Keith yawned and sat up on his makeshift bed, eyes half-lidded and hair a complete mess, sticking out all over the place, which earned him a small giggle from Skye.

"Good morning," she said, smiling.

"Morning," he said groggily as he stood up and stretched a little bit.

"So, how are you today?" Skye asked, rubbing the back of her neck nervously and smiling.

"Mm...I'm fine," he replied, trying to flatten out his hair, "I'm going to check if we need more food."

Skye nodded, "Alright," she said, watching as he made his way over to where the food supply was kept.

"We're almost out of food," Keith announced, "I'll go and get some more."

"Okay, I'll get everything ready, then," Skye said, watching Keith leave the cave.

Once he was gone, she walked over to the space where she kept all of her cooking supplies. 'Hmm...in what way should I prepare the food he brings back?' she mused, looking downward. "Maybe..." she mumbled, her eyes focusing on the clay bowl, "No, I steamed everything last night. The slate will have to do."

Keith sighed contently as he stepped out onto the sandy beach to collect some food to eat. Smiling to himself, he began to walk along it, his eyes scanning the ground for anything that was edible. He eventually spotted some seaweed, along with a myriad of shellfish. Taking what he could and putting it in his knapsack, he made his way back to the cave and entered it, approaching Skye.

"Here's everything for this morning," Keith said, handing Skye his knapsack.

She opened it and took out everything Keith had gathered and placed it on the black slate she had received from him awhile back. Then, she proceeded to cook the shellfish and seaweed, while Keith sat down and waited.

"Okay, everything's ready," Skye announced, bringing over the food and then sitting down next to Keith, more than ready to eat.

She and Keith then began eating.

"So, how do you like it?" Skye asked, uncertain, "I can only make simple things, so if it's not all that great, tell me and I'll see what I can do the next time around."

"It's good," Keith commented, smiling.

"Really? You think so? You're not just saying that?"

"Of course I'm not just saying that; your cooking is great!" Keith assured her.

"Oh, thanks so much!" Skye said happily, hugging him.

"You're welcome, Skye," Keith said, hugging her back and wondering what to gather for the next meal.
