Earth has been invaded and is at war with aliens from another dimension called the Nova. In order to counter them, Pandora's and Limiters, genetically modified girls with super fighting skills and their male partners who use special "freezing" powers to limit their opponent's mobility, are made to fight against the Nova. This is the story of extraordinary individuals whom above all else have shinned the brightest in humanities darkest hour this is there story.

"Onee-chan! Onee-chan!"A ten year old boy said has he burst in his sisters room.

Kazuha Aoi was only half dressed and was startled when the door to her room burst open and her sobbing brother ran up to her and grabbed on to her.

"Kazuya?"

Through his tears the boy looked up at his beloved older sister. "Onee-chan I don't want you to go! I've heard about the attack and several people have already been killed by the Nova even you could die. I don't want you to die! Please don't go onee-chan!"

Kazuha looked down at her little brother and her heart ached. Everything that he had just said was true the reports that had come in about the Eighth NOVA Incursion were extremely bad. She understood that if she went her chances of dying in the battle was very high but she was the strongest of the Pandora's and staying behind while her friends where fighting and dying was not an option. A major city was under attack and millions of innocent people and her loved one's were at stake. She did not want to upset her little brother, but if these were too be her last words to her brother they would not be lies.

Kneeling down in front of him she took her little brother into her arms and hugged him. "I'm sorry Kazuya but your sister is a Pandora it's my responsibility to go."

"But onee-chan! What if you die?"

She looked into her brother's eyes with her usual calm serious expression but still smiled at him as she gently wiped away his tears. "Kazuya, I am a Pandora. That title means that I have a responsibility and the ability to protect others that very few people will ever have. I may die, but if I don't go many, many others will die. Do you understand why I have to go it's not just for others it for you as will ? Do you see why you sister has to go?"

Kazuya seriously consider the question and slowly nodded, though his tears continued to stream down his cheeks. "I don't want you to go one-chan but I understand," his little arms tightened around her. "I love you so much please don't die!"

"I love you too and I'll make sure to come back," she whispered and tried to fight back tears of her own as she knows the chances of coming out of this fight alive was slim to none even for someone as strong as her. "You are special Kazuya just like I am and I know one day you will protect others just as hard I do now. Always do your best to protect those who need your help and I will always be proud of you no matter what happens."

"I will try my hardiest to be just like you Onee-chan I swear it!"

She nodded her head and placed a kiss on his forehead then she hugged him for a few minutes. "I know you will just as I know that no matter what happens I will always love, you need to go now Kazuya I need to finish dressing." She wiped his tears one final time and stood up. He stared up and nodded to his sister as he was leaving her room he turn around to see his sister one last time and was surprised to see his sister crying. "Goodbye." Kazuya didn't want to leave his sisters room without saying goodbye just in case this was the last time they would ever meet.

Unfortunately That was the last time Kazuya would ever see his sister.

Japan April/12/2064 20 minutes before the Eighth NOVA Incursion

Johnny Blaze(Or John has his friends called him) was running for all he was worth but what was he running from was it some band of thugs looking in to robbing him of his passions. While if it was band of thugs then the site of Two Japanese Police officers running behind him would have been a welcoming one. Too bad they were the reasons why he was running so fast now you must be wondering what did Johnny do I mean what kind of trouble could a thirteen year old get into that they would need to send in two buff ass Police officers after a five feet eleven thirteen year old that had the body of a Track runner.

Well whatever reason it couldn't have been the fact that he had a bag of money in his hand that he thought hold maybe up to ten million yen or more in stolen money that he and some gang members that he knows had robbed this little bank that was about to be open but was delayed due to the fact that the alarm system was broken and the fact that the owner had all ready moved the money in to the bank and only paid for two security guards to guard it.

That had made it too good an offer to pass up so when the gang members had come to John with this plan of robbing the place clean it looked like a golden opportunity to solve all of his families money problems. And it would have been to if it wasn't for the fact that when they were loading the money in the van one of the security guards that we had tied up somehow manage to get free and call for back up then said security guard come outside and started shooting at us.

Which wasn't a good idea considering that we were all armed and that when he started shooting at us seven of the ten bank robbers shoot back (whom of which was not John) and if John had to guess he would have to say they'd killed the poor bastard on the spot. But the shooting hadn't really been that help full not when you could hear sirens coming (they say when you going to rob a bank one of the worst thing you could do is panic and you know what they're right) that was when one of the gang members got in the van a drive of in high speed leaving the rest of use cursing and screaming.

That is when we all scattered each of us in our own direction with whatever amount money we had on us. For the most part John had been luckily but luck is a funny thing one moment you have it then in the other It gone that had happen when those two Police officers had spotted John so now you know why.

"Dammit it wasn't supposed to go down like this if only that bastard security guard had stayed tied up like we left him he would still be alive and we would have been long gone ".John said as he continued to run

"Stop in the name of the law!'One of the Police officers shouted out has he tired to catch John only for John to start running faster.

"Fat chance of that happening am looking at twenty to fifty years in prison you really think am going to give up? John said as he continued to run

"Your only making it worse on yourself by resetting arrest". Police officer said as he continued to catch up to John.

"What could be worse than spending twenty to fifty years in prison". John replayed.

Ka-Boom!

As if by magic a blues explosion accorded that shock them all off their feet then and then alien sound come to their hears.

RORRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Then come the sound of emergency sirens going off all over the place the emergency sirens that only go off when there is natural emergency or worse of all a Nova attack and if John had to guess he had to go with the second one.

"Attention all none Military personal evacuate this area at once and head to your nearest shelters and wait for the all clear sign'. A female voice said again and again from the public loud speakers.

Police officers had a exportation of horror on their faces as if they didn't believe what was going on they were dazed and confusion which was perfect for John as he got up and started Running in the direction of the fighting.

'This is ether the Luckiest day of my life or the worst". John said quietly as he run into soon to be the battlefield.

"Are you crazy theirs a Nova over their'. One of the Police officers shouted out but he didn't start running after John .

'Who cares anything is better than prison you two have two opinions chase on after me into a dangers hazards area with a bloodthirsty alien maniac or runaway to safety what it going to be you lives or this money '. John said out load running away from them

"Why you idiot". One said has he was about to start the chase again only to be stopped by the second.

"Let him go Kakashi if that idiot what to go off and get himself killed that his problem theres no need for use to risk are lives on trash like him".

"But Lee what about the money that he stoled"

'Do you really want to leave you wife widow and your children fatherless over a bag of money because I sure don't"

Kakashi thought about it for a few seconds and he agreed with Lee's train of thought he didn't want to leave his wife widow or leave his children fatherless.

"Ok your right lets go but what do you think going to happen to that kid" Kakashi said has he and Lee started running away from the area.

"That kid is as good as died everyone knows that the Novas don't leave any survivors not when they self-destruct blowing them self's up with anything or anyone around them like they did in Manila, Sao Paulo, Baltimore, Manchester, Milan, St. Petersburg, Cairo, and Hong Kong"

" Kakashi that kid made his choice to risk his life for that bag money and if it's that important do him I say let him have It not like his going to enjoy spending that money anyways".

"I know your right Lee but it feels as If am leaving that kid to die their".

"Hey If can hold a gun and fire it at someone knowing full well what It could do then that's not a kid that's an adult'!

Kakashi just nodded his head as he and Lee run to safety.

Kazuha Aoi was standing on one of the shipping containers as she readied herself to strike the killing blow to the Nova its core was exposed her teammates had made sure of that. But still she could not overcome the feeling of dread that this was it for her that if she killed the Nova she would die as well.

"I am a Pandora this is my responsibility".

She said as she Jumps into the air Volt weapon hold high over her head she than plowed it into the Nova core there was a bright blue light coming from the Novas core it was the last thing she would ever the Novas core blew up right in front of her face.

"Kazuya?"Was her last thought

'I can't believe my luck they really just left me alone I guess Japans Police officers aren't that dedicative". John said has he run in his mind those cops were stupid if they really believed he would go all the way down to where the Nova was.

Has He was running he came along a clearing in the street that showed a perfect view of the Shipping yard(Remember that he is on a street that near a cliff and the Shipping yard is down below)and a perfect view of the Nova.

There were helicopters everywhere somewhere landing somewhere taking off the ones on the ground looked like they were taking people in on stretchers John guessed they where medical helicopters taking the wounded and the dead to the hospital.

"Good thing I don't have to be down there .

Ka-Boom!

And just then the nova exploded in a bright blue explosion.

Just as John was about to walk away from the scene he cover his eyes with his hands to block out the light. "Damn that bright". If he hadn't covered his eyes so soon he would have seen a piece of the Novas core coming right at him

AHHHHHHHHH!"

The Novas core hit John right in the chest it want right in like a knife through butter some blood came but not as much as you would expect.

John had fallen down on the ground as the Novas core hit feeling this burning pain in his chest he tried to pull out the piece of the core from his chest but couldn't as time pass he started to feel weaker and weaker so weak that he stopped moving,

"It can't end like this I was so close I've gone so far this money was going to solve all my problems It was going to pay for auntie Miya medications Uncle Takehito could've hived stopped broking his back at that damn steel factory cousin Musubi could have gone to the finest private school like she wanted. John said to himself as he felt like going to sleep.

"It's just like that song from the twenty-first century said I tried so hard and got so far but in the end it doesn't even matter. Said John as he closed his eyes for what he thought was the last time.

"How many Pandora's did we lose? Asked DR. Aoi as he walked cross of what used to be Ship yard.

"fifty-six including Kazuha Aoi. " said one of his assistance

"What of her body?He asked as he looked to the sea feeling old and tired.

'Her body would be sent straight through to HQ for Further study and then we will remove the Stigmas in her body to replanted them in other Pandora's just like you said we should do. That same assistance said

"Good "he said as he started to walk away

"We also found something rather strange to their was this boy that one of our medic back helicopters picked upped they say he has what appears to a piece of the Nova core in his upper right torso some of our Doctors in the hospital odd signatures from him.

At that the doctor raised his eyebrows the simply said "Show me'
