Summer went by way to fast and it was amazing. I stayed at Billy's during the whole summer, but came back home once a week.

Mom and Dad didn't like the idea of me staying on the rev where the shape shifters were at.

Now tomorrow is the day school start and in two weeks Bella's birthday! Then mine in two days later.

I can't wait for my birthday. I'll be eighteen years old.

Bella hates the fact that she'll be eighteen, but I don't see a problem.

Right now I'm in my room reading a new book called Beastly. It's interesting.

As I turned the page there was a knock on my window.

"Come in" I said as I marked my page and closed the book.

I looked at my window and saw Aunt Rosalie standing by my bed.

"Hey Auntie Rose" I said smiling at her.

"Hello, Cecily" She said smiling back at me, "Do you want to go hunting?"

I love hunting with Aunt Rosalie. It's very fun. We have a contest on who can get the most. Usually she wins.

"Sure. I'm starting to get thirsty" I told her, "Let me just tell dad that I'm going to be going for a walk".

"I'll meet you in the forest" Rosalie said and left the house.

I walked out of my room and down to the living room, where Dad was at watching sports.

"Dad, I'm going for a walk, okay?" I said.

"Be back before six. You got school tomorrow" Dad said.

"Okay" I said and left the house.

I ran to the forest where I met Rosalie.

"Ready?" She asked me.

I nodded.

"Okay. Ready. Set. GO!" She shouted and ran off.

I began to run. I smelt an old fox near by and a deer a few feet away.

I ran after the old fox that was about ready to die.

It tasted okay, but not like a wolf. Wolf blood is very warm and sweet.

My mouth began to water as I thought about wolf blood. I smelt a pack near by.

I ran after the pack. I quickly got an old female that was about to die.

I hate killing young animals. It felt wrong, so I go after the older ones that are about to die. They taste much better anyway.

After an hour of hunting, Aunt Rosalie and I stopped. Aunt Rosalie had killed the most and won once again.

"You cheat with your beauty" I said jokingly.

"I can't help how animals love the way I look" She said.

"Stupid vampire beauty" I muttered.

Aunt Rosalie laughed.

"You have it too" She said.

"Only half of it" I told her.

"I know, but you still got it" She said.

I rolled my eyes and went back to the house, since Aunt Rosalie had to go back to Uncle Emmett so he wouldn't be stupid and bug Edward like he always do.

I walked into the house.

"Dad, I'm back" I shouted.

"Okay" Dad said.

I walked up to my room. I heard Bella and Edward talking in her room about something I don't really care about.

I sat on my bed and got out the book Beastly and began to read.

The next day Bella and I left for our last year of school. I'm excited yet sad also. It means ending a chapter of my life and opening a new one.

"Come on, Cecily" Bella said pulling on my sleeve for me to start walking to the school building.

"Sorry" I said.

"Let's go" Bella said.

I nodded and followed Bella to the building.

We walked to the cafeteria were Alice and Edward sat at.

Last year Emmett, Rosalie and Jasper graduated and it's sucks. I really wished Uncle Emmett and Aunt Rosalie was here, and Jasper also.

"How was your summer, Cecily?" Alice asked me.

I haven't been over to the Cullens home hardly this summer, since I've been in La Push.

"Fun" I said.

"That's good" Alice said.

I nodded.

Ten minutes went by and the bell rung for homeroom, so everyone can get their schedules.

Bella and I had the same Homeroom. Alice and Edward had a different one than we did.

"Come on, Bells" I said and dragged her to our homeroom class.

We walked into the classroom and sat down at a table.

Mr. Downery handed all of us our schedule.

I smiled as I saw mine. It was going to be easy this year.

1 st Anatomy- Mr. Moline

2 nd Math- Mr. Johnson

3 rd Music- Mr. Garder

4 th Study hall- Mrs. Miller

5 th English-Mr. Gibbon

6 th Reading-Mr. Berty

7 th History-Mrs. Quinn

8 th Free period

"What classes do you have, Bells?" I asked her.

"Math, Music, History, Study Hall, English, Reading, Anatomy and Art. What about you?" She said.

"Anatomy, math, music, study hall, English, reading, History, free period" I told her.

"You're lucky. That you get a free period" She said.

The reason I had a free period is because I had 12 th grade Art class.

"And it's my last class so I can leave early" I said.

"Lucky, my last period is history. I might fall asleep listening to Mrs. Quinn's old stories on how she supposedly fought in the civil war" Eric said sitting beside Bella and me.

"Well she is old enough to be in the war" I said jokingly.

Mrs. Quinn looks like she's a hundred years old or maybe a little bit older.

Eric started to laugh.

The bell rung after ten minutes had passed.

"See ya in study hall, Bells" I said as I stood up.

"See ya" Bella said as she grabbed her bag.

I walked out of the classroom and towards Mr. Moline's classroom.

Two weeks went by and it was boring, except when I went to La Push on the weekends.

Today is Bella's birthday! I had gotten up early so I could wrap Bella's preasent that I had forgotten to wrap the night before.

Bella's present was a picture frame with a picture of her and me when we were around five. I know it's not the best present, but it's the thought that counts.

I grabbed Bella's present and walked to her room after dad had gave Bella his and Renee's presents for her.

"Happy Birthday!" I shouted as I walked into her room.

"Don't say that" She groaned.

"Oh come on, Bell's. You're an adult now, you should be happy!" I said.

"I want to be seventeen forever not eighteen or nineteen" She said.

What the hell! Is she wanting to be a vampire!

"Forever?" I asked her.

"You know getting older and it means more um wrinkles" She said.

I could tell she was lying. I know now that she does want to become one. Edward and I will have a little chat about that later.

"Right. Well here is your present" I said and gave her the present.

"You didn't have to get me anything" She said as she opened it.

"I know, but I wanted too" I told her.

She smiled as she saw the picture.

"Thanks and is this the picture that was taken when we were five?" She asked me.

"Yes" I told her.

"Where did you get?" She asked me.

"Found it in a small box that dad had put in the attic" I told her.

"What was you doing in the attic?" She asked me.

"Just looking around" I told her.

"More like looking for something to give me as a gift" She said.

"How did you know?" I asked her.

"You just told me" She said.

"Girls, shouldn't you get ready for school?" Dad shouted from downstairs.

"See ya in a bit, Bells" I told her and left the room.

I got dress and walked down to the kitchen where I fixed a bowl of cereal. Bella walked down not long after I made the bowl of cereal.

Bella began to make herself a bowl of cereal.

"So let me guess you don't want a birthday party?" Dad asked Bella.

"No" She said as she put her empty bowl of cereal into the sink.

"Why not? You're suppose to throw a party for your birthday" I told her.

"I don't like celebrating those type of things" She said.

"Why not?" I asked her.

"I just don't. Let's go to school now" Bella said.

"Okay. See ya, dad" I said and followed Bella to her truck.

We got in and Bella drove began to drive to school.

As Bella drove to school I turned on the radio.

"Another missing hiker brings the total to three presumed dead. Rangers are searching for the killer animal" The radio announcer said.

"Turn it, please?" Bella said.

I turned the radio station and the song Monsters began to play.

We made it to school and got out of the truck.

"Today's the big day, Bella" Jessica said as Bella and I walked over to her, Eric, Angela, and Mike, "R and J essay due"

"Oh, yeah" Bella said.

"Wherefore art thou, Bella?" Mike said.

I rolled my eyes at Mike stupid attempt to flirt with Bella.

"Let me take a picture of you guys. My mom wants me to put together, like, a scrapbook full of memories" Bella said getting her camera out.

"Oh. Cool yeah" Eric said.

"I take them. I'm not in them" Angela said as she started to move away from the group.

"No, no, no, come here" Eric said and dragged Angela back into the group.

"Well, you are today" Bella said.

"You'll photo shop this if my nose looks big, right?" Jessica asked.

"Don't worry, I'm in the picture. No one will be looking at you guys" Eric said.

Bella snapped the photo.

"That's good" Bella said.

"Oh, good. Cullen's here" Mike said and looked behind Bella.

I turned and saw Edward's silver Volvo pull into a parking spot.

"Well, talk to you later" Bella said and began to walk towards Edward's Volvo.

"I'll see you later, Bella" I said and walked away from the group.

I got my cell out and dialed Embry's number.

"Hello?" Embry said.

"Hey, Embry. How's school?" I asked him.

"Boring, why?" He asked.

"Just wondering" I said.

"So Bella ditched you for Edward again?" Embry asked me.

"She didn't ditched me, she just told me she'll see me later" I told him.

"She still ditched you" Embry said.

"Okay, she did" I said.

"So are you coming to La Push this weekend?" He asked me.

"Why?" I asked him.

"You know to hang out with Jake, Quil and I" Embry said.

I grinned. They were going to surprise me with a party.

"I don't know. I think I have a date" I said.

I didn't really, but it's fun to mess with Embry.

"A date? Who?" He asked.

"I'm kidding" I laughed.

"So are you coming?" Embry asked.

"Sure, when's the party?" I asked him.

"Five o'clock... Dammit!" Embry said.

I couldn't help, but laugh. It's easy to trick Embry.

"I'll be there" I said.

"Act surprise when you get there okay" Embry said.

"I will" I said as the bell rung for first period.

"Got to go, bye" I said.

"Bye" Embry said.

I hung up and put my cellphone away. I was about to walk to first period when I smelt Jake near by. I looked around and saw Jake walking towards me.

"Jake! What are you doing here?" I asked him as I gave him a hug.

"Just came by to tell Bella happy birthday and give her a gift" Jake said.

"Aw, someone has a crush on Bella" I said pinching Jake's cheek.

"I do not" Jake said and smacked my hand away.

"Have you been to the denial river lately?" I teased.

"Shut it, Cecily" Jake said.

"I will if you admit you have a crush on, Bells" I said.

"Fine. I do have a crush on Bella. Now if you tell anyone, I said that you will be at the bottom of the ocean" Jake said.

I laughed at his fake threat.

"I swear I won't tell" I told him.

"Swan get to class" Mr. Fucker, I mean Tucker shouted.

"See ya, Jake" I said.

"See ya" Jake said.

I ran into the building as Jake ran to Billy's truck.

I walked to my locker and got my textbook. I left for first period.

School went by and it was finally the end of the day.

I walked to Bella's truck.

"Ready?" Bella asked me as she tossed a box wrapped in green paper into the truck.

"Yes" I said.

Bella got into the truck as I did. She drove out of the school parking lot and drove home. We walked into the house.

"Cecily, Alice is throwing me a birthday party tonight at her house. So I'll be leaving around seven" Bella said.

"Okay. Have fun at your party" I said and walked up to my room.

I had a lot of homework to do. Luckily mom was there to help me work on some of it.

"So it's going to be your human birthday soon?" Mom asked me.

"Yeah. I'll be eighteen" I said.

"Eighteen. Already. Wow, time has flown by really fast" Mom said.

"I know" I said.

"Well, since you have two birthdays. Your human and half-vampire. Your father and I decided to get you two gifts each" Mom said.

"You didn't have too, mom" I said.

"Oh, come on, Cecily. You're suppose to have gifts on your birthday. Here. These two are from your dad" Mom said and handed me a small box.

I took the small box and opened it. I gasped at the beautiful silver ring with a shiny opal rock in the middle.

"That belonged to your grandmother. Your father mom" Mom said.

"It's beautiful" I said and put the ring on my right ring finger.

"Here's the other gift" Mom said and handed me a bigger box.

I opened it and smiled. It was a labtop.

"Thank you, Mom. It's wonderful" I said and hugged her.

"You're welcome, Cecily" Mom said hugging me back.

"Mom" I said.

"Yes?" She asked me.

"I love you" I said as we was still hugging each other.

"I love you too" She said and let go.

"Now here are my gifts" Mom said handing me another box.

I opened it. In the box was a old photo album.

I took it out and opened it. In the album was pictures of mom when she was human and some other people I didn't know. I also saw a few pictures of my grandmother.

"This is our family photo album. I'd like you to have it" She said.

"Thank you, mom. This is great" I told her.

"Now here's the other gift" Mom said handing me another box.

I opened the box. In the box was a little book that was pink and blue.

"It was my pregnancy diary when I was pregnant with you" She said.

"Wow, Mom. This is a wonderful gift, but don't you want to keep it?" I asked her.

"I want you to read it. It may help you later on when you have kids" Mom said.

She then frowned as we heard dad walking towards my door. Mom quickly left the room as dad opened the door.

"Where did you get the labtop from?" Dad asked me as he opened the door.

"I saved my money up" I lied.

"Oh, okay" Dad said walking into my room with a hand behind his back.

"I know your birthday is in two days from now, but I want to give you your present early. So here" Dad said and handed me a box.

I smiled and took the box from him.

I opened it and grinned. Dad had gotten me two Sherlock Holmes books that I've been wanting to read.

"Thank you, Dad" I said hugged him.

"You're welcome" Dad said and patted my back.

I let go of Dad.

"I'll just be going now" Dad said and left my room.

I sat down in a chair and began to read my books.

The day went by and Bella left to go to her birthday party.

Dad and I was eating dinner when Bella came home.

"How was the party?" Dad asked Bella.

Bella walked up to her room.

I smelt a little blood coming from her.

"Must have been bad" Dad said.

"I'll go talk to her" I said and got up.

I walked to Bella's door.

I knocked.

"Come in" Bella said.

"Bella, what happened?" I asked her.

"Nothing" She said she took off the little short sleeve jacket.

I saw some bandages on Bella's arm.

"What happened to your arm?" I asked her.

"I fell" She said.

I couldn't help, but let out a little growl. I can't stand her lying, specially about something like this.

"D-did you just growl?" She asked me.

"Tell me what happened to your arm?" I told her.

"I fell" She said again.

"Bull crap. Did Edward do something to you?" I asked her.

"No! He would never hurt me" Bella said.

"Then why do you have bandages on your arm?" I asked her.

"Just get out of my room" Bella said.

"Fine, but this chat isn't over" I told her walked out of her room.

I walked down the stairs.

"Hey, what happened up there?" Dad asked me.

"Bella and I got into an argument. I'm going out for a while" I told him.

I walked out of the house and got into my car and drove to the Cullens. I got out of my car.

I walked up to the front door and smelt a strong scent of bleach. I covered my nose as I walked into the house.

"Hello, Cecily" Esme said as she mopped the floor with bleach.

"Hello, Esme" I said, "Is Edward here?"

"He's talking to Carlisle right now" Esme said.

"Do you know what happened to Bella's arm?" I asked her.

Esme stopped mopping and looked at me.

"Bella was opening mine and Carlisle's gift that we had gotten her when she had gotten a paper cut. Jasper being the only one of us that hasn't been away from human blood than us went after Bella. Edward pushed Bella out of the way, but into some glass vases. Cutting her arm. Emmett grabbed Jasper and took him outside. I had to leave the room cause of the blood" Esme said.

"Cecily" Edward said walking down the stairs.

"Edward" I said staring at him with a glare.

"I know your angry at me, but please watch over Bella for me" Edward said.

"What?" I asked him.

What was he talking about.

"You should leave. You have school tomorrow" Edward said.

"I'm not leaving until you tell me what you mean?" I told him.

"Please" Edward said.

"Fine, but I'll be back tomorrow" I said and left the house.
