Hi Jake, it's Bella. I'm really sorry things had to be this way, and if I could make anything different, you should know that in the end, it will always be you.

I tried to tell them that I wouldn't tell a soul about the vampire secret, but the Volturi just didn't want to listen to me. They will either kill me or they will turn me into a vampire. Jake, I don't want to die so soon, but I don't want to be a vampire anymore either. It was a big mistake, and I now you're probably wondering what I'm doing here in the first place.

I got Edward and the rest of the family to hide in South America. I'm in Delaware at the moment working as a waitress (no college yet ). I'm using another identity at the moment, so I'm going by the name Eleanor.

For the first time in a long while, things actually seem normal. There's no one sneaking into my bedroom stealing my clothes, or trying to kill me in the middle of the forest. Other than the Volturi deliberately trying to ruin my life, everything is so…calm. Weird isn't it?

I'm probably breaking every rule writing this to you. But I want to know if you're doing okay. Are you completely healed? Are you back in school?

If you don't want to write back, I completely understand why. I've been horrible and unfair to you, so I don't expect a response.
