman was in shock.

"Eggman…long time, no see." Carly spoke.

Eggman then smiled and said, "Ah Carly…I thought you were gone forever after that battle at Collector's base."

Carly sighed and smirked, "After our last experience, you would've learned your lesson by now. And I demand three things from you. Number one, if I catch you hurting Erin-san or my other friends, you'd better watch out. Number two…" Carly began to raise her hand slowly, "Next time you want a dirty deed done, ask your robots and stay away from Shadow, because that's never happening again! And number three…"

"Y-Yes?" Eggman asked, nervous.

Carly's hand shone light at the ship and she began to form a fist as she asked, "Does this move look familiar to you first time we encountered?"

Eggman then panicked as Carly continued to shine light at the ship and she rose in midair and she began to form a fist with her hand. "N-Nice girl, nice girl! Don't hurt me! I was only fooling around; please don't take this the wrong way-!" Eggman was cut off as Carly made a fist and the light shined and it threw Eggman's ship far away into a star, screaming. Carly smiled, turned and flew towards the Blue Typhoon where the Master Emerald was. Tails, Erin, Alyssa and the others followed after her and she landed on the Master Emerald and it glowed again, receiving its lost power back.

In the light, Carly's body began to glow. Her hand came out and the white glow on her arm disappeared into her skin color and a familiar bracelet is still on her wrist. Erin, Alyssa, their Charas, Tails, Knuckles, Hinata, Alice, Naruto and Shadow (after he landed his ship) came up and backed away a little from the light, as we see her feet turn into red shoes with white socks and her skin color returned. Her Golden Guardian outfit begins to disappear and her red long-sleeved shirt, purple tank top and blue pants came back. Finally, a wind blows across her face and the long white hair and red eyes had disappeared into short ginger-brown eyes and brown-green eyes with glasses, revealing Carly's pale face.

Carly gradually descends and is laid on the Master Emerald. Erin and Alyssa were about to touch her, but Carly began to move. Carly got up and looked at her hands, "It can't be…" Carly turns to face her friends. They gave her a mysterious look.

"Mama-Carly…?" Tails spoke, walking up slowly.

"Tails, it's me," said Carly. Tails continues to look at her skeptically, but then he sees the bracelet he made for her and sees the brown-green eyes and instantly knows her, "It is you!" Tails placed his hand on Carly's shoulder.

Carly placed her hand on his head. They stared at each other, sadly smiling. Both of them leaned close and they finally hugged. While they hugged, all of Team AToons cheered happily and the sun rose over them and the Master Emerald glowed brightly. Erin, Alyssa and the others came up.

Erin smiled with a tear in her eye and she embraced Carly.

"Erin-san," said Carly. Alyssa ran up and hugged Carly tightly while silently and said, "You came back!"

"Alyssa!" Carly hugged Alyssa. Shadow and Hinata had tears in their eyes and they went up to Carly.

"Shadow! Hinata!" said Carly. Naruto and Knuckles came up and they hugged the girl they both loved.

"Knuckles! Naruto! Minna-san! Oh, I missed you guys!" Carly hugged them all. Taffy, China, Minty and Tisha flew up.

"Minna, Minna!" said Minty. Amai, Chika, Melody, Kyoko, Rukie, Mikai, Kelia, and Niketa flew to them and hugged them, "Oh thanks goodness!" said Niketa.

"It is a miracle!" Hinata and Alice exclaimed, as Carly hugged all her friends and they welcomed her back and the sun shined brightly over them.

The scene flashes where Carly falls into ahole as Collector yells, "I'll be back for ALL OF YOU AND MISS ERIN TOO!" Carly screams really loud which woke her up from her nightmare. She gets up and looks around while sweating. Carly got up and went to the bathroom. After that, she came back out wearing the white vest over a black tank top, gray skirt with black pants underneath and white shoes. She walks out and puts her glasses on.

Lucy comes out of her room and saw Carly. Lucy runs up to her and hugs her.

"NYU!" Lucy yelled excited.

"Oh, uh... Hi, Lucy." Carly said.

"Carly!" Lucy smiled. "Break feast!"

"Okay, I'll catch up with you later." Carly nodded.

Lucy smiled and runs down the stairs. Carly walks down the hall until she sees the nightmares and faints on the floor.

Moments later, Frankie and Wilt were in front of her as Frankie puts a cloth on her forehead.

"Huh? What happen?" Carly asked, waking up a little.

"You've fainted Carly." Frankie answered.

"I'm sorry but you gave us quite a scare." Wil told Carly.

"Yeah." Frankie nodded.

Carly was confused. "I...I did...?"

Frankie looks at Wilt with concern.

"I'm going to call Erin because this sounds an emergency." Frankie told Wilt.
