Hey guys, this is my first Spectacular! fic. So I hope you like it. I love the song Beggin' on Your Knees by Victoria Justice and I thought it fit Courtney and Royce's relationship pretty well. Tell me what you think! Enjoy!

Spectacular! was going to be performing concert and had all their songs planned out except for one. "Alright, for the last song I think it should be a solo." Courtney stated. "Ok, but who's solo is it?" Janet asked. "Actually, I was hoping I would get one of you guys would want to do it?" Courtney looked around the room. "Caspian? What about you?" Courtney asked. "No thanks, Not in front of that many people." Caspian replied. "Janet? Robin? Tajid?" Courtney kept asking. They all shook their heads. Nicco, you can do it right?" Courtney hoped. Nicco shrugged. " Sorry Court, I've had too many parts this year." He answered. Courtney sighed. "Then who's going to sing the solo?" Courtney whined. "Well Courtney, you work harder than all of us. Why don't you sing it?" Janet suggested. Everyone nodded and agreed. "I wouldn't even know what to perform though." Courtney said trying to change their minds. "come on coach, you'll think of something." Tajid jumped in. "Ok, ok, but let me ask you something. Why me? I mean I don't have the best voice in Spectacular! So why not Janet or Nicco?" Courtney inquired. "Courtney, you have a great voice, you work the hardest, you pick great music, and we all believe in you." Nicco reassured. Everybody smiled. "Awww, you are all so sweet!" Courtney exclaimed. "We know." Caspian joked. All the teens laughed.

Courtney and Janet were walking back to Courtney's house after practice. "I was thinking from the 8o's or maybe the 90's, something upbeat you know?" Courtney tried to explain. Janet nodded and was about to speak when a silver car with the license plate "SHW BOY" on the back pulled up next to them. "Hey, need a ride?" Royce joked. "No thanks, we're fine." Courtney replied coldly. "Same old Courtney. So independent, stubborn, and well… just plain difficult. Reminds of all the reasons I broke up with you." Royce smirked. "Oh, Royce how'd your break-up with Tammi go? I heard she dumped you right after Nationals." Courtney responded. Royce glared at her. "You forget Courtney, we beat you at Nationals, and we always will. But don't worry, you'll catch up someday." Royce honked his car horn. "Ta-da!" He waved out the window leaving Courtney glaring in his direction. "Don't listen to him, he's just jealous. Royce likes to mess with you, you know, push your buttons. Besides, we still need to pick your song." Janet stated tugging on her friend's sleeve. Courtney looked at her and smiled. "I already know what to sing." She beamed. "Really? What is it?" Janet asked. "It's an original." Courtney replied. She laughed and dragged Janet to her house.

Later that Day:

Spectacular! had almost finished their last performance before the solo, Eye of the Tiger.

He's watching us all with the eye of the Tiger!

Spectacular! bowed, and left Courtney alone on the stage. She walked up and grabbed the micro-phone. "This is a song I wrote for someone special." Courtney glanced at the crowd to see Royce in the front row with Ta-da. She smiled and started her song.

Courtney saw Royce shift uncomfortably in his seat. She smiled and continued.

Everyone cheered as Courtney finished. "I'd like to thank Spectacular! for letting me perform, and to the guy who inspired this song, you should've know!" She laughed. Courtney saw Royce get up from his seat and walk out of the building.

Backstage:

Janet squealed when she saw her best friend come backstage. "Courtney, that was great!" She hugged her. "So did you really write that?" Caspian asked. "Yeah, just today." Courtney replied catching her breathe.

"That is outrageous! We should really use this as an advantage in contests!" Tajid exclaimed. "If she keeps writing songs." Janet reminded looking at Courtney. "Are you kidding? Of course I'll do it, I've never had so much fun!" Courtney answered. All of Spectacular! cheered.

Later that Night:

Courtney was walking home where Janet, Caspian, Tajid, and Nicco would be coming soon to pick her up. She came up her drive-way to see a figure about her height, brown hair, and a fancy costume on in front of her. "Hey Court." Royce smiled."Royce? What are you doing here, shouldn't you be at your own concert with Ta-da?" Courtney asked. "It wasn't the same without you." Royce took Courtney's hands in his. "Courtney, we had chemistry, and we still do. Just give it another chance." Royce started to lean forward. Nicco, Janet, Tajid, and Caspian were all watching from behind the fence. "Oh no, you think you're corny pick-up lines are going to get me back? Think again "Show Boy." "Courtney," Royce started reaching toward her. "No Royce, you had a chance and you blew it. That's not my problem any more. It's yours. So why don't you go annoy Tammi and beg on your knees for her instead." Courtney smirked. Royce's face hardened. "Fine, it's your loss." He snapped slamming his car door and driving off.

Janet was the first to leave the fence. "Court, that was awesome!" She shouted. "You really gave him a piece of your mind!" Tajid agreed. "What? You all heard that?" Courtney asked. "Yeah, and Nicco over here was getting nervous you fell for it and was going to take him back." Caspian added. Nicco hit his arm, his face red. "Ow! What, you were!" Caspian rubbed his sore shoulder. Courtney laughed. "I wouldn't take him back for the world." She said. The other smiled. "Now let's hurry, we can still go bowling and play Rock Band at the in the Bowling Alley." Courtney suggested. "Alright!" Janet cheered heading toward the car with Tajid and Caspian behind her. Nicco pulled Courtney back. "Where did all that Royce talk really come from?" He wondered. Courtney shrugged. "I guess I always knew he would be begging on his knees for me." She replied smiling. Nicco laughed and the two joined the others in the car.

How was it? I hope I hope did good, and again, it's my first Spectacular! fic. so I understand if you don't really like it. I love CourtneyXNicco, but there wasn't much in there. Well, bye guys! R&R!
