My throat was dry, sore and tingling. My eyes burned, I had a sharp pain in my mouth and neck.
I felt extremely dizzy and sick. I rubbed my neck to try and find what was causing the pain, I felt 2 little dips that were quite sore.
I finally opened my eyes " where am I ?", I said confused.
I realized I was sitting on the forest floor, muddy, wet and alone, how did I get here? I looked around confused, no one in sight, just me lying on the floor helpless.
I was starting to get cold, I felt my skin, I felt like a block of ice. I reached in my pocket for my phone I needed help, it was gone, I started to panic. "help help!", no one answered .
Before I knew what in was doing I was crawling across the muddy floor slipping and sliding as I went, I could hear voices in my head, as if I was listening to someones thoughts.
How is this possible, I must be going mental, "help help!", I called again.
As I got deeper into the forest I started to feel a sudden lust for something I never did before.
What's happening to me, where am I ? "whoosh" , something flew past me, to quick for me to see. I stopped dead. Suddenly 2 figures stood in front of me, I looked harder, 2 scary men in cloaks with red piercing eyes, and 2 pointy fangs sticking out of each of their mouths. "what do you want? I have nothing on me, please just help me!"
"who are you child?" the scarier looking one asked.
" I…I…I'm Drew"
"now then…Drew are you aware of what you are?"
"yes… a human of coarse"
The men started whispering to each other. They were circling me now.
" shame really she would have been a great vampire", the shorter one sniggered.
A wave shock and sickness came over me. " v…v… v…vampire!"
" yes, you would have had such strong powers".
The tallest one stepped closer to me fangs out hissing.
" noooooo!", I screamed at the top of my voice.
Then darkness. Nothing but darkness. I can see why people tell you not to take life for granted.
