Vulcan
Abandoned by everyone
Mocked for his lameness
How could this be a god?
But a god without selflessness
The blacksmith they call him
The son of Hera and Zeus
Husband of Aphrodite
The God of Fire
For fire is his only friend
They call him Hephaestus
They call him Vulcan
